एलटीसी सुविधा तुरंत बहाल करें - एलटीसी सुविधा की अनुमति देने में दोहरा मापदंड अपनाना बंद करें : BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखा है।

बीएसएनएल के कर्मचारियों को पिछले 12 साल से एलटीसी की सुविधा से वंचित किया गया है।  प्रारंभ में, यह सुविधा दो साल के लिए स्थगित की गई थी। हालांकि, BSNLEU और यूनियनों और एसोसिएशन्स के संयुक्त मंच द्वारा बार-बार मांग किए जाने के बावजूद, प्रबंधन ने निर्णय की समीक्षा नहीं की है।  वहीं बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन एलटीसी की अनुमति देने के मामले में दोहरा मापदंड अपना रहा है।  जबकि ऐबसोर्ब्ड बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को एलटीसी सुविधा से वंचित किया जा रहा है, प्रबंधन उन कर्मचारियों को अनुमति दे रहा है जो दूरसंचार विभाग से प्रतिनियुक्ति पर बीएसएनएल में काम कर रहे हैं। BSNLEU ने आज बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखकर ऐबसोर्ब्ड बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को भी एलटीसी सुविधा बहाल करने की पुरजोर मांग की है।

LTC facility is being denied to BSNL employees for the past 12 years. Initially, this facility was frozen for two years. However, despite repeated demands by BSNLEU, as well as the Joint Platform of the Unions and Associations, the Management has not reviewed the decision. At the same time, the BSNL Management is adopting a double standard in the matter of allowing LTC. While LTC facility is being denied to the absorbed BSNL employees, the Management is allowing the same to the employees who are working in BSNL on deputation from the DoT. BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, strongly demanding to restore the LTC facility to the absorbed BSNL employees also.

ब्लॉक वर्ष 2018-21 के लिए एलटीसी सुविधा 31 मार्च, 2023 तक बढ़ाई गई - बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने डी ओ पी एंड टी के पत्र का समर्थन किया।

ब्लॉक वर्ष 2018-21 के लिए एलटीसी को पहले ही 31 दिसंबर, 2022 तक बढ़ा दिया गया था। अब, डी ओ पी एंड टी ने उपरोक्त ब्लॉक वर्ष के लिए एलटीसी सुविधा को 31 मार्च, 2023 तक बढ़ा दिया है। बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने कल 16.01.2023 को इस डी ओ पी एंड टी पत्र का समर्थन किया है।

The LTC for the block year 2018-21 had already been extended to 31^stDecember, 2022. Now, the DoP&T has extended the LTC facility for the aforementioned block year, up to 31^st March, 2023. The BSNL Corporate Office has endorsed this DoP&T letter yesterday the 16.01.2023.

As per the decision of the All India Centre of BSNLEU, circle level convention of BSNLWWCC, MP Circle, was organised at Ujjain on 11.01.2023. The Convention was presided over by Com Seema Joshi. 27 women comrades attended the Convention.  Com. Prakash Sharma, Circle President & AGS, Com B.S. Raghuwanshi, Circle Secretary, Shri B.K. Gupta, GM, Ujjain, Ms.Rakhi Rawal, IFA, Ujjain BA were present. Com. Mamta Bhavsar, Member of the All India BSNLWWCC Committee, reported on the decisions of the All India Convention held at Kanyakumari. Com Prakash Sharma addressed in detail on wage revision, pension revision, delay in launching 4G and other issues being taken up by the CHQ of BSNLEU. Com B.S.Raghuwanshi, spoke on the efforts of BSNLEU in addressing various problems of women employees. Shri B.K.Gupta, appreciated the role of women employees in the development of BSNL. Ms.Rakhi, IFA, appealed the women employees to raise their voice against all types of atrocities. 7 delegates participated in the deliberations. Com Seema Joshi in her presidential address, hailed role of BSNLEU for redressal of the problems being faced by women employees at work places. Com.Manoj Sharma,DS, Ujjain, as well as ACS, conducted the programme. 3 comrades who attended the Kanyakumari Convention, were felicitated. Cirle Level Committee of the BSNLWWCC was formed with 11 members. Com Mamta Bhavsar is unanimously elected as the Convenor. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates the MP circle union for taking the initiative to organise the BSNLWWCC.

भारत के सबसे अमीर 1% लोगों के पास अब देश की कुल संपत्ति का 40% से अधिक हिस्सा है।  वहीं, ऑक्सफैम इंटरनेशनल की ताजा रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, नीचे की 50 फीसदी आबादी के पास सिर्फ 3 फीसदी दौलत है।  रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि मार्च 2020 से नवंबर 2022 तक, भारत में अरबपतियों की संपत्ति में वास्तविक रूप से 121% या प्रति दिन 3,608 करोड़ रुपये की वृद्धि हुई है।  माल और सेवा कर (जीएसटी) में कुल 14.83 लाख करोड़ रुपये का लगभग 64% 2021-22 में सबसे नीचे की 50% आबादी द्वारा भुगतान किया गया है।  वहीं, ऑक्सफैम की रिपोर्ट कहती है कि टॉप 10 फीसदी से सिर्फ 3 फीसदी जीएसटी आया।  यह भी कहता है कि, भारत में अरबपतियों की कुल संख्या 2020 में 102 से बढ़कर 2022 में 166 हो गई है । 

The result of the 9^th Membership Verification was declared on 14.10.2022. It is already 3 months since the result was declared. BSNLEU has already submitted it’s nominations to the Staff Side of the National Council. Since, the National Council is not constituted, BSNLEU wrote letter to the Director (HR) on 05.01.2023, demanding to reconstitute the National Council early and also to hold it’s meeting. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and requested her to ensure the early reconstitution of the National Council and also holding of the meeting of the National Council. The PGM(SR) assured to do the needful early. 

The richest 1% people of India now own more than 40% of the country's total wealth. At the same time, the bottom 50% of the population own just 3% of the wealth, says the Oxfam International’s latest report. From March 2020 to November 2022, billionaires in India have seen their wealth increase by 121% or Rs.3,608 crore per day in real terms, says the Report. Approximately 64% of the total Rs.14.83 lakh crore in Goods and Services Tax (GST) is paid by the bottom 50% of the population in 2021-22. At the same time, only 3% of the GST came from the top 10% says Oxfam report. It also says that, the total number of billionaires in India increased from 102 in 2020 to 166 in 2022.
