जेटीओ एलआईसीई समस्या - BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी से मुलाकात की - सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल ने बताया की ठोस प्रस्तावों के आधार पर समस्या को हल करने के लिए तैयार है ।

BSNLEU सभी सर्किलों में पर्याप्त संख्या में रिक्त पदों के साथ आगामी जेटीओ एलआईसीई आयोजित करने के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रहा है। इस संबंध में BSNLEU ने कल बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को एक पत्र देकर मांग की है कि पिछले वर्ष लागू किए गए जेटीओ से एसडीई पदोन्नति के कारण जो भी जेटीओ पद रिक्त हो गए थे उन्हें जेटीओ एलआईसीई के लिए उपलब्ध कराया जाना चाहिए। इस संबंध में साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, साथी जॉन वर्गिस, उप महासचिव और एसएनएटीए के उप महासचिव साथी कॉम.पी.अभिमन्यु, जीएस, कॉम.जॉन वर्गीज, उप महासचिव और साथी पी.दीपक शर्मा, उप महासचिव, एसएनएटीटीए ने आज बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी श्री पी.के. पुरवार से मुलाकात की। BSNLEU द्वारा दिए गए पत्र पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। यूनियन की ओर से 11 सर्किलों में जेटीओ पदों की अनुपलब्धता और 9 और सर्किलों में केवल कुछ रिक्त पदों की उपलब्धता की समस्या को हल करने के लिए विभिन्न प्रस्ताव किए गए थे। अंत में, बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी ने बताया कि, वह इस मुद्दे पर सहानुभूति रखते हैं और समस्या के समाधान के लिए यूनियन द्वारा दिए जाने वाले ठोस सुझावों पर विचार करने के लिए तैयार हैं।

बीएसएनएल के नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए नई पदोन्नति नीति को शीघ्र लागू करें :- BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को बताया।

BSNLEU ने पहले ही दिनांक 09.05.2022 को सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को एक पत्र लिखा है जिसमें नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए एक नई पदोन्नति नीति लागू करने की मांग की गई है। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव और साथी जॉन वर्गिस, उप महासचिव ने आज बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी श्री पी के पुरवार से मुलाकात की और बताया कि BSNLEU नई पदोन्नति नीति की मांग क्यों कर रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स और नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के बीच असमानताओं के साथ-साथ दूरसंचार विभाग से समाविष्ट कर्मचारियों और सीधे भर्ती किए गए कर्मचारियों के बीच असमानताओं को दूर किया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि स्थगन के कारण नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स की पीड़ा को भी एक नई पदोन्नति नीति के कार्यान्वयन के माध्यम से दूर किया जाना चाहिए।

All are aware that BSNLEU is continuously taking up the demand of holding the JTO LICE with the sufficient number of vacancies. BSNLEU is continuously writing letters in this regard. In reply to the letters written by BSNLEU, the Establishment Branch of the Corporate Office has written reply to Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, BSNLEU, yesterday. This reply is not acceptable to BSNLEU. Hence, BSNLEU has once again written letter to the CMD BSNL yesterday. Copy of the Establishment Branch letter is enclosed for the information of our comrades.

BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, meetings of the BSNL Welfare Board and the Sports & Cultural Board should be conducted without further delay. In today’s meeting with Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS and Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS, expressed their unhappiness over the inordinate delay in holding the meetings and demanded that the same should be held without further delay. The CMD BSNL assured to do the needful.

BSNLEU is continuously demanding the Management to remove the ban imposed on Compassionate Ground Appointments. BSNLEU wants  Compassionate Ground Appointments to be given immediately to the dependents of all the employees who died due to Covid-19. BSNLEU is also demanding that, Compassionate Ground Appointments should be provided to the families of the employees who died in accidents while on duty. The last letter on this issue was written to the CMD BSNL, by BSNLEU on 21.04.2022. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS and Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS, met Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL, today and once again urged upon him to lift the ban on Compassionate Ground Appointments. During the discussion, the CMD BSNL stated that, he was willing to consider appointment to the dependents of those employees who died at the time of performing duty. BSNLEU will continue to pressurise the Management to lift the ban on Compassionate Ground Appointments.

BSNLEU has already written a letter to the CMD BSNL on 09.05.2022, demanding implementation of a new promotion policy for the Non-Executives. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS and Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS, met Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL today and explained why BSNLEU is demanding the new promotion policy. They told that, the disparities between the Executives and Non-Executives, as well as disparities between the employees absorbed from the DoT and the Directly Recruited employees, should be removed. They also told that, the sufferings of the Non-Executives due to stagnation should also be removed through the implementation of a new promotion policy.  

BSNLEU is continuously taking efforts to conduct the forthcoming JTO LICE, with sufficient number of vacancies in all circles. In this connection, BSNLEU has given a letter to the CMD BSNL, yesterday, demanding that, all the JTO posts which had become vacant due to the JTO to SDE promotions implemented last year, should be made available for the JTO LICE. In this connection, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS and Com.Deepak Sharma, Dy.GS, SNATTA, met Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL, today. A detailed discussion was held on the letter given by BSNLEU. Various proposals were made by the Union side, to resolve the problem of non-availability of JTO posts in 11 circles and availability of only few vacancies in 9 more circles. Finally, the CMD BSNL told that, he is sympathetic on this issue and is willing to look into the concrete suggestions to be given by the Union, to resolve the problem.

BSNLEU is continuously pressurising the Management for the early renewal of the MoUs signed with Canara bank and the Union Bank of India. BSNLEU has written a letter to the CMD BSNL on 04.05.2022 also. This issue was discussed with Shri P.K. Purwar, CMD BSNL, today, by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS and Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS. The CMD BSNL replied that, he had already personally approached the Canara bank and the Union Bank of India, however both the banks are not willing to renew the MoUs. This may be due to the unstable financial condition of BSNL, said the CMD BSNL. He requested the Union to wait for some months, after which once again the Management will approach both the banks.

बीएसएनएल कर्मचारी कल्याण बोर्ड और बीएसएनएल खेल एवं सांस्कृतिक बोर्ड की बैठकें कई वर्षों से नहीं हुई है -: BSNLEU ने एक बार फिर सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर इन बोर्डों की बैठकों को तुरंत आयोजित करने की मांग की।

बीएसएनएल स्टाफ वेलफेयर बोर्ड के साथ-साथ बीएसएनएल स्पोर्ट्स एंड कल्चरल बोर्ड पिछले कई वर्षों से पूरी तरह से कार्य नहीं कर रहा है। इन दोनों बोर्डों की अवधि मार्च 2020 में समाप्त हो गई थी। तब से BSNLEU बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिख रहा है, जिसमें दोनों बोर्डों के पुनर्गठन के साथ-साथ बोर्डों की बैठकें आयोजित करने की मांग की गई है। BSNLEU के बार-बार मांग उठाने के कारण खेल और सांस्कृतिक बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन 29-11-2021 को किया गया था। बीएसएनएल कर्मचारी कल्याण बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन 01-12-2021 को किया गया था लेकिन, इन बोर्डों की बैठकें आयोजित नहीं की जा रही हैं। इन बोर्डों की बैठकें आयोजित न किए जाने के कारण बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों की कल्याणकारी गतिविधियों के साथ-साथ स्पोर्ट्स पर्सोनेल के हितों को प्रबंधन द्वारा पूरी तरह से नजरअंदाज किया जा रहा है। इसलिए BSNLEU ने आज एक बार फिर से बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखकर इन दोनों बोर्डों की बैठकें तत्काल आयोजित करने की मांग की है।
