एनई -9 वेतनमान में 5 साल की सेवा की शर्त जेएओ परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने के लिए स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती है - महासचिव  ने पीजीएम (पर्स)-PGM (pers) को बताया है। 

BSNLEU पहले ही मांग कर चुका है कि जेएओ भर्ती नियमों के मसौदे में लगाई गई कठोर शर्तों को हटाया जाना चाहिए। खासकर, BSNLEU ने JAO परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए "NE-9 वेतनमान में 5 साल की सेवा" की शर्त का कड़ा विरोध किया है। BSNLEU ने इस संबंध में सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पहले ही पत्र लिखा है। इस मुद्दे पर एक बार फिर दिनांक 21.04.2022 को श्री आर.के. गोयल, पीजीएम (पर्स) के साथ साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव  द्वारा चर्चा की गई थी। महासचिव, बीएसएनएलईयू ने पुरजोर मांग की है कि एनई-9 वेतनमान में 5 वर्ष की सेवा की शर्त को जेएओ आरआर से हटा दिया जाना चाहिए। पीजीएम (पर्स.) ने मामले की जांच करने का आश्वासन दिया है। 

The problem has arisen because, thousands of posts were abolished in the name of Restructuring. When Management gave it’s proposals on Restructuring to the Recognised Unions, BSNLEU rejected it. BSNLEU has submitted alternative proposals, giving detailed justification for the posts of JTO, JAO, JE, Sr.TOA, TT and ATT, vide letter no. BSNLEU/503 (CDR) dated 27.07.2021. The issue was discussed many times with the CMD BSNL and Director (HR). But they did not accept our demand. Insisting to accept our proposals, BSNLEU had organised demonstrations, black-badge wearing demonstrations, submitting memorandum to the GMs and CGMs, etc. BSNLEU has fought on this issue for the past 6 / 7 months.

BSNLEU has already demanded that, the harsh conditions imposed in the draft JAO Recruitment Rules should be removed. Especially, BSNLEU is strongly opposing the condition of “5 years’ of service in NE-9 pay scale” for appearing in the JAO exam. BSNLEU has already written letter to the CMD BSNL in this connection. This issue was once again discussed by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, with Shri R.K. Goyal, PGM(Pers.) on 21.04.2022. The GS, BSNLEU, has strongly demanded that, the condition of 5 years’ of service in NE-9 pay scale should be removed from the JAO RR. The PGM (Pers.) has assured to look into the matter.

कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा उपयोग किए गए "एसएसए के विलय-merger of SSA" शब्द के उपयोग के लिए BSNLEU की आपत्ति :- कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने पत्र जारी कर यह गलती का सुधार किया है। 

व्यावसायिक क्षेत्रों के समेकन-Consolidation of Business Areas के संबंध में जारी किए गए कुछ पत्रों में कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय गलती से "विलय-merger" शब्द का उपयोग करता है। नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए यह बहुत खतरनाक है। यदि व्यावसायिक क्षेत्रों के समेकन को एसएसए के विलय के रूप में लिया जाता है तो को नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को उनके एसएसए से बाहर स्थानांतरित किए जाने का खतरा पैदा हो जाएगा। इसलिए, शुरू से ही जब भी कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय "विलय" शब्द का उपयोग करता है, तो तुरंत BSNLEU ने हस्तक्षेप किया है और इसे ठीक कर दिया है। एक बार फिर दिनांक 09.02.2022 को जारी पत्र में, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने "व्यावसायिक क्षेत्रों के विलय / डी-मर्जर" शब्दों का उपयोग किया है।  तुरंत, दिनांक 10.02.2022 को, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखा, जिसमें "विलय / डी-मर्जर" शब्द के उपयोग पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई गई। इस मुद्दे पर तुरंत, 10.02.2022 को, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखा, जिसमें "विलय / डी-मर्जर" शब्द के उपयोग पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई गई। इस मुद्दे पर साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव द्वारा दिनांक 21.04.2022 को श्री सुरजीत मंडोल, जनरल मेनेजर,  (सीए और ईआरपी) के साथ चर्चा की गई थी। जनरल मेनेजर,  (सीए और ईआरपी) ने जवाब दिया है कि, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने पहले ही अपनी गलती को सुधार लिया है। दिनांक 04.03.2022 को जारी पत्र में, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने उल्लेख किया है कि, "व्यावसायिक क्षेत्रों के समेकन" शब्द का उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए, जहां भी "व्यावसायिक क्षेत्रों के विलय / डी-मर्जर" शब्द का उपयोग किया जाता है। जनरल मेनेजर, (सीए और ईआरपी) द्वारा कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय पत्र की एक प्रति महासचिव को सौंपी गई थी। पत्र की प्रति संलग्न है।

एलआईसी और पीएलआई प्रीमियम की कटौती पर रोक - महासचिव, BSNLEU, ने जीएम (सीए और ईआरपी) के साथ चर्चा की हैं।

कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने सोसायटी, सहकारी स्टोर, एलआईसी, पीएलआई और क्लबों के संबंध में कर्मचारियों के वेतन से कटौती को रोकने के लिए दिनांक 06.01.2022 को पत्र जारी किया था । तुरंत, BSNLEU ने दिनांक 13.01.2022 को सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा था जिसमें कटौती जारी रखने के औचित्य के बारे में बताया गया था । BSNLEU द्वारा किए गए प्रयासों के परिणामस्वरूप, सोसाइटी, सहकारी स्टोरों और क्लबों के लिए कटौती बंद नहीं की गई है, वे जारी हैं। हालांकि एलआईसी और पीएलआई के लिए कटौती रोक दी गई है। महासचिव साथी पी.अभिमन्यु ने दिनांक 21.04.2022 को श्री सुरजीत मंडोल, जनरल मेनेजर (सीए और ईआरपी) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की और उनसे एलआईसी और पीएलआई कटौती जारी रखने का आग्रह किया। जनरल मेनेजर (सीए और ईआरपी) ने निर्णय की समीक्षा करने का आश्वासन दिया है । 

In certain letters issued in connection with consolidation of Business Area, the Corporate Office mistakenly use the word “merger”. This is very dangerous for the Non-Executives. If consolidation of Business Area is taken as merger of SSAs, then the danger of the Non-Executives being transferred out of their SSAs will arise. Hence, right from the beginning, whenever the Corporate Office use the word “merger”, immediately BSNLEU has intervened and has corrected that. Once again, in the letter issued on 09.02.2022, the Corporate Office has used the words “merger / de-merger of Business Areas”. Immediately, on 10.02.2022, BSNLEU wrote letter to the Director (HR), strongly objecting the usage of the word “merger / de-merger”. This issue was discussed by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, with Shri Surajit Mandol, GM(CA & ERP) on 21.04.2022. The GM (CA & ERP) replied that the Corporate Office has already corrected their mistake. In the letter issued on 04.03.2022, the Corporate Office has stated that the term “consolidation of Business Areas” should be used wherever the term “merger / de-merger of Business Areas” is used. A copy of the Corporate Office letter was handed over to the General Secretary by the GM (CA & ERP). Copy of the letter is enclosed.

Corporate Office issued letter on 06.01.2022, for the stoppage of deductions from the salaries of employees, in respect of society, co-operative stores, LIC, PLI and clubs. Immediately, BSNLEU wrote to the CMD BSNL on 13.01.2022, explaining the justifications for continuing with the deductions. As a result of the efforts taken by BSNLEU, deductions for society, co-operative stores and clubs are not stopped. However, deductions for LIC and PLI are stopped. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Surajit Mandol, GM(CA & ERP), on 21.04.2022 and urged upon him for the continuation of LIC and PLI deductions. The GM(CA & ERP) assured to review the decision.

Certain difficulties are expressed by employees in submitting their options for the Group Medial Insurance Scheme. Immediately, BSNLEU wrote a letter to the GM (Admn.), BSNL CO. In response to BSNLEU’s letter, the GM (Admn.), BSNL CO. has sent the following message. Circle secretaries are requested to widely circulate this message.

The last date of submission of options for Group Health insurance policy is today i.e. 23.04.2022 till 06.00 PM.
