JE LICE परीक्षा को ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के रूप में न रखें - BSNLEU निदेशक (एचआर) के साथ औपचारिक बैठक में चर्चा के लिए आइटम देता है।
BSNLEU लंबे समय से मांग कर रहा है कि JE LICE केवल एक ऑफलाइन परीक्षा (Offline exam) के रूप में आयोजित किया जाना चाहिए। इस मांग को उठाने का कारण यह है कि, जो लोग इस परीक्षा में शामिल होते  है, वे हैं टेलीकॉम टेक्नीशियन और असिस्टेंट टेलीकॉम टेक्नीशियन. ये कर्मचारी कंप्यूटर संचालन से परिचित नहीं हैं। लेकिन निगम कार्यालय की भर्ती शाखा JE LICE को ऑनलाइन (Online) परीक्षा के रूप में कराने पर जोर दे रही है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ आगामी औपचारिक बैठक में चर्चा के लिए इसे एक अतिरिक्त मद के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया है ।

CHQ is saddened to inform that Smt. Shefali Mitra, mother of Com.Animesh Mitra, President, BSNLEU, has passed away. She was 75 years old and had been unwell. Initially, she was admitted in a hospital at Asansol and was later on shifted to Durgapur. All efforts taken by the doctors to save Smt. Shefali Mitra did not succeed and she passed away at 10:15 am yesterday. The CHQ of BSNLEU pays it's respectful homage to Ms. Shefali Mitra and conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to Com.Animesh Mitra and all the members of his family.

Tamil Nadu circle unions of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNL CCWF have innovatively observed the Black Day programme on 26.05.2021, on the digital platform. A meeting, followed by demonstration has been organised on the digital platform, participated in by 100 comrades. Com.S. Chellappa, AGS & Circle President, presided. Com.A. Babu Radhakrishnan, CS, BSNLEU, Com.N. Kuppusamy, CS, AIBDPA and Com.C. Vinod Kumar, CS, BSNL CCWF, spoke and explained about the pro-corporate and anti-worker and anti-farmer policies of the Modi government. At the end of the meeting, slogans were raised opposing the Anti-Farmer Act, Labour Codes and supported the other demands of the Kisan Unions and Central Trade Unions. This programme was also seen by many live on the Facebook.

It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ of BSNLEU that, many DR JEs have already applied for transfer to their home circles, under Rule-8, after completing 5 years of service in their recruited circles. However, it is being complained that, the transfer requests of these DR JEs are not being considered. The worst part is that, their transfer applications are not even being forwarded, by their controlling officers, to the CGM's office. BSNLEU has taken up this issue as an agenda item, to be discussed in the Formal meeting, to be held with the Director (HR) on 17^th / 18^th / 19^th June, 2021. BSNLEU requests all the DR JEs, who have already applied for Rule-8 transfers, but not yet considered / relieved, may kindly email their details on bsnleuchq@gmail.com. All the cases will be compiled and the list will be sent to the Director (HR) and will be discussed in the forthcoming Formal Meeting.

It is already three and half months, since the Hon’ble Kerala High Court gave an order for the payment of IDA to the Non-Executives of BSNL. The  Hon’ble Court has said that, the freezing of IDA by the government, is not applicable to the Non-Executives of BSNL. However, the DPE, the DoT and the BSNL Management are playing hide-and-seek game on this matter and have not implemented the court order. An RTI question has been raised on this issue by one of our DR JEs. However, the same hide-and-seek reply has been given by the authorities. BSNLEU has again filed a petition in the Hon’ble Kerala High Court on this matter. At the same time, we appreciate the comrade, who has raised very relevant and pointed RTI question on the matter. The RTI question and reply are enclosed for the information of all.

COVID-19 के कारण मारे गए ठेका मजदूरों और कैजुअल मजदूरों के परिवारों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करें।
बीएसएनएलईयू के सीएचक्यू को रिपोर्ट मिली है कि बीएसएनएल के विकास के लिए 20 वर्ष से अधिक की सेवा में लगाए गए कुछ ठेका मजदूरों  और कैजुअल मजदूरों की निधन COVID-19  के कारण हुआ है । ये  मजदूरों अपने परिवार के एकमात्र कमाने वाले थे । इन मजदूरों की मौत ने उनके परिवारों को भारी आर्थिक संकट में डाल दिया है।  इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर मांग की है कि कंपनी मानवीय आधार पर इन कामगारों के परिवारों को आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करे।

As has already been notified, the Central Secretariat meeting of BSNLEU, will be held online on 09.06.2021. The Corporate Office has issued a letter for the sanctioning of Special CL to the Central Secretariat members, attending the meeting. All serving Central Secretariat members are requested to avail the special CL for attending the meeting.

Com.C. Santhosh Kumar, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Kerala, is retiring on superannuation today, after completing 36 years of service. He became the circle secretary of Kerala circle in 2018 and has provided a solid and able leadership to the circle union. In 2015, in the struggle against the arrogant M.S.S.Rao, the then CGM of Kerala, Com.Santhosh Kumar, stood in the forefront. Hence, together with other leaders, he was victimised and transferred. However, such victimisations could not deter him. The CHQ is especially thankful to Com. Santhosh, for promptly sharing various letters and information. The CHQ heartily congratulates Com.Santhosh Kumar on his superannuation and wishes him a long, healthy and active retired life.

Yesterday Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Ms. Anita Johri, Sr.GM(SR) and urged upon her to hold BSNLEU’s Formal Meeting with the Director (HR), without delay. Today the Sr.GM(SR) informed the General Secretary that, the meeting would be held in any one date of 17th,18th and 19th, June, 2021. The Sr.GM(SR) told that, three dates have been earmarked for BSNLEU because, the Management does not want any further postponement of the meeting.   BSNLEU thanks Ms. Anita Johri, Sr.GM(SR) for taking the matter seriously and making arrangement for holding the meeting.
