एनई-2 सर्कल के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में तैनात JEs का स्थानांतरण। 

एनई-2 सर्कल के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में तैनात JEs 2 साल की सेवा पूरी करने के बाद सर्किल के अन्य जिलों में ट्रांसफर करवा सकते हैं। सीजीएम द्वारा पहले से लागू की गई तबादला नीति में यह प्रावधान पहले से ही मौजूद है। हालांकि एनई 2 सर्किल प्रशासन इस पॉलिसी को लागू नहीं कर रहा है। बीएसएनएलईयू इस मामले पर निदेशक एचआर को पहले ही पत्र लिख चुका है। अब BSNLEU ने इसे इस महीने में निदेशक एचआर के साथ होने वाली औपचारिक बैठक के लिए एक एजेंडा मद के रूप में लिया है । 

बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर बीएसएनएल कर्मचारी कल्याण बोर्ड और बीएसएनएल खेल एवं सांस्कृतिक बोर्ड के पुनर्गठन की मांग की है।

निगम कार्यालय स्तर पर गठित बीएसएनएल कर्मचारी कल्याण बोर्ड व बीएसएनएल खेल एवं सांस्कृतिक बोर्ड का कार्यकाल मार्च, 2020 में ही समाप्त हो चुका है। इसके बाद इन बोर्डों का पुनर्गठन नहीं किया जाता है। ये दोनों बोर्ड पूरे देश में कर्मचारियों के कल्याण के साथ-साथ खेल और सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों को नियंत्रित करते हैं ।  बीएसएनएलईयू ने पहले ही 17-08-2020 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर इन दोनों बोर्डों के तत्काल पुनर्गठन की मांग की है। हालांकि इस संबंध में अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने एक बार फिर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर बिना किसी देरी के इन बोर्डों का पुनर्गठन करने की मांग की है।

The online Central Secretariat meeting of BSNLEU started at 10:00 am today. All the 25 central office bearers of BSNLEU are participating enthusiastically. Com.Animesh Mitra, President, is presiding. Com.Swapan Chakraborty, Dy.GS, moved the condolence resolution. The office bearers stood in silence for a minute and paid homage to the departed comrades. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, presented the note for discussion. Thereafter, deliberations by the Central Office bearers started. All the comrades who have spoken so far appreciated the functioning of the CHQ for it’s lively functioning and for taking up all the issues of the employees, even at this pandemic situation. Many speakers severely criticised the anti-public sector and anti-BSNL policies of the Modi government. The total failure of the Central Government in tackling the second wave of the COVID-19 was also severely criticised. The speakers expressed their concern over the heavy delay in launching BSNL’s 4G service, the decision to monetise BSNL’s towers and optic fibres, non-payment of salary on the due date, etc. Strong opinion was also expressed that, the AUAB should give a call for agitational programmes on these issues, in whichever method possible. The meeting is continuing.

सीधे दूरसंचार तकनीशियन बनने वाले टीएसएम को राष्ट्रपति के आदेश जारी करना । 

टीएसएम जो सीधे दूरसंचार तकनीशियन बन गया है, उसे अभी राष्ट्रपति के आदेश जारी किए जाने हैं । यह मामला डीओटी में लंबित पड़ा है। परसों, कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस ने श्री सौरभ त्यागी, Sr.GM (एस्ट)), कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के साथ इस मामले पर चर्चा की। इसके बाद Sr.GM (एस्ट ) ने इस मामले पर डीओटी में डीडीजी (एस्ट) से चर्चा की है। डीडीजी (एस्ट), डीओटी ने बताया है कि COVID-19 के कारण  स्टाफ की भारी कमी है। हालांकि उन्होंने कर्मचारियों की संख्या में सुधार होते ही जल्द ही जरूरी काम करने का आश्वासन दिया है।

The Central Secretariat meeting of BSNLEU, is being held tomorrow the 09.06.2021. In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting is being held through video conferencing. The 25 central office bearers of BSNLEU will be attending this meeting.  Important issues being faced by the employees and the Company will be discussed in this meeting. 

As regards, issuing Presidential Orders to the TSMs who were directly promoted as Telecom Technicians, the matter has already been referred to the DoT, by the BSNL Corporate Office. It is for the DoT to take a decision on issuing the Presidential Orders. BSNLEU is actively pursuing this matter. Day before yesterday, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Sr.GM(Estt.) and requested him to discuss the matter with the DDG (Estt.), DoT and ascertain the status. Accordingly, Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Sr.GM(Estt.) has discussed the matter with Shri S.K. Jain, DDG(Estt.), DoT, yesterday.  The DDG (Estt.), DoT, has replied that the matter is lying pending due to the acute shortage of staff, due to the impact of COVID-19, The DDG (Estt.), DoT, has assured to expedite the matter, soon as the attendance of the employees improves.

CHQ is extremely saddened to hear that Com.P.R.Das, former circle secretary, BSNLEU, Odisha circle, has passed away today. He had been suffering from cancer and was under treatment. Com.P.R.Das is the first circle secretary of BSNLEU, Odisha circle and had dedicated his entire life for the trade union movement. He was a progressive minded leader and had immensely contributed in developing BSNLEU as the number one union in Odisha circle. The contributions of Com.P.R.Das will be remembered by BSNLEU for long years to come. CHQ pays it’s respectful homage to Com.P.R.Das and convey it's heartfelt condolences to his family members and to the comrades of Odisha circle.

IDA instalments are not being paid to the Non-Executives of BSNL from 01.10.2020 onwards. The government has frozen the IDA of the Executives only. Government has not frozen the IDA of the Non-Executives. But even then, the Non-Executives are not being paid IDA. On 17.02.2021, the Hon’ble Kerala High Court gave an order that, IDA should not be denied to the Non-Executives of BSNL. However, even thereafter, the DPE, the DoT and the BSNL Management have not paid the IDA that has become due. Once again BSNLEU has written a letter to the Secretary, DPE and the Secretary, Telecom, demanding to implement the order of the Hon’ble Kerala High Court and pay IDA to the Non-Executives of BSNL.

सरकार के उच्च स्तर पर बीएसएनएल को मारने की साजिश चल रही है। 

सरकार ने ठान लिया है कि वह बीएसएनएल को 4जी सेवा शुरू करने की अनुमति नहीं देगी । मार्च, 2020 में बीएसएनएल ने ग्लोबल वेंडर्स से 4जी उपकरण खरीदने के लिए टेंडर निकाला था। लेकिन, सरकार के निर्देशानुसार इस टेंडर को रद्द कर दिया गया। इसके अलावा सरकार ने बीएसएनएल से कहा कि बीएसएनएल के कोर 4जी उपकरण केवल घरेलू विक्रेताओं से ही खरीदे जाने चाहिए । हालांकि, मार्च, 2021 में मीडिया ने बताया कि विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी पर प्रधानमंत्री के प्रधान सलाहकार श्री विजय राघवन की अध्यक्षता वाले सशक्त प्रौद्योगिकी समूह (ईटीजी) ने बीएसएनएल को नोकिया, एरिक्सन जैसे वैश्विक विक्रेताओं से 4जी उपकरण खरीदने की मंजूरी दे दी थी। लेकिन अब पता चला है कि सरकार ने ईटीजी की सिफारिश को खारिज कर दिया है। अब बीएसएनएल 4जी मुद्दे पर एक वर्ग में वापस आ गया है । निस्संदेह सरकार के उच्च स्तर पर बीएसएनएल को मारने की साजिश चल रही है।
