आयकर विभाग ने अनुकंपा के आधार पर नियुक्तियां देने के आदेश जारी किए - बीएसएनएलईयू ने एक बार फिर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर इसकी मांग की। 

बीएसएनएलईयू पहले ही मांग कर चुका है कि बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के परिवारों में से एक आश्रित, जिनकी कोरोना  के कारण मृत्यु हो गई थी, को अनुकंपा  आधार पर नियुक्तियां प्रदान की जानी चाहिए । यह यूनियनों और संघों के सर्वसम्मत विचार के रूप में भी उभरा है, जिसने प्रबंधन द्वारा 06-05-2021 को बुलाई गई बैठक में भाग लिया था । इन परिस्थितियों में आयकर विभाग ने कोविद पीड़ितों के परिजनों को अनुकंपा आधार नियुक्तियां देने के लिए पत्र जारी किया है। इसे देखते हुए बीएसएनएलईयू ने एक बार फिर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर यह मांग दोहराई है कि कोविड पीड़ितों के परिवारों को अनुकंपा  आधार पर नियुक्ति प्रदान की जाए ।

महासचिव ने अप्रैल, 2021 के भुगतान, वेतन के मुद्दे पर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से बात की। 

कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस ने आज बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी श्री पीके पुरवार से बात की और वेतन भुगतान के मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। महासचिव ने बताया कि ईद-उल-फितर का त्योहार 14 तारीख को होता है इसलिए अप्रैल, 2021 के वेतन के तत्काल भुगतान के लिए आपात कदम उठाए जाने जरूरी हैं। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने जवाब दिया कि, विभिन्न राज्यों में लॉक डाउन के कारण कंपनी का राजस्व संग्रह बुरी तरह प्रभावित होता है । उन्होंने कहा, पिछले दस दिनों के दौरान केवल 260 करोड़ रुपये ही एकत्र किए जाते हैं, जबकि सामान्य संग्रह लगभग 500 करोड़ रुपये हुआ करता था। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने आगे बताया कि, उन्हें कुछ दिन पहले ही अस्पताल से छुट्टी दे दी गई थी और इसलिए वह अपने आवास से बाहर जाने में असमर्थ हैं, जिससे वेतन वितरण कराने के उनके प्रयासों में भी बाधा आ रही है ।  महामंत्री ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से अनुरोध किया कि बिना किसी देरी के वेतन का भुगतान कैसे सुनिश्चित करें। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने जवाब दिया कि वह पूरी कोशिश करेंगे। 

CHQ is deeply saddened to know that, Com.Ranjana Nirula, former All India Treasurer of CITU, passed away yesterday. She was affected with COVID-19 and had been hospitalised. Com.Ranjana had played a major role in organising the Asha, Anganwadi and other scheme workers under the banner of CITU. She has also immensely contributed  for the "Voice of Working Women", a journal of CITU. BSNLEU pays it’s respectful homage to Com.Ranjana Nirula and conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to her family members, friends and comrades. 

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL, today and discussed about the salary payment issue. The General Secretary told that, the Eid-ul-Fitr festival falls on 14^th and hence, emergency steps are required to be taken  for the immediate payment of April, 2021 salary. The CMD BSNL replied that, the Company’s revenue collections are severely affected due to the lock down in various states. Only Rs.260 crores are collected during the last ten days, whereas, the normal collection used to be around Rs. 500 crore, he said. The CMD BSNL further stated that, he was discharged from the hospital only a few days back and hence is unable to move out of his residence, which is also hampering his efforts to get the salary disbursed.  The General Secretary requested the CMD BSNL to some how ensure payment of salary without further delay. The CMD BSNL replied that he would try his best. 

सीएचक्यू का नया बैंक खाता विवरण - कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय सभी सीजीएमको लिखता है। 

कामरेड जानते हैं कि बीएसएनएलईयू के सीएचक्यू का नई दिल्ली स्थित कॉरपोरेशन बैंक में खाता था। कॉरपोरेशन बैंक का अब यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया में विलय हो गया है। नतीजतन सीएचक्यू का बैंक अकाउंट नंबर और आईएफएससी कोड भी बदल गया है। इसलिए, सीएचक्यू ने सभी सीजीएम को सूचित करने के अनुरोध के साथ निगम कार्यालय को नए बैंक खाते के विवरण की जानकारी दी । तदनुसार, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने सभी मुख्य महाप्रबंधकों को पत्र लिखा है। इस पत्र की कॉपी सभी सीईसी सदस्यों को वाट्सएप के जरिए भेजी गई है। इसके द्वारा सभी सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे इस पत्र की एक प्रति अपने संबंधित सीजीएम कार्यालय को सौंपें, ताकि सीएचक्यू कोटा बिना किसी अड़चन के प्रेषित किया जा सके ।

Comrades are aware that the CHQ of BSNLEU had it’s account with the Corporation Bank, at New Delhi. The Corporation Bank has now merged with the Union Bank of India. Consequently, CHQ’s Bank account number and the IFSC Code have also changed. Hence, CHQ informed the new Bank Account details to the Corporate Office, with the request to communicate the same to all the CGMs.  Accordingly, the Corporate Office has written letter to all the Chief General Managers, communicating the new bank account details of the CHQ. Copy of this letter has been sent to all the CEC members through WhatsApp. All the circle secretaries are hereby requested to handover a copy of this letter to their respective CGM office, so that the CHQ quota is remitted without any hitch.

अप्रैल, 2021 के लिए वेतन - महासचिव निदेशक (वित्त) से बात करते हैं।

जीएस के कार्यात्न के निदेशक (वित्त) सुश्री योजना दास से आज बात की और अप्रैल, 2021 के वेतन वितरण के बारे में पूछताछ की। निदेशक (वित्त) ने उत्तर दिया कि, विभिन्न राज्यों में लॉक डाउन के कारण कंपनी का राजस्व संग्रह बुरी तरह प्रभावित होता है और कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के पास वेतन वितरण के लिए पर्याप्त धन नहीं है । जब महासचिव ने पूछा कि वेतन कब मिलने की संभावना है तो निदेशक (वित्त) ने जवाब दिया कि, कोई टाइम लाइन नहीं दी जा सकती। 

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Ms. Yojana Das, Director (Finance) today and enquired about the disbursement of salary for the month of April, 2021. The Director (Finance) replied that, Company’s revenue collections are severely affected due to the lock down in various states and that the Corporate Office is not having sufficient funds for the disbursement of salary. When the General Secretary asked when the salary is likely to be paid, the Director (Finance) replied that, no time line could be given.
