Chennai Telephones Circle Union of BSNLEU organised hunger strike at CGM Office, Chennai, protesting against the anti-BSNLEU attitude of the circle administration. A good number of comrades participated in this hunger strike, even though it is organised at a very short notice. The GM(HR) of Chennai circle is blatantly acting against BSNLEU to favour some other union. The hunger strike was inaugurated by Com.S. Chellappa, AGS. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the hunger strike and warned the Chennai circle administration of more serious form of struggles, if it does not give up the anti-BSNLEU attitude. CHQ heartily congratulates the Chennai circle union for organising this struggle.

कल दिनांक 23.01.2023 को हुई नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों की ऑनलाइन बैठक में नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों के मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।  बैठक में देखा गया कि वेज रिवीजन का सेटलमेंट नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए सर्वोच्च मुद्दा है।  साथ ही, बैठक में यह भी देखा गया कि नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए एक नई पदोन्नति नीति के कार्यान्वयन और बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G  सेवाओं को तत्काल शुरू करने के मुद्दों को भी सक्रिय रूप से उठाया जाना चाहिए। बैठक में गहन विचार-विमर्श के बाद उपरोक्त तीनों मुद्दों पर दिनांक 07.02.2023 को मध्याह्न भोजन अवकाश में प्रदर्शन आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

इसके अलावा, बीएसएनएल के नोन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों के संयुक्त मंच की एक व्यक्तिगत बैठक 07.02.2023 को नई दिल्ली में आयोजित की जाएगी ताकि भविष्य की कार्रवाई पर चर्चा की जा सके और निर्णय लिया जा सके।

नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के यूनियनों की ऑनलाइन बैठक कल हुई।  इसमें BSNLEU, एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल, बीटीईयू, एफएनटीओ, एसएनएटीएटीए, बीएसएनएल एमएस, एटीएम बीएसएनएल और बीएसएनएल ईसी के महासचिवों ने भाग लिया।  बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों का एक संयुक्त मंच बनाने का निर्णय लिया गया ताकि नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के मुद्दों को प्रभावी ढंग से उठाया जा सके।  साथी चंदेश्वर सिंह, महासचिव, एनएफटीई को अध्यक्ष के रूप में चुना गया है और साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, BSNLEU को इस संयुक्त फोरम के संयोजक के रूप में चुना गया है।

In the online meeting of the Non-Executive Unions held yesterday the 23.01.2023, the issues of the Non-Executives were discussed threadbare. The meeting viewed that, settlement of the Wage Revision is the top most issue of the Non-Executives. At the same time, the meeting also viewed that, the issues of implementation of a New Promotion Policy for the Non-Executives and immediate launching of BSNL’s 4G and 5G services, should also be taken up actively. After in depth discussions, the meeting decided to organise lunch demonstrations on 07.02.2023 on the above mentioned three issues.

Further, a physical meeting of the Joint Forum of Non-Executive Unions and Associations of BSNL will be held at New Delhi on 07.02.2023 to discuss and decide about the future course of action.

An online meeting of the Non-Executive Unions was held yesterday. It was attended by the General Secretaries of BSNLEU, NFTE BSNL, BTEU, FNTO, SNATTA, BSNL MS, ATM BSNL and BSNL EC. The meeting unanimously decided to form a joint platform of the Non-Executive Unions and Associations to effectively take up the issues of the Non-Executives. Com.Chandeshwar Singh, GS, NFTE, is elected as the Chairman and Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU, is elected as the Convenor of this Joint Forum.

The BSNL employees posted in the Kashmir Valley are entitled for special concessions and incentives at par with the Central Government employees. These are being extended from time to time. The DoP&T issued extension for these special concessions and incentives on 12.09.2022. However, BSNL Corporate Office delayed payment of these concessions and incentives because the DoP&T letter was not endorsed by the DoT. The CHQ of BSNLEU actively took up this issue with the DoT and got the endorsement letter issued. Thereafter, BSNLEU again wrote to the Corporate Office, demanding early issuing of the order for payment. Finally, today, the Corporate Office has issued letter for the payment of special concessions and incentives. BSNLEU heartily congratulates the employees of Kashmir Valley.

BSNLEU और एनएफटीई द्वारा की गई पहल के अनुसार, *सभी नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स यूनियनों की एक संयुक्त बैठक आज शाम 7:00 बजे ऑनलाइन आयोजित की जा रही है।  बैठक में वेज रिवीजन के निपटारे में अत्यधिक देरी के बारे में चर्चा होगी और कार्रवाई के कार्यक्रम के बारे में निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

कुरनूल बिज़नेस एरिया के एयुएबी नेताओं ने माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री को ज्ञापन सौंपा हैं।

माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री श्री देवुसिंह चौहान ने कल दिनांक 22.01.2023 को कुरनूल का दौरा किया।  इस अवसर का उपयोग करते हुए एयुएबी के नेताओं ने श्री देवुसिंह चौहान से मुलाकात की और कर्मचारियों और कंपनी के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों के संबंध में एक विस्तृत ज्ञापन सौंपा।  उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन के गैर-निपटान और बीएसएनएल द्वारा 4G सेवा शुरू करने में अत्यधिक देरी पर भी कर्मचारियों की गहरी निराशा व्यक्त की। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू साथी एन. रामराजू, जिला सचिव, BSNLEU और एयुएबी के अन्य नेताओं ने माननीय संचार राज्य मंत्री से मुलाकात की और उन्हें ज्वलंत मुद्दों से अवगत कराया।

Shri Devusinh Chauhan,  Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications, visited Kurnool, yesterday the 22.01.2023. Utilising this opportunity, the leaders of the AUAB met Shri Devusinh Chauhan and submitted a detailed memorandum regarding the important issues of the employees and the Company. They expressed the deep disappointment of the employees over the non-settlement of the Wage Revision and also over the extreme delay in the launching of 4G service by BSNL. The CHQ of BSNLEU heartily congratulates Com.N. Ramaraju, District Secretary, BSNLEU and other leaders of the AUAB for meeting the Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications and apprising him about the burning issues.
