जम्मू में प्रीपेड मोबाइल कनेक्शन काम नहीं करते - कल दुनिया से कटे रहे  महासचिव।

जम्मू-कश्मीर सर्कल की सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक में भाग लेने के लिए साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव कल जम्मू में थे। सुरक्षा प्रतिबंधों के अनुसार, प्रीपेड सिम वाले मोबाइल फोन जम्मू में काम नहीं करते। इसलिए, महासचिव कल दुनिया के बाकी हिस्सों से कटे रहे। नतीजतन, कल महासचिव द्वारा वेबसाइट अपडेट और अन्य संचार नहीं किया जा सका।

अहमदाबाद में भीषण विमान दुर्घटना - BSNLEU ने गहरा सदमा और दुख व्यक्त किया।

BSNLEU ने अहमदाबाद में कल हुए विमान हादसे पर गहरा सदमा और दुख व्यक्त किया है। लंदन जाने वाला एयर इंडिया का विमान उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही मिनटों के भीतर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया। इसमें 241 यात्री और चालक दल के सदस्य मारे गए। इसके अलावा, जमीन पर मौजूद लोग भी मारे गए। विमान प्रणाली में खराबी दुर्घटना का कारण प्रतीत होती है। BSNLEU यात्रियों, चालक दल के सदस्यों और आम जनता की मृत्यु पर गहरा शोक व्यक्त करता है। BSNLEU शोक संतप्त परिवारों के प्रति अपनी हार्दिक संवेदना भी व्यक्त करता है। यूनियन घायल लोगों के शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता है।

Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, was in Jammu yesterday, to attend the Circle Executive Committee meeting of J&K circle. According to the security restrictions, mobile phones with prepaid SIMs do not work in Jammu. Hence, the General Secretary was cut off from the rest of the world yesterday. Consequently, website updating and other communication could not be made by the General Secretary, yesterday.

BSNLEU expresses it’s deepest shock and pain over the plane accident that has taken place at Ahmedabad yesterday. The London bound Air India plane had crashed within a few minutes of the takeoff. 241 passengers and crew members have been killed. In addition to this, people on the ground have also been killed. Failure in the aircraft system appears to be the reason for the accident. BSNLEU deeply mourns the death of passengers, crew members and the general public. BSNLEU also expresses it’s heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.

एमटीएनएल के पुनरुद्धार पर कैबिनेट सचिव अगले सप्ताह बैठक करेंगे।

एमटीएनएल की वित्तीय समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए कैबिनेट सचिव टीवी सोमनाथन अगले सप्ताह बैठक करेंगे। एमटीएनएल पर सरकारी बैंकों का 8,346 करोड़ रुपये का ऋण बकाया है। बैठक का उद्देश्य पुनरुद्धार रणनीति तैयार करना है, जिसमें परिसंपत्ति मुद्रीकरण और संभावित व्यवसाय मॉडल समायोजन पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा। साथ ही, तत्काल ऋण चूक से निपटने के लिए अल्पकालिक उपायों और घाटे को कम करने के लिए दीर्घकालिक समाधानों की खोज की जाएगी।

Cabinet Secretary, TV Somanathan will convene a meeting next week to address the financial woes of MTNL, which faces significant loan defaults totalling ₹8,346 crore to state-run banks. The meeting aims to devise a revival strategy, focusing on asset monetisation and potential business model adjustments, while exploring short-term measures to tackle immediate loan defaults and long-term solutions for minimising losses.

Talks are going on in the Joint Committee for the revision of wages. Normally, Wage Revision Committee will take decision not only on wage revision, but also on revision of allowances. Under these circumstances, the Management has formed a Committee, consisting of officers, for the revision of allowances. Thus, the right of the Recognised trade unions of the Non-Executives, to bargain the quantum of various allowances, in the Wage Revision Committee has been taken away. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR) today, demanding that, representatives of the Recognised trade unions should also be included in the Committee for Revision of Allowances. Yesterday, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt.) and strongly demanded that representatives of the Recognised trade unions should also be included in the Committee for revision of allowances and today letter is written to the Director (HR).

Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, met Shri Rajeev Soni, Chairman of the Wage Revision Committee, yesterday. The General Secretary enquired about the developments taking place on the issue of wage revision. The Chairman, Wage Revision Committee, informed the General Secretary that the Management Side is taking steps to finalise the wage revision at the earliest. The General Secretary told the Chairman that, BSNLEU had got frustrated with the style of functioning of the Wage Revision Committee. He pointed out that only one meeting of the Wage Revision Committee has taken place in the past 6 months. Thousands of employees are suffering from stagnation and the situation warrants expeditious settlement of the wage revision issue, said the General Secretary. He handed over a copy of the letter written to the Director (HR) yesterday, wherein it is stated that, BSNLEU would consider the option of launching agitations if the wage revision issue is not settled at the earliest.

16 जून से 15 जुलाई, 2025 तक यूनियन सदस्यता परिवर्तन के लिए विंडो खुली रहेगी- कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने आज पत्र जारी किया।

कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय की एसआर शाखा ने आज पत्र जारी किया है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि 16 जून, 2025 को यूनियन सदस्यता परिवर्तन के लिए विंडो खुली रहेगी। हर साल 16 जून से 15 जुलाई तक कर्मचारियों को अपनी यूनियन सदस्यता बदलने के लिए विकल्प देने के लिए विंडो खोली जाएगी। सर्किल और जिला सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस पर ध्यान दें और आवश्यक कार्रवाई करें।
