Indian corporate, Gautam Adani has become the second richest man in Asia. Now, he is having a wealth of 66.5 billion US dollars.  It must also be noted that, Gautam Adani gained the highest wealth in the world this year, pushing back world’s richest men Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk. During this COVID-19 pandemic, 70 lakh workers have lost their jobs in India and crores of people are pushed below the poverty line. Then, how Indian corporates like Gautam Adani are increasing their wealth? It is not a secret. Modi government's economic policy is the reason. For example, Modi government is privatising the Public Sector Undertakings and they are being handed over to corporates like Adani, at throw away price. There are rumors that, Indian Railways is going to be taken over by Gautam Adani. Thereafter, he may become the richest man in the world. Long leave Modi government’s economy policy.  

बीएसएनएल के नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को आईडीए के भुगतान पर कोर्ट के आदेश का क्रियान्वयन न होना - सीएचक्यू ने अधिवक्ता से आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का आग्रह किया।

बीएसएनएल के नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को आईडीए के भुगतान के मामले पर माननीय केरल हाईकोर्ट ने 17-02-2021 को अनुकूल आदेश दिया। बीएसएनएलईयू पहले ही डीपीई को 2 पत्र, डीओटी को 2 पत्र और बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन को 2 पत्र लिख चुका है, जिसमें कोर्ट के आदेश को लागू करने की मांग की गई है। लेकिन अभी तक इसे लागू नहीं किया गया है। अभी तक बीएसएनएल के  नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को 10.5 प्रतिशत आईडीए को भुगतान करना होगा।. कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, कल एर्नाकुलम में हमारे अधिवक्ता के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की । महामंत्री ने कल अधिवक्ता को विस्तृत पत्र भी लिखा है, जिसमें सभी संबंधित दस्तावेज हैं।  अधिवक्ता ने इस मामले पर उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया है।   

On the matter of payment of IDA to the Non-Executives of BSNL, the Hon’ble Kerala High Court gave a favourable order On 17-02-2021. BSNLEU has already written 2 letters to the DPE, 2 letters to the DoT and 2 letters to the BSNL Management, demanding to implement the Court order. But, so far, it has not been implemented. As of now, 10.5% IDA has to be paid to the Non-Executives of BSNL. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, telephonically discussed this issue with our advocate at Ernakulam yesterday. The General Secretary has also written a detailed letter to the advocate yesterday, with all the relevant documents. The Advocate has assured to take appropriate legal action on this matter.

बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड (BCF) में उदारता से योगदान दें ।

यह पहले ही सूचित किया गया है कि बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने कोविद पीड़ितों के परिवारों को वित्तीय सहायता के रूप में 10 लाख रुपये प्रदान करने के लिए एक निधि (कोविड फंड) लागू की है । इसमें बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन का अंशदान 5 लाख रुपए होगा। शेष 5 लाख रुपये कर्मचारियों द्वारा किए जाने वाले अंशदान से होंगे। बीएसएनएल के प्रत्येक कर्मचारी का कर्तव्य है कि वह उन कर्मचारियों के परिवारों की मदद करे जिनका निधन कोविड-19 के कारण हो चुका है। इसलिए, हम पूरे  नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स और   एग्जिक्युटिव्स से बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड (BCF) की दिशा में एक दिन के वेतन में योगदान करने का आग्रह करते हैं।

It is already informed that, the Central Secretariat meeting of BSNLEU will be held on 09.06.2021. In view of the present pandemic situation, this meeting will be held online. All the Central Office bearers of BSNLEU shall attend this meeting. Link for joining this online meeting will be sent through Whatsapp in due course. The Central Office bearers belonging to the hilly and far-flung circles, like Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Assam, etc., may be having connectivity problem. Hence, they are requested to attend the meeting from places where better connectivity is available.

It is already informed that, the BSNL Management has put in place a Fund, to provide Rs.10 lakh as financial assistance to the families of the Covid victims. In this, the contribution of the BSNL Management will be Rs.5 lakh. The remaining Rs.5 lakh will be from the contributions to be made by employees. It is the duty of each and every BSNL employee to help the families of the employees who have passed away due to COVID-19. Hence, we urge upon the entire Executives and Non-Executives to contribute one day pay towards the BSNL Covid Fund.

बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड (BCF) लागू किया।

जैसा कि BSNLEU पहले ही सूचित कर चुका है, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने आज एक पत्र जारी कर बीएसएनएल कोविड फंड (BCF) को लागू कर दिया है । इसके अनुसार, सभी इच्छुक कर्मचारियों से एक दिन का वेतन काटा जाएगा और प्रबंधन समान राशि का योगदान करेगा । 01.04.2020 के बाद से COVID-19 के कारण मरने वाले कर्मचारियों के परिवारों को 10 लाख रुपये दिए जाएंगे। जिन कर्मचारियों की मृत्यु 20-05-2021 से पहले हुई है, उनका विवरण 30 दिनों के भीतर प्रबंधन को सूचित किया जाना चाहिए । BCF की एक कमेटी बनाई जाती है, जिसमें सात सदस्य होते हैं। समिति में मान्यता प्राप्त ट्रेड यूनियन / संघ के चार प्रतिनिधि और प्रबंधन के तीन प्रतिनिधि होंगे। जीपीएफ/ईपीएफ प्राप्त करने वाले मृत कर्मचारी के नामित व्यक्ति को 10 लाख रुपये की राहत राशि मिलेगी। 

30 दिन में बीएसएनएल के 135 कर्मचारियों की जान चली गई - बीएसएनएलईयू ने एक बार फिर टीकाकरण को लेकर माननीय मंत्री को पत्र लिखा।

यह ध्यान रखना भयानक है कि, बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के बहुमूल्य जीवन को कोविड-19 द्वारा चिंताजनक दर पर छीना जा रहा है । अब तक 170 कर्मचारियों की जान जा चुकी है. हालांकि, यह ध्यान रखना भयानक है कि, पिछले 30 दिनों में अकेले १३५ कर्मचारियों की मौत हो चुकी है । बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को अग्रिम कर्मी मानने और उन्हें प्राथमिकता के आधार पर टीका लगाने की मांग करते हुए बीएसएनएलईयू पहले ही संचार मंत्री श्री रविशंकर प्रसाद को पत्र लिख चुका है। । आज एक बार फिर बीएसएनएलईयू ने माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर टीका लगाने के लिए तत्काल कदम उठाने का अनुरोध किया है।

As BSNLEU has already informed, the BSNL Management has issued a letter today, implementing BSNL Covid Fund (BCF). One day pay will be deducted from all willing employees and Management will contribute an equal amount. Rs.10 lakh will be given to the families of employees who died due to COVID-19 from 01.04.2020 onwards. Details of the employees who have died prior to 20.05.2021, should be intimated to the Management within 30 days. A BCF Committee is formed with seven members. Four representatives of Recognised Unions / Associations and three of Management representatives will be there in the Committee. The nominee of the deceased employee, to receive GPF / EPF will receive the relief amount of Rs.10 lakh.
