The CEC meeting of Bihar circle held at Patna today with enthusiastic environment.

The CEC meeting of BSNLEU, Bihar Circle, was held at Telephone Bhawan, Patna BA, today, the 18.09.2025. Veteran leader Com. B.P. Singh, President, presided over the meeting. All CEC members and District Secretaries from different districts of Bihar attended.  Com. Prashant Kr. Prashant, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, delivered the welcome address. Com. Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, briefed the house about the important developments in the PRC meeting held on 17.09.2025. Com. P.K. Prashant, Circle Secretary, also highlighted key issues for discussion.

District Secretaries from 15 district unions, along with CEC members, participated in the discussions. They shared their views on organisational matters, especially the functioning of circle and district unions. They also expressed their opinions regarding the pay scale and other issues connected to the Wage Negotiation Committee.

The CEC resolved to begin organisational preparations for the upcoming Membership Verification. Com.Animesh Mitra, GS, has explained the understanding of Management on the PRC issues. He also criticised the role of the Management for which BSNL is losing customers in every month, while the Management is observing the 25 years celebration in befitting manner. Finally, Com. Animesh Mitra calls upon all workers to observe the 19th September BSNLCCWF programme effectively.
