2021 में दिए गए जेटीओ से एसडीई पदोन्नति के कारण जेटीओ के खाली हुए अतिरिक्त 1,072 जेटीओ पदों के साथ जेटीओ एलआईसी आयोजित करें । :- BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा है ।

BSNLEU ने दिनांक 07.08.2022 को आयोजित होने वाले जेटीओ एलआईसीई के मुद्दे पर आज एक बार फिर सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा है। कल सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल के साथ हुई चर्चा के अनुसार, BSNLEU ने वर्ष 2021 में खाली किए गए अन्य 1,072 जेटीओ पदों के साथ परीक्षा आयोजित करने के लिए तुरंत कार्रवाई करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया है, जो जेटीओ को एसडीई पदोन्नति के कारण रिक्त हुए है।

A meeting was held yesterday between the CMD BSNL and the Recognised Unions and Associations. The purpose of this meeting is to brief the Recognised Unions and Associations about the developmental activities of the Company. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, participated in this meeting. In the meeting, the CMD BSNL informed that, BSNL Management had placed a purchasing order to procure 6,400 BTSs from TCS. These BTSs would be installed in the circles and testing of the equipments would be done. The CMD BSNL also informed that, the commercial launching of BSNL 4G service would take place in December, 2022. The CMD BSNL also informed that the final decision regarding merger of BBNL with BSNL would be taken by the Cabinet. In the meanwhile, the operation and maintenance of BBNL has been taken over by BSNL w.e.f. 01st April, 2022. 

BSNLEU is continuously pressurising the Management to consider the requests of DE JEs for Rule-8 transfer. The issue was once again discussed with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.) on 21.04.2022. Today the Establishment Branch of the Corporate Office has issued letter, directing the circles having surplus JEs to relieve the JEs who have applied to circles which are having shortage.

In the meeting held with the CMD BSNL today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS BSNLEU and Com.Chandeswar Singh, GS, NFTE, raised the issue of inadequate vacancies for the JTO LICE, notified to be held on 07-08-2022. It was strongly argued that, more than 1000 JTOs were promoted to SDE, based on the order issued on 30-12-2021. Both BSNLEU and NFTE demanded that, these 1000 vacancies should also be included for the JTO LICE to be held on 07-08-2022. Both the CMD BSNL and the Director(HR) replied that, this demand would be looked into by the Management. We will continue to ensure that, this is accepted.

जेटीओ एलआईसीई - BSNLEU और एनएफटीई की मांग है कि 1000 और रिक्तियों को शामिल किया जाना चाहिए :- सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल मांग पर विचार करने के लिए सहमत है।

बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी के साथ आज हुई बैठक में साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, BSNLEU और एनएफटीई के महासचिव साथी चन्देश्वर सिंग ने दिनांक 07-08-2022 को आयोजित होने वाले अधिसूचित जेटीओ एलआईसीई के लिए अपर्याप्त रिक्तियों का मुद्दा उठाया। यह तर्क दृढ़ता से तर्क दिया गया था कि दिनांक 30-12-2021 को जारी आदेश अनुसार 1000 से अधिक जेटीओ को एसडीई में पदोन्नत किया गया था । BSNLEU और NFTE दोनों ने मांग की कि, इन 1000 रिक्तियों को दिनांक 07-08-2022 को आयोजित होने वाले JTO LICE के लिए भी शामिल किया जाना चाहिए। सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) दोनों ने उत्तर दिया कि इस मांग पर प्रबंधन द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा । हम यह सुनिश्चित करना जारी रखेंगे कि इसे स्वीकार किया जाए।

BSNLEU organised lunch hour demonstrations throughout the country today, against the injustice meted out to the candidates appearing in the JTO LICE. This demonstration is organised, raising the demand that, the JTO LICE and other LICEs of the Non-Executives should be conducted with the posts that existed up to 31-01-2020. The programme is successfully organised and large number of employees have participated. CHQ Hearty congratulates all the circle and district Unions. 

Child Care Leave (CCL) was being availed only by women employees. Subsequently, DoP&T issued letter, stating that, single male parents can also avail CCL. However, this letter was not endorsed by the BSNL Corporate office. BSNLEU continuously took up this issue. Now, the Corporate Office issued letter, endorsing the DoP&T letter. It is also mentioned that, DoP&T orders on CCL will automatically apply to BSNL employees, without endorsement from Corporate Office.

The All India Centre meeting held online on 23.04.2022, discussed about the observing this years’ May Day. It is decided that May Day should be observed this year also, by hoisting the Union Flag in all places. Together with this, the All India Union has decided to organise an online May Day meeting also. This meeting will be organised on behalf of the K.G. Bose Memorial Trust. The topic of the meeting will be “May Day and the tasks before the trade union movement”. The meeting will start at 19:00 hrs. on 01.05.2022 and will be presided over by Com.Animesh Mitra, President. The speech will be delivered by Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary both in English and Hindi. All the circle unions are requested to extend their fullest co-operation for the success of this programme.
