BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक दिनांक 02.06.2022 को ऑनलाइन आयोजित की जा रही है। सीएचक्यू ने पीजीएम (एसआर) को पत्र लिखकर सीजीएम को निर्देश जारी कर सर्कल सचिवों और सीएचक्यू पदाधिकारियों को विशेष आकस्मिक अवकाश की मंजूरी देने के लिए निर्देश जारी करने का अनुरोध किया है, ताकि वे बैठक में भाग ले सकें। कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस की एसआर ब्रांच ने आज यह पत्र जारी किया है। सभी सीईसी सदस्यों से विशेष आकस्मिक अवकाश का लाभ उठाने का अनुरोध किया जाता है। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय पत्र की प्रतिलिपि संलग्न है । 

Meetings of the Wage Negotiating Committee is being held to finalise the Wage Revision of the Non-Executives. The next meeting of this Wage Negotiating Committee will be held on 10.06.2022. Official notification for this meeting will be issued shortly. BSNLEU’s members in the Wage Negotiating Committee are requested to attend this meeting without fail. As per the decision of the All India Centre, Com.John Verghese, the newly elected Dy. General Secretary, is nominated to the Wage Negotiating Committee, in the place of Com.Swapan Chakraborty, who was Dy.GS earlier.

The Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU is being held online on 02.06.2022. The CHQ has written to the PGM(SR), requesting to issue instructions to the CGMs, for the sanctioning of Special Casual Leave to the circle secretaries and CHQ office bearers, to enable them to attend the meeting. The SR Branch of the Corporate Office has issued the letter today. The eligible CEC members are requested to avail the Special Casual Leave. Copy of the Corporate Office letter is enclosed.

The AUAB held it’s meeting at New Delhi on 27.04.2022. This was followed by two more online meetings on 04.05.2022 and 11.05.2022. In all these meetings, non-settlement of the 3^rd Wage Revision for the Non-Executives and 3^rd Pay Revision for the Executives was discussed with utmost seriousness. Finally, the AUAB has unanimously decided to organise agitational programmes for the settlement of 3^rd Wage Revision / 3^rd Pay Revision. The AUAB has decided to give call for organising demonstrations, twitter campaign, submitting of memorandum to the MPs & Ministers and to organise a massive March to Sanchar Bhawan. The dates of these programmes will be announced shortly. All the circle and district unions are requested to make serious preparations for the successful implementation of the calls of the AUAB, for the settlement of the Wage Revision issue.

The 9^th Circle Conference of West Bengal circle was held enthusiastically at Durgapur on 13^th, 14^th & 15^th May, 2022. Excellent arrangements had been made for the Conference. Com.Anadi Sahoo, General Secretary, CITU, West Bengal, inaugurated the Conference. 130 delegates, among whom a sizable number of young comrades, participated in this Conference. Com.Banani Chattopadhyay, President, presided over the Conference. Ms. Madhu Arora, CGM, West Bengal Circle, addressed the Seminar titled “BSNL in the changing scenario and the challenges before it.” Leaders of AIGETOA, SNEA, AIBSNLEA, SEWA and SNATTA, also addressed the Seminar. Com.Animesh Mitra, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone and presented the report on activities. As a tradition of West Bengal circle union, a very good women’s convention was held on 13.05.2022, in which Com.Koninika Ghosh, General Secretary, All India Democratic Women’s Association, West Bengal, was the main speaker. The delegates’ session was marked by active and rich contributions from the young delegates. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the Conference on 15.05.2022. In his address, the General Secretary explained how the government conspired and delayed BSNL’s 4G launching, due to which BSNL’s financial condition continues to be in a bad shape, as a result of which employees continue to suffer. The General Secretary exposed the handing over of national assets to the corporates by the Modi government, in the name of National Monetisation Pipeline. All the national level issues raised in the delegates session, were replied by the General Secretary. Ultimately, the Conference elected the office bearers unanimously. CHQ congratulates the West Bengal circle union for organising a highly successful Conference.

BSNLEU conveys best wishes and warm greetings to all the comrades on the occasion of Buddha Purnima. The path of 'peace' and ‘love for fellow human beings', as preached by Lord Buddha, is very relevant in today's atmosphere, wherein communal hatred is being spread in the society, for achieving narrow political gains.

भारतीय स्वतंत्रता की 75वीं वर्षगांठ :- BSNLEU ने भारतीय मजदूर वर्ग द्वारा किए गए अपार बलिदानों को उजागर करने का फैसला किया है ।

भारतीय स्वतंत्रता की 75वीं वर्षगांठ 15 अगस्त, 2022 को मनाई जाने वाली है। भारतीय मजदूर वर्ग स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में सबसे आगे खड़ा है और उसने ब्रिटिश औपनिवेशिक शासकों के क्रूर दमन का सामना किया है।  स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में मजदूर वर्ग ने अपार बलिदान दिया है। इसलिए मजदूर वर्ग का यह कर्तव्य है कि वह हमारे देश की स्वतंत्रता की 75वीं वर्षगांठ का महिमामंडन और जश्न मनाए।  दिनांक 12.05.2022 को आयोजित BSNLEU की अखिल भारतीय केंद्र की ऑनलाइन बैठक में 75 वीं वर्षगांठ को उचित तरीके से मनाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।  बैठक में स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में मजदूर वर्ग द्वारा निभाई गई भूमिका के बारे में समझाने के लिए सेमिनार, विशेष बैठकें और अन्य शैक्षिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।  अखिल भारतीय केंद्र ने भी आगामी ऑनलाइन सीईसी बैठक में इस मुद्दे पर विस्तार से चर्चा करने और उचित निर्णय लेने का निर्णय लिया है ।

The first Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU, after the Guwahati All India Conference, will be held online on 02-06-2022. The CEC meeting will discuss many important issues, including the 9^th Membership Verification, to be conducted in September / October, 2022.
