कोविड पीड़ितों के परिवारों को वित्तीय सहायता - सर्कल सचिव कृपया ध्यान दें। 

यूनियनों एवं संघों और बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन के बीच 06-05-2021 को हुई बैठक में बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के परिवारों को दस लाख रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करने का निर्णय लिया गया था, जिनकी मृत्यु कोविड-19 के कारण हुई थी। यह मज़बूती से पता चला है कि, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय इसके लिए एक या दो दिन के भीतर आदेश जारी करने की संभावना है । हमारी जानकारी के अनुसार, COVID-19 के कारण अब तक लगभग 160 कर्मचारियों की मौत हो चुकी है। प्रतिदिन बीएसएनएल के करीब 10 कर्मचारियों का निधन कोविड के कारण हो रहा है। इसलिए, सीएचक्यू सभी सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध करता है कि वे कृपया यह सुनिश्चित करें कि कोविड पीड़ितों  के कारण मारे गए कर्मचारियों का ब्यौरा तुरंत सीजीएम कार्यालय द्वारा निगम कार्यालय को दिया जाए । इससे मृतक कर्मचारियों के परिजनों को तत्काल आर्थिक सहायता मिल सकेगी। बीएसएनएलईयू बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी श्री पीके पुरवार, निदेशक (एचआर) श्री अरविंद वाडेरकर, पीजीएम (पर्स) श्री आर के  गोयल, सीनियर जीएम (Admn.) श्री. A. M. गुप्ता, और बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन के अन्य अधिकारियों को  हार्दिक धन्यवाद व्यक्त करता हैं इस मामले पर बहुत जल्दी कार्रवाई करने के लिए। 

In the meeting held on 06.05.2021, between the Unions & Associations and the BSNL Management, decision was taken to provide a financial assistance of Rs.ten lakh, to the families of the BSNL employees who died due to COVID-19. It is reliably learnt that, the Corporate Office is likely to issue order for this, within a day or two. As per our information, around 160 employees have died so far, due to COVID-19. Everyday, nearly 10 BSNL employees are passing away due to COVID-19. Hence, the CHQ requests all the circle secretaries to kindly ensure that, the details of the employees who died due to COVID-19 are immediately passed over to the Corporate Office, by the CGM Office. This will enable the families of the deceased employees to immediately get the financial assistance. BSNLEU highly appreciates Shri P.K Purwar, CMD BSNL, Shri Arvind Vadnerkar, Director(HR), Shri R.K.Goyal, PGM(Pers), Shri A.M.Gupta, Sr.GM(Admn.) and other officers of BSNL Management, for taking action on a 'war-foot' basis, to provide financial help to the families of the Covid victims.

इच्छुक कर्मचारियों को स्वास्थ्य बीमा पॉलिसी - महासचिव ने निदेशक (एचआर) से बात की और प्रबंधन से आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया।

बीएसएनएलईयू ने पहले ही सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन से मांग की है कि वह "उचित प्रीमियम दरों" पर स्वास्थ्य बीमा पॉलिसी प्राप्त करने के लिए इच्छुक कर्मचारियों को सक्षम बनाने के लिए "सुविधादाता" के रूप में कार्य करे। बीएसएनएलईयू ने पहले ही स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि यह स्वास्थ्य बीमा पॉलिसी केवल इच्छुक कर्मचारियों के लिए होगी और यह मौजूदा बीएसएनएल एमआरएस सुविधा के अतिरिक्त होगा। कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस, आज निदेशक (एचआर) श्री अरविंद वाडनेरकर से बात की और इस मामले पर चर्चा की। महासचिव ने अनुरोध किया कि प्रबंधन को स्वास्थ्य बीमा पॉलिसी की व्यवस्था करने के लिए बीमा कंपनियों (अधिमानतः सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की बीमा कंपनी) के साथ बातचीत करने के लिए कदम उठाने चाहिए । निदेशक ने आश्वासन दिया कि, मामले की जांच की जाएगी। 

BSNLEU has already written to the CMD BSNL, demanding the BSNL Management to act as a “facilitator”, for enabling the willing employees to get Health Insurance Policy at “reasonable premium rates”. BSNLEU has already made it clear that, this health insurance policy will be only for the willing employees and it will be in addition to the existing BSNL MRS. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Shri Arvind Vadnerkar, Director (HR), today and discussed this matter. The General Secretary requested that, the Management should take steps to negotiate with the insurance companies (preferably Public Sector insurance company) for arranging the health insurance policy. The Director (HR) assured that, the matter would be looked into.

The CHQ of BSNLEU is extremely saddened to hear that, Com.Jyotsana Bose, wife of our beloved leader, Com.Moni Bose, has passed away at Kolkata today morning. She was 93 years old and had been affected with COVID-19. Having known that Com. Jyotsana Bose  was unwell, General Secretary spoke to her son, Dr Gautam, day before yesterday and enquired about her health. Com.Jyotsana Bose herself was a former P&T employee and was a frontline functionary of the trade union movement in Kolkata Telephones. Soft spoken and friendly to all the comrades, she had immensely supported Com.Moni Bose, in his trade union life. The CHQ of BSNLEU pays it's respectful homage to Com.Jyotsana Bose and conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to all the members of her family.

बीएसएनएल के इच्छुक कर्मचारियों को स्वास्थ्य बीमा पॉलिसी - बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा। 

कई कामरेडों ने स्वास्थ्य बीमा पॉलिसी की व्यवस्था करने के अनुरोध के साथ सीएचक्यू से संपर्क किया है। इस संबंध में बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर निम्नलिखित सुझाव दिए हैं।-

(1)   इस स्वास्थ्य बीमा पॉलिसी का लाभ मौजूदा बीएसएनएल एमआरएस के अलावा इच्छुक कर्मचारी उठा सकते हैं। 

(2)  यह एक अस्थायी व्यवस्था होगी, जब तक कि कंपनी की वित्तीय स्थिति में सुधार नहीं होता।

(3)   इस योजना में प्रबंधन की भूमिका एक "फैसिलिटेटर" की होगी। प्रीमियम राशि कर्मचारियों के वेतन से काटी जा सकती है और जीटीआई योजना के अनुरूप बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन द्वारा बीमा कंपनी को प्रेषित की जा सकती है।

उपर्युक्त व्यवस्थाओं से निश्चित रूप से कर्मचारियों को उचित प्रीमियम राशि पर स्वास्थ्य बीमा पॉलिसी प्राप्त करने में मदद मिलेगी।

A Formal Meeting, between BSNLEU and the Director (HR), had been scheduled to be held on 17.05.2021. However, this meeting has been postponed by the Management. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, has requested the Sr.GM(SR) to hold the meeting at least after a week, since many important staff issues have got to be discussed. The Sr.GM(SR) has assured to do the needful.

CHQ is deeply shocked and pained to know that, Com.Naresh Kumar, circle president, BSNLEU, Haryana circle, has passed away early today morning. Com.Naresh Kumar had been the long time circle president of BSNLEU of Haryana circle. He has immensely contributed for the strengthening our organisation in that circle. CHQ pays it’s respectful homage to Com.Naresh Kumar and expresses it's heartfelt condolences to his family members, friends and comrades.

The CHQ of BSNLEU is extremely saddened to hear that, Com. Kamal Kishore, Circle President,  BSNLEU, Corporate Office, has passed away yesterday. He was only 42 years old and COVID-19 has snatched away this comrade at a young age. Com.Kamal Kishore had been one of the dedicated comrades our Corporate Office circle union. CHQ pays it’s respectful homage to Com.Kamal Kishore and conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to his family members, friends and comrades.
