The Central Secretariat meeting of BSNLEU, held online on 09.06.2021, has decided that all the Circle Executive Committee meetings should be held online. Circle Secretaries are requested to kindly make note of this and arrange to hold the online meeting of their respective Circle Executive Committee meetings. Circle Secretaries are requested to immediately fix the date for the meeting, in consultation with the General Secretary. 

The CHQ has already written to the Director (HR) and has opposed the Narsinghpur SSA being brought under the Sagar BA. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Manish Kumar, GM(Restg.), BSNL CO today. Alternative proposal has been given by the GM (Restg.) BSNL CO. The same has been communicated to the Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, MP circle.

Due to the wrong interpretation given by the CCA, Maharashtra & Goa circle, a good number of retired Sr.TOAs suffered loss in pension. The CCA argued that the Sr.TOAs, on promotion under OTBP, should have been given 6550 pay scale and not 7100 pay scale. This issue was taken up by the CHQ of BSNLEU and has already been settled. However, pension re-fixation has not yet been done to the above mentioned pensioners. It is being stated that the present software does not support revision of pension.  Hence, BSNLEU has written to the Controller General of Communication Accounts at New Delhi, requesting him to ensure necessary software upgradation to solve this problem.

As has already been intimated, an online meeting of the functionaries of the Public Sector Trade Unions, has been organised by the CITU. The meeting will take place at 11:00 am tomorrow, the 13-06-2021. The circle secretaries and central office bearers of BSNLEU have been requested to participate in this meeting. A background note has been circulated for this meeting and the same has been circulated to the CEC members. The link for the meeting has already been sent through WhatsApp.

बीएसएनएल के नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को आईडीए का भुगतान जारी करने में अच्छी प्रगति।

01-10-2020 और 01-01-2021 से देय हो गई दो किस्तों आईडीए को बीएसएनएल के  नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स को भुगतान नहीं किया गया है । सभी कामरेड इस बात से अवगत हैं कि बीएसएनएलईयू को माननीय केरल उच्च न्यायालय से अनुकूल आदेश मिला है। बीएसएनएलईयू लगातार डीओटी सचिव और डीपीई सचिव को पत्र लिखकर कोर्ट के आदेश को लागू करने की मांग कर रहा है।

कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस ने 23.03.2021 को बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी श्री पीके पुरवार से मुलाकात की और इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने आश्वासन दिया कि बीएसएनएल कोर्ट के आदेश पर अमल करेगा। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने तुरंत डीओटी को पत्र लिखकर कोर्ट के आदेश को लागू करने के लिए डीओटी की मंजूरी मांगी है। हमें पता चला है कि डीओटी यह मंजूरी दे दी है । 

अब बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने डीपीई को पत्र लिखकर आईडीए के प्रतिशत के आधिकारिक आंकड़े मांगे हैं, जो 01.10.2020 और 01.01.2021 से देय हो गए हैं। बीएसएनएल कारपोरेट कार्यालय के Sr.GM (Estt.), श्री सौरभ त्यागी कल कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस को सूचित किया कि उन्होंने डीपीई में एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी के साथ टेलीफोन पर चर्चा की थी और डीपीई ने प्रतिशत के आंकड़े आधिकारिक रूप से देने पर सहमति व्यक्त की है। इसलिए निगम कार्यालय को यह जानकारी किसी भी समय पहुंच सकता है।  

इसके बाद निगम कार्यालय द्वारा बीएसएनएल के नॉन एग्जिक्युटिव्स के लिए 01.10.2020 से 5.5% आईडीए और 01.01.2021 से 6.1% आईडीए के भुगतान के आदेश जारी किए जाएंगे। बकाया राशि का भुगतान 01-10-2020 से किया जाएगा।

Two instalments of IDA that has become due from 01-10-2020 and 01-01-2021, are not paid to the Non-Executives of BSNL. All the comrades are aware that, BSNLEU has got a favourable order from the Hon’ble Kerala High Court. 

BSNLEU is continuously writing to the DoT Secretary and the DPE Secretary, demanding implementation of the Court order. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL on 23.03.2021, and discussed this issue. The CMD BSNL assured that BSNL would implement the Court order. CMD BSNL immediately wrote to the DoT, seeking DoT's approval for implementing the Court order. We learn that, the DoT has already given it’s approval. 

Now, the BSNL Management has written to the DPE, asking for the official figures of the percentage of IDA that has become due from 01.10.2020 and 01.01.2021. Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Sr.GM(Estt.), BSNL Corporate Office, informed Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, yesterday that, he had  telephonically discussed the issue with a senior officer in the DPE and the DPE has agreed to give the percentage figures officially. The Corporate Office may get this information any time. Thereafter, order for the payment of 5.5% IDA from 01.10.2020 and 6.1% IDA from 01.01.2021 will be issued for the Non-Executives of BSNL, by the Corporate Office. Arrears will be paid from 01-10-2020.

पंजाब सर्कल  के 2 JAO उम्मीदवारों के लिए ट्रेनिंग। 

2016 में आयोजित JAO LICE में उपस्थित हुए SC/ST अभ्यर्थियों के परिणामों की समीक्षा में दो अभ्यर्थियों को सफल घोषित किया गया है। लेकिन, उन्हें JAO ट्रेनिंग के लिए नहीं भेजा गया। CGM, NATFM  ने पंजाब सर्कल के लिए जरूरी 2 सीटें आवंटित नहीं की हैं। इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने निदेशक एचआर को पत्र लिखकर इन 2 उम्मीदवारों को JAO ट्रेनिंग के लिए भेजने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाने का अनुरोध किया है ।
