The emergent online meeting of BSNLWWCC was held on 21.09.2025. Com. Ramadevi, Vice President (CHQ), presided over the meeting, while Com. P. Abhimanyu, Vice President (CHQ), inaugurated it. Seventeen comrades participated, including 13 women comrades from 9 circles. Com. P. Abhimanyu discussed the current BSNL situation, focusing on PRC issues and BSNLEU's role in the agreement. Com. Jyothilakshmi, Convenor of BSNLWWCC, presented key discussion points, including participation in CITU's Women Convention in Hyderabad on 1st & 2nd November, 2025, and preparations for the next All India Convention of BSNLWWCC. Members expressed concerns about BSNL's service issues, leading to customer loss. Com. M. Vijayakumar, President (CHQ) and Com. Animesh Chandra Mitra, General Secretary, provided valuable guidance. The meeting concluded with decisions to improve BSNLWWCC's functioning in underperforming circles.

BSNLEU ने दूरसंचार कारखानों पर चिंता जताई - अलीपुर और जबलपुर के कर्मचारी संकट में, महासचिव ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (टीएफ) से मुलाकात की.

बीएसएनएल के दूरसंचार कारखानों का भविष्य अधर में लटक गया है क्योंकि प्रबंधन राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन (एनएमपी) के तहत उन्हें बेचने या बंद करने की योजना पर आगे बढ़ रहा है। इस कदम से कारखाना श्रमिकों, विशेष रूप से अलीपुर और जबलपुर के श्रमिकों में गहरी बेचैनी पैदा हो गई है, जो अब अनिश्चितता और कठिनाई का सामना कर रहे हैं। BSNLEU ने इस बेचने की नीति का कड़ा विरोध किया है। महासचिव, साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने हाल ही में अलीपुर और जबलपुर दोनों दूरसंचार कारखानों का दौरा किया, जिला यूनियन नेताओं के साथ चर्चा की और श्रमिकों को सीएचक्यू के पूर्ण समर्थन का आश्वासन दिया। उनकी शिकायतों को उजागर करते हुए बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन को एक विस्तृत पत्र पहले ही भेजा जा चुका है। 17.09.2025 को, साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने नई दिल्ली स्थित कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय में श्री बिशॉय, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (टीएफ) से मुलाकात की। महासचिव  ने दूरसंचार कारखाने के श्रमिकों के ज्वलंत मुद्दों को रखा और अलीपुर और जबलपुर दोनों में स्थिति की गंभीरता को रेखांकित किया। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (टीएफ) ने धैर्यपूर्वक सुनवाई की और आश्वासन दिया कि जल्द से जल्द आवश्यक कदम उठाए जाएँगे। BSNLEU दोहराता है कि कारखाना श्रमिकों की आजीविका से समझौता नहीं किया जा सकता। यदि प्रबंधन इन महत्वपूर्ण इकाइयों की सुरक्षा करने में विफल रहता है, तो संघ अपना संघर्ष तेज़ करने के लिए बाध्य होगा।

कॉंट्राक्ट एवं केज़्युअल कर्मचारियों का राष्ट्रव्यापी धरना - एक शानदार सफलता. 

बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों और कॉंट्राक्ट /केज़्युअल कर्मचारियों ने आज देश भर के सीजीएमटी कार्यालयों पर कॉंट्राक्ट एवं केज्युअल कर्मचारियों के लिए न्याय की मांग को लेकर एक सशक्त राष्ट्रव्यापी धरना दिया। बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के आह्वान पर, लंबे समय से लंबित मुद्दों के समाधान हेतु प्रबंधन को ज्ञापन सौंपे गए। BSNLEU ने नियमित कर्मचारियों को संगठित करके और व्यापक भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करके पूर्ण एकजुटता दिखाई। सर्किलों से प्राप्त रिपोर्टों से पुष्टि होती है कि नियमित और कॉंट्राक्ट कर्मचारियों ने संयुक्त रूप से प्रदर्शन किया और अधिकारियों को ज्ञापन सौंपे। सीएचक्यू ने कॉंट्राक्ट /केज़्युअल कर्मचारियों के मांगों के चार्टर का भी समर्थन किया है और उसे बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन को भेज दिया है। नियमित और कॉंट्राक्ट कर्मचारियों की एकजुट शक्ति ने एक कड़ा संदेश दिया है - प्रबंधन को सार्थक बातचीत के माध्यम से मुद्दों का समाधान करना चाहिए, अन्यथा ट्रेड यूनियनों द्वारा तीव्र कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

बिहार परिमंडल की कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज पटना में उत्साहपूर्ण माहौल में संपन्न हुई।

BSNLEU, बिहार परिमंडल की मुख्य कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज, 18.09.2025 को पटना स्थित टेलीफोन भवन में आयोजित की गई। वरिष्ठ नेता साथी  बी.पी. सिंह, अध्यक्ष ने बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। बिहार के विभिन्न जिलों से सभी मुख्य कार्यकारी समिति के सदस्य और जिला सचिव उपस्थित रहे। BSNLEU के परिमंडल सचिव साथी  प्रशांत कुमार ने स्वागत भाषण दिया। महासचिव साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने 17.09.2025 को आयोजित पीआरसी बैठक में हुए महत्वपूर्ण घटनाक्रमों से सदन को अवगत कराया। परिमंडल सचिव साथी  पी.के. प्रशांत ने भी चर्चा के लिए प्रमुख मुद्दों पर प्रकाश डाला। 15 जिला यूनियनों के जिला सचिवों ने मुख्य कार्यकारी समिति के सदस्यों के साथ चर्चा में भाग लिया। उन्होंने संगठनात्मक मामलों, विशेष रूप से परिमंडल और जिला यूनियनों के कामकाज पर अपने विचार साझा किए। उन्होंने वेतनमान और वेतन वार्ता समिति से जुड़े अन्य मुद्दों पर भी अपनी राय व्यक्त की। बैठक में आगामी सदस्यता सत्यापन के लिए संगठनात्मक तैयारियाँ शुरू करने का संकल्प लिया गया। साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा, महासचिव, ने पीआरसी मुद्दों पर प्रबंधन की समझ को स्पष्ट किया। उन्होंने प्रबंधन की भूमिका की भी आलोचना की जिसके कारण बीएसएनएल हर महीने ग्राहकों को खो रहा है, जबकि प्रबंधन 25 साल पूरे होने का जश्न धूमधाम से मना रहा है। अंत में, साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने सभी कर्मचारियों से 19 सितंबर के बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ कार्यक्रम को प्रभावी ढंग से मनाने का आह्वान किया।

महाराष्ट्र सर्कल ने अपनी सर्कल कार्यकारिणी समिति की उत्साहपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की।

महाराष्ट्र सर्कल की BSNLEU सर्कल कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक 19/09/2025 और 20/09/2025 को काला तालाब, कल्याण में आयोजित की गई। अखिल भारतीय अध्यक्ष साथी  एम. विजयकुमार ने यूनियन का ध्वज फहराया। सर्कल कार्यकारिणी बैठक की अध्यक्षता सर्कल अध्यक्ष साथी  नागेश कुमार नलावड़े ने की। सहायक महासचिव साथी  नीलेश काले ने सभी का स्वागत किया। अखिल भारतीय अध्यक्ष साथी  एम. विजयकुमार ने कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक का उद्घाटन किया। उन्होंने व्यापार/टैरिफ युद्ध, साम्राज्यवादी ताकतों के समर्थन से इज़राइल द्वारा फिलिस्तीन पर हमला और नेपाल की स्थिति जैसी महत्वपूर्ण अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्थितियों पर बात की। उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार द्वारा अपनाई जा रही गलत नीतियों पर भी बात की, जो श्रमिकों और आम आदमी के खिलाफ हैं। उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन पर चर्चा, 4G मुद्दों, मोबाइल और एफटीटीएच में सेवाओं की खराब गुणवत्ता और कर्मचारियों के मामलों के बारे में भी बताया। उन्होंने साथियों से यूनियन को और मजबूत करके अगले सदस्यता सत्यापन की तैयारी करने का अनुरोध किया। उद्घाटन सत्र को उपमहासचिव  गणेश हिंगे, सहायक महासचिव साथी  जॉन वर्गीस, आयोजन सचिव (सीएचक्यू) साथी  संदीप गुलंजकर, सर्कल सचिव साथी  कौतिक बस्ते, एआईबीडीपीए सर्कल सचिव साथी  मोहम्मद जकाती, सीसीडब्ल्यूएफ सहायक महासचिव यूसुफ हुसैन, डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी संयुक्त संयोजक (सीएचक्यू) साथी  अमिता नाइक, डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी सर्कल संयोजक साथी  मंजूषा लचके ने संबोधित किया। सर्कल सचिव साथी  कौतिक बस्ते ने गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। सभी साथियों ने चर्चा में भाग लिया। समिति के दूसरे दिन, "डिजिटल इंडिया-बीएसएनएल की जिम्मेदारी और अवसर" विषय पर एक संगोष्ठी आयोजित की गई। सर्कल सचिव कॉमरेड कौतिक बस्ते ने चर्चा का विषय प्रस्तुत किया। सर्कल अध्यक्ष कॉमरेड नागेश नलावड़े ने अधिवेशन की अध्यक्षता की। सीजीएमटी महाराष्ट्र सर्कल श्री हरिंदर कुमार ने मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में भाग लिया और विषय पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए। अखिल भारतीय अध्यक्ष कॉमरेड एम. विजयकुमार, उप-मुख्यालय कॉमरेड गणेश हिंगे, एजीएस कॉमरेड जॉन वर्गीस, संगठन सचिव (सीएचक्यू) कॉमरेड संदीप गुलंजकर, एआईबीडीपीए मंडल सचिव कॉमरेड मोहम्मद जकाती, पीजीएम कल्याण, श्री महेश कुमार, महाप्रबंधक श्री हरिओम सोलंकी ने चर्चा में भाग लिया। सीडब्ल्यूसी बैठक के एक भाग के रूप में, डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी सम्मेलन का भी आयोजन किया गया। जिला डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी संयोजकों ने चर्चा में भाग लिया और महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे उठाए।

The BSNLEU Circle Executive Committee meeting of Maharashtra Circle was held on 19/09/2025 and 20/09/2025 at Kala Talav Kalyan. The Union flag was hoisted by All India President Com.M.Vijayakumar. The CEC Meeting was presided over by Circle President  Com. NageshKumar Nalawade. Com.Nilesh Kale, ACS welcomed all.  All India President, Com.M. Vijayakumar inaugurated the Executive Committee meeting.  He spoke on important international situations like Trade/Tariff war, attack on Palestine by Israel with the support of imperialism forces and the situation in Nepal. He also spoke on the wrong policies being followed by the Central Government which is against the workers and common man. He explained about the wage revision discussions, 4G issues, Poor quality of services in mobile and FTTH, and also staff matters. He requested the comrades to make preparations for the next membership verification by strengthening the union further. The inaugural session was addressed by Dy.GS Com.Ganesh Hinge, AGS, Com John Verghese,  Organising Secretary(CHQ) Com. Sandeep Gulanjkar, Circle Secretary Com Kautik Baste, AIBDPA Circle Secretary  Com.Mohd Jakati, CCWF AGS Yusuf Husain, WWCC Joint Convenor (CHQ) Com Amita Naik, WWCC Circle Convenor Com Manjusha Lachke. Reports on activity was presented by the Circle Secretary Com.Kautik Baste. All comrades participated in the discussion.

On the Second day of the Committee, a seminar on "Digital India- BSNL's Responsibility and Opportunity " was conducted. Circle Secretary Com.Kautik Baste presented the subject for discussion. Circle President Com. Nagesh Nalawade presided over the Convention. CGMT Maharashtra Circle Shri Harinder Kumar participated as a Chief Guest and presented his views on the subject. All India President Com.M.Vijayakumar, Dy GS Com.Ganesh Hinge, AGS Com. John Verghese, Org secretary (CHQ) Com.Sandeep Gulanjkar, AIBDPA Circle secretary Com. Mohd. Jakati, PGM Kalyan, Shri Mahesh Kumar, General Manager Shri Hariom Solanki participated in the debate. As part of the CWC Meeting, WWCC Convention was also held. District WWCC Convenors took part in discussion and raised important issues.

BSNL Management has once again moved against the interests of employees by initiating steps to sell or shut down the Telecom Factories, as part of the anti-worker National Monetisation Pipeline (NMP). This unjust move has pushed the workers of Alipore and Jabalpur Telecom Factories into deep distress and anger. BSNLEU has categorically condemned this sell-out policy. Com. Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, visited both Alipore and Jabalpur Telecom Factories recently, met the district union leadership, and assured the workers that CHQ will fight shoulder to shoulder with them. CHQ has already written to BSNL Management, demanding immediate withdrawal of these anti-worker measures and redressal of the workers’ grievances.

On 17.09.2025, Com. Animesh Mitra met Shri B.B. Bishoi, PGM(TF), at Corporate Office, New Delhi, and strongly raised the burning issues of factory workers. The GS highlighted the dangerous situation created at Alipore and Jabalpur due to Management’s policies. The PGM(TF) assured that the matter will be looked into and necessary action will be taken. BSNLEU makes it clear – Telecom Factories are national assets and the livelihood of workers is non-negotiable. If the Management continues with its destructive policy of closure and sale, the Union, together with the workers, will launch militant struggles to protect the factories and safeguard jobs.

BSNL employees and contract/casual workers today staged a powerful nationwide dharna at CGMT offices across the country, demanding justice for contractual and casual labourers. At the call of BSNLCCWF, memoranda were submitted to the Management pressing for settlement of long-pending issues. BSNLEU extended full solidarity by mobilising regular employees, ensuring massive participation. Reports from circles confirm that regular and contract workers jointly conducted the demonstrations and submitted memoranda to the authorities. CHQ has also endorsed and forwarded the charter of demands of the contract/casual workers to BSNL Management. The united strength of regular and contract workers has sent out a strong message – Management must resolve the issues through meaningful negotiation, failing which intensified trade union action will follow.

The CEC meeting of BSNLEU, Bihar Circle, was held at Telephone Bhawan, Patna BA, today, the 18.09.2025. Veteran leader Com. B.P. Singh, President, presided over the meeting. All CEC members and District Secretaries from different districts of Bihar attended.  Com. Prashant Kr. Prashant, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, delivered the welcome address. Com. Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, briefed the house about the important developments in the PRC meeting held on 17.09.2025. Com. P.K. Prashant, Circle Secretary, also highlighted key issues for discussion.

District Secretaries from 15 district unions, along with CEC members, participated in the discussions. They shared their views on organisational matters, especially the functioning of circle and district unions. They also expressed their opinions regarding the pay scale and other issues connected to the Wage Negotiation Committee.

The CEC resolved to begin organisational preparations for the upcoming Membership Verification. Com.Animesh Mitra, GS, has explained the understanding of Management on the PRC issues. He also criticised the role of the Management for which BSNL is losing customers in every month, while the Management is observing the 25 years celebration in befitting manner. Finally, Com. Animesh Mitra calls upon all workers to observe the 19th September BSNLCCWF programme effectively.
