RTI question on payment of IDA to the Non-Executives – authorities give evasive reply.

It is already three and half months, since the Hon’ble Kerala High Court gave an order for the payment of IDA to the Non-Executives of BSNL. The  Hon’ble Court has said that, the freezing of IDA by the government, is not applicable to the Non-Executives of BSNL. However, the DPE, the DoT and the BSNL Management are playing hide-and-seek game on this matter and have not implemented the court order. An RTI question has been raised on this issue by one of our DR JEs. However, the same hide-and-seek reply has been given by the authorities. BSNLEU has again filed a petition in the Hon’ble Kerala High Court on this matter. At the same time, we appreciate the comrade, who has raised very relevant and pointed RTI question on the matter.
