CHQ is extremely saddened to hear that Com.Mata Din Yadav, the young District Secretary of BSNLEU, Mau district, UP (East) circle, has passed away. He had been affected with COVID-19. Com. Mata Din Yadav was only 42 years old and had been functioning very effectively. His untimely death is a very big loss to BSNLEU. CHQ pays it’s respectful homage to Com.Mata Din Yadav and conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to his family members, friends and comrades of the UP(East) circle.

The Chennai Circle Union held it’s online Executive Committee meeting yesterday the 16.04.2021. Com.M. Shankar, circle Vice-President, presided over the meeting. Most of the executive committee members participated. Com.Sridhara Subramanian, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone. Com.S.Chellappa, AGS, delivered the inaugural address, explaining the important decisions of the Chennai CEC meeting and the issues being taken up by the CHQ. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the meeting and explained about the developments connected with BSNL’s 4G launching, BSNLEU’s court case against IDA freezing, efforts taken by BSNLEU to regularise payment of salary on the due date, as well as other issues. Detailed deliberations took on the report submitted by the Circle Secretary. The meeting thoroughly discussed the organisational structure in Chennai circle, in the aftermath of implementation of VRS and has taken important decisions, in tune with the decision of the Central Executive Committee meeting. 

The second wave of COVID-19 is spreading like wild fire. BSNLEU has been insisting upon the Management to implement preventive measures, to safeguard BSNL employees from the infection of COVID-19. Apart from writing letters, the General Secretary has spoken to the CMD BSNL and the Director (HR) and has demanded prompt measures to safeguard the employees. Belatedly, the Corporate Office issued a letter in this connection yesterday. However, the instructions issued by the Corporate Office is not satisfactory and BSNLEU will further press upon the Management to lay down more categorical preventive measures.

CHQ कार्यालय कल बंद रहेगा, लॉकडाउन को देखते हुए ।

दिल्ली में  COVID-19 की तेजी से फैल रही दूसरी लहर को देखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने सप्ताह के अंत में लॉकडाउन लागू कर दिया है। यह लॉकडाउन आज रात 10 बजे से शुरू होकर सोमवार को सुबह 6 बजे तक जारी रहेगा। इसके परिणामस्वरूप  हमारा सीएचक्यू कार्यालय कल बंद रहेगा।

In view of the fast spreading second wave of COVID-19 in Delhi, the state government has imposed a week-end lockdown. This lockdown starts from 10 PM today and will continue up to 6 AM on Monday the 18.04.2021. In view of this, our CHQ office will remain closed tomorrow.

महाराष्ट्र सर्कल में COVID-19 का प्रसार खतरनाक स्तर पर पहुंच गया है - बीएसएनएलईयू के महासचिव, सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित एहतियाती कदमों को लागू करने का अनुरोध करते हैं।

बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी श्री पीके पुरवार के साथ आज चर्चा में महामंत्री कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु ने महाराष्ट्र में व्याप्त चिंताजनक स्थिति पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने बताया कि, महाराष्ट्र सर्कल में COVID-19 का प्रसार खतरनाक स्तर पर पहुंच गया है। इसलिए, महासचिव ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकार द्वारा पहले से निर्धारित एहतियाती कदमों को तुरंत लागू करने की मांग की। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने आश्वासन दिया कि इस मामले में निदेशक (एचआर) से चर्चा की जाएगी और उचित कार्रवाई की जाएगी। 

नॉन एग्जीक्यूटिव को आईडीए के भुगतान पर माननीय केरल उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के कार्यान्वयन में अत्यधिक देरी - बीएसएनएलईयू के महासचिव ने  सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से बात की और संघ की नाखुशी व्यक्त की।

 कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस ने आज बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी श्री पीके पुरवार से बात की। उन्होंने बीएसएनएल के गैर-कार्यकारियों को आईडीए के भुगतान पर माननीय केरल उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश को लागू न करने के संबंध में संघ के अत्यधिक दुख व्यक्त किए।

महासचिव ने बताया कि इस मामले को डीओटी को भेजे जाने के बाद से यह तीन सप्ताह पहले ही है और अभी भी मामला बेबस बना हुआ है । महासचिव ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से कहा कि  "न्याय में देरी न्याय से वंचित है" । महामंत्री द्वारा की गई टिप्पणी का जवाब देते हुए सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने कहा कि, वह इस मामले को तत्काल डीओटी के साथ आगे बढ़ाएंगे।
