BSNLEU is taking continuous efforts to implement the order of the Hon’ble Kerala High Court, regarding payment of IDA to the Non-Executives of BSNL. Since the DPE, DoT and the BSNL Management are dodging and are not implementing the Court order, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, discussed the matter with our advocate and has requested him to take necessary action. A detailed letter with the relevant documents, were also sent by the CHQ to the Advocate. Consequent to this, BSNLEU’s advocate, Shri V.V. Suresh, has informed that, he had filed a petition  in the Hon’ble Kerala High Court and that, it is expected to be taken up for hearing in this week itself.

BSNLEU has taken the initiative to implement a Medical Insurance Scheme to the willing BSNL employees. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again spoke to Shri A.M. Gupta, Sr.GM(Admn.) today and discussed the matter. The Sr.GM(Admn.) told that, the proposal is likely to get the approval of the Director (HR), by this weekend. After getting the approval, the Management may form a Committee of officers (like the Committee formed for GTI Scheme), for negotiating with the Insurance Companies. It is learnt that, the Management may approach the four government insurance companies, viz., New India Assurance Company, United India Insurance Company, National Insurance Company and Oriental Health Insurance, and will bargain to get the best Medical Insurance scheme for the employees. The premium rates are expected to be comparatively lower in this scheme, since the rates will be bargained by the BSNL Management itself. The General Secretary is in constant touch with the Sr.GM(Admn.), to implement the Medical Insurance Scheme as early as possible.

बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड - कृपया गुमराह न करें .

बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड ( BCF ) यूनियनों और संघों और प्रबंधन का सामूहिक प्रयास है। कोविद पीड़ितों के परिवारों को BCF से 10 लाख रुपये की फौरी राहत मिलेगी। BSNLEU की मांग है कि कोविड पीड़ितों के परिवारों को  अनुकंपा के आधार पर नियुक्ति भी प्रदान की जानी चाहिए । यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो बीएसएनएलईयू अन्य यूनियनों और संघों के साथ शामिल होगा और इसके लिए लड़ेगा । साथ ही बीएसएनएल के प्रत्येक कर्मचारी का कर्तव्य है कि वह बीएसएनएल कॉविड फंड (BCF) में एक दिन का वेतन अंशदान करे।  यह हमारे ध्यान में लाया गया है कि कुछ व्यक्ति कर्मचारियों के बीच एक अभियान चला रहे हैं, उन्हें एक दिन का वेतन योगदान नहीं करने के लिए कह रहे हैं । कृपया उनके द्वारा गुमराह मत करो । कृपया यह न भूलें कि हमारे सहयोगियों के परिवारों की मदद करना हमारा कर्तव्य है, जिन्होंने COVID-19 के कारण अपनी जान गंवाई है ।  

आईडीए नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को भुगतान - एक बार फिर बीएसएनएलईयू सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखता है।

3 महीने पहले ही  माननीय केरल हाई कोर्ट ने बीएसएनएल  के नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को  आईडीए के भुगतान पर आदेश जारी किया था। हालांकि मामले को डीओटी को रेफर करने के बाद बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन चुप्पी साधे हुए है। बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन कोर्ट के आदेश को लागू करने की जिम्मेदारी को चकमा दे रहा है। लिहाजा, एक बार फिर बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर कोर्ट के आदेश को तत्काल लागू करने की मांग की है।

BSNL Covid Fund (BCF) is the collective effort of the Unions & Associations and the Management. The families of the Covid victims will get an immediate relief of Rs.10 lakh from the BCF. BSNLEU is demanding that Compassionate Ground Appointment should also be provided to the families of the Covid victims. If necessary, BSNLEU will join with other Unions & Associations and fight for it. At the same time, it is the duty of each and every BSNL employee to contribute one day pay to the BSNL Covid Fund (BCF). It has been brought our notice that some persons are conducting a campaign among employees, telling them not to contribute one day pay. please don't get misguided by them. Kindly do not forget, it is our duty to help the families of our colleagues, who have lost their lives due to COVID-19. 

अडानी अब एशिया के दूसरे सबसे अमीर आदमी हैं!

भारतीय कॉरपोरेट गौतम अडानी एशिया के दूसरे सबसे अमीर आदमी बन गए हैं। अब उसके पास 66.5 बिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर की संपत्ति है।  यह भी ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि, गौतम अडानी ने इस साल दुनिया के सबसे अमीर पुरुषों जेफ बेजोस और एलोन मस्क को पीछे धकेलते हुए इस साल दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा दौलत हासिल की । इस COVID-19 महामारी के दौरान भारत में 70 लाख कामगारों की नौकरियां चली गई हैं और करोड़ों लोगों को गरीबी रेखा से नीचे धकेल दिया गया है। फिर गौतम अडानी जैसे भारतीय कॉरपोरेट्स अपनी दौलत कैसे बढ़ा रहे हैं? यह कोई रहस्य नहीं है । मोदी सरकार की आर्थिक नीति इसका कारण है। उदाहरण के लिए, मोदी सरकार सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों का निजीकरण कर रही है और उन्हें अडानी जैसे कॉर्पोरेट्स को सस्ता  कीमत पर सौंपा जा रहा है । ऐसी अफवाहें हैं कि, भारतीय रेलवे गौतम अडानी को अपने कब्जे में लेने जा रही है । इसके बाद वह दुनिया के सबसे अमीर आदमी बन सकते हैं। 

उत्तर प्रदेश का हेल्थकेयर सिस्टम "भगवान की दया" (राम भरोज) पर है।

पूरे देश में, कॉविड मरीजों को अस्पताल में बेड नहीं मिल रहे हैं। अस्पताल में दाखिला मिलने पर भी ऑक्सीजन न मिलने के कारण उनकी मौत हो जाती है। इस बीच, उत्तर प्रदेश में हालात बेहद खराब हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश में कॉविड मरीजों की बेहतर देखभाल की मांग को लेकर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई है। मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए न्यायमूर्ति सिद्धार्थ वर्मा और अजथ कुमार ने यह टिप्पणी की,  उत्तर प्रदेश में,  छोटे शहरों और गांवों से संबंधित पूरी चिकित्सा व्यवस्था "ईश्वर की दया" (राम भरोज) पर है ।

Throughout the country, Covid patients are not getting beds in hospital. Even if they get admission in hospital, they die due to non-availability of oxygen. However, the situation in Uttar Pradesh is extremely bad. A petition is filed in the Allahabad High Court, demanding better care for Covid patients in Uttar Pradesh. While hearing the case, Justices Siddharth Varma and Ajith Kumar made the remark that, the entire medical system, pertaining to smaller cities and villages are at the “Mercy of God” (Ram Bharose).
