इच्छुक कर्मचारियों के लिए मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस।
बीएसएनएल एमआरएस से प्रतिपूर्ति प्राप्त करने में आ रही दिक्कतों को देखते हुए कई कामरेडों ने सीएचक्यू से इच्छुक कर्मचारियों के लिए मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस की व्यवस्था करने का अनुरोध किया है। प्रीमियम राशि का भुगतान कर्मचारियों द्वारा किया जाएगा। बीएसएनएल की माली हालत सुधरने तक यह अस्थायी व्यवस्था रहेगी। अखिल भारतीय केंद्र ने चर्चा कर इस मामले पर सर्किल सचिवों और केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों की राय लेने का निर्णय लिया है। इसलिए सर्कल सचिवों और सीईसी सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने विचारों को तत्काल सीएचक्यू तक पहुंचाएं । यदि निर्णय लिया जाता है, तो BSNLEU सभी इच्छुक कर्मचारियों के लिए मेडिकल इंश्योरेंस  की व्यवस्था करेगा।  

While hearing a case on Covid surge, the Supreme Court of India has ordered that, the government should not harass any citizen, for communicating their grievances on social media. The Supreme Court has stated that, it will be treated as "contempt of court" if any citizen is harassed by the government for posting their grievances in social media. Perhaps, the Supreme Court has stated this, by taking into account that, an FIR has been filed against one Shashank Yadav, at Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, for going on Twitter and asking for an oxygen cylinder for his 88 year old relative.

In view of the difficulties being experienced in getting reimbursement from BSNL MRS, many comrades have requested the CHQ to arrange Medical Insurance for the willing employees. The premium amount will be paid by the employees. This will be a temporary arrangement, till the financial condition of the Company improves. The All India Centre has discussed and has decided to seek the opinion of the circle secretaries and the central office bearers on this matter. Hence, circle secretaries and CEC members are requested to convey their views to the CHQ immediately. If decided, BSNLEU will arrange the Medical Insurance for all the willing employees.

COVID-19 उपचार के लिए कर्मचारियों को चिकित्सा अग्रिम का भुगतान - निदेशक(एचआर) पत्र जारी करता है।

निदेशक  (एचआर) ने कर्मचारियों को मेडिकल एडवांस देने के लिए पत्र जारी किया है, COVID-19 उपचार के लिए । दिल्ली और मुंबई के लिए अग्रिम राशि अलगाव बिस्तर के लिए प्रति कर्मचारी 1 लाख रुपये होगी ; बिना वेंटिलेटर के आईसीयू के लिए प्रति कर्मचारी 2 लाख रुपए और वेंटिलेटर वाले आईसीयू के लिए प्रति कर्मचारी 3 लाख रुपए। शहरों की X, Yऔर Z श्रेणियों में तैनात कर्मचारियों को अग्रिम की सीमा उपरोक्त दरों में से क्रमशः 90%, 80% और 75% तक सीमित होगी। कल बीएसएनएलईयू ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखकर सीओवीडी-19 उपचार के लिए कर्मचारियों को आपातकालीन चिकित्सा अग्रिम स्वीकृत करने की मांग की थी ।

बीएसएनएलईयू पहले ही मांग कर चुका है कि Covid-19 के कारण मरने वाले बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के  परिवारको 10 लाख रुपये का मुआवजा दिया जाए। BSNLEU की यह मांग डीओटी द्वारा पहले से जारी निर्देशों पर आधारित है, जिसमें यह कहा गया है कि ड्यूटी के दौरान दुर्घटना में मरने वाले कर्मचारी के परिवार को 10 लाख रुपये का मुआवजा दिया जाना चाहिए ।हालांकि बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने अब तक इस बात को स्वीकार नहीं किया है। इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने एक बार फिर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर मुआवजे के भुगतान के लिए तुरंत फैसला लेने का आग्रह किया है।

The above of the observations made by the Allahabad High Court, regarding the “very chaotic” condition prevailing in Uttar Pradesh, due to the Covid surge. The Allahabad High Court has ordered the appointment of judicial officers to monitor the situation in Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Kanpur, Agra, Gorakhpur, Ghaziabad, Gautam Budhnagar and Jhansi.  The court also issued notice to the UP State Election Commission, calling for explanation as to why it failed to implement the Covid guidelines in the recently held Panjayath elections. The court also took note of media reports that 135 teachers who were on election duty, have died. The court said that the government has become complacent.

BSNLEU ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखकर कोविद प्रभावित बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को आपातकालीन चिकित्सा अग्रिम स्वीकृत करने के लिए धन आवंटित करने की मांग की ।

कोविद पूरे देश में चिंताजनक दर से फैल रहा है । देश में हर दिन साढ़े तीन लाख से अधिक नए कोविद मामले सामने आते हैं। बीएसएनएल के कर्मचारी और उनके परिवार के सदस्य भी प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। सरकारी अस्पतालों में कोविद मरीजों की भीड़ उमड़ रही है। लिहाजा बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को सिर्फ निजी अस्पतालों पर ही निर्भर रहना पड़ता है।  हालांकि निजी अस्पताल एडवांस के तौर पर मोटी रकम की मांग कर रहे हैं। इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखकर बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को मेडिकल एडवांस स्वीकृत करने के लिए धन आवंटित करने के लिए आकस्मिक कदम उठाने की मांग की है ।  

मद्रास उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा भारत में कोविड-19 के प्रसार के लिए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग जिम्मेदार है।

भारत में प्रतिदिन 3.5 लाख से अधिक नए कोविड मामले सामने आ रहे हैं। हर शहर और कस्बे में  कोविड मरीजों को भर्ती करने के लिए अस्पतालों में बेड नहीं है। यहां तक कि भर्ती होने वाले मरीजों की भी ऑक्सीजन की कमी के कारण मौत हो रही है। इन परिस्थितियों में मद्रास उच्च न्यायालय ने कल कहा है कि भारत के वर्तमान हालात के लिए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार है। हाल ही में कई राज्यों में बड़े पैमाने पर चुनावी रैलियां आयोजित की गईं । राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा कोई  कोविड प्रोटोकॉल का पालन नहीं किया गया । अदालत ने आरोप लगाया कि चुनाव आयोग अदालत के उस निर्देश को लागू करने में विफल रहा है, जिसे चुनावी रैलियों के दौरान राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा कोविड प्रोटोकॉल बनाए रखा जाना चाहिए । मुख्य न्यायाधीश संजिब बनर्जी और न्यायमूर्ति सेंथिलकुमार रामाश्रय से मिलकर पीठ ने पूछा कि जब चुनावी रैलियां हुई थीं तो क्या चुनाव आयोग किसी अन्य ग्रह पर था । अदालत ने कठोर टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि संभवत हत्या के आरोप में चुनाव आयोग को लगाया जाना चाहिए।

Everyday more than 3.5 lakh new COVID cases are being reported in India. In every city and town, there is no bed in  hospitals for admitting the COVID patients. Even the patients who are admitted are dying due to lack of oxygen. Under these circumstances, the Madras High Court has told yesterday that, the Election Commission of India is fully responsible for the present situation in India. Massive election rallies were conducted in many states recently. No COVID protocol was followed by the political parties. The court charged that, the Election Commission has failed to implement the court directive that, COVID protocol should be maintained by the political parties during the election rallies. The Bench consisting of Chief Justice Sanjib Banerjee and Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy asked whether the Election Commission was on another planet when election rallies were held. In a harsh remark, the Court said that, the Election Commission should be put up on murder charges probably.
