सरकार ने अमेरिकी कंपनी 'स्टारलिंक' को भारत में सैटेलाइट संचार सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए लाइसेंस जारी किया।

एलन मस्क की अमेरिकी कंपनी स्टारलिंक को भारत सरकार ने सैटेलाइट मोबाइल सेवा और सैटेलाइट इंटरनेट सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए लाइसेंस दिया है। स्टारलिंक अपने लो अर्थ ऑर्बिटिंग सैटेलाइट के माध्यम से ये सैटेलाइट आधारित संचार सेवाएं प्रदान करेगी, जो पृथ्वी से 550 किलोमीटर ऊपर स्थित हैं। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स में कहा गया है कि टीआरएआई ने सैटेलाइट स्पेक्ट्रम के आवंटन के संबंध में अपनी सिफारिशें पहले ही सरकार को सौंप दी हैं। स्टारलिंक को जल्द ही स्पेक्ट्रम भी मिलना तय है। एक तरफ सरकार कह रही है कि सरकारी कंपनी बीएसएनएल को स्वदेशी 4G तकनीक का ही इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए। बीएसएनएल को नोकिया, एरिक्सन और सैमसंग जैसी प्रतिष्ठित विदेशी कंपनियों से अपने 4G उपकरण खरीदने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई। स्वदेशी तकनीक के नाम पर बीएसएनएल को बर्बाद किया जा रहा है। स्वदेशी टीसीएस कंपनी द्वारा आपूर्ति किए जा रहे घटिया उपकरणों के साथ असंतोषजनक 4G सेवा के कारण हर महीने लाखों ग्राहक बीएसएनएल छोड़ रहे हैं। दूसरी ओर, सरकार अमेरिकी कंपनी स्टारलिंक को विदेशी तकनीक के साथ सैटेलाइट मोबाइल सेवा और सैटेलाइट इंटरनेट सेवा प्रदान करने की अनुमति दे रही है।

आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार ने काम के घंटे बढ़ाकर 10 घंटे प्रतिदिन करने का फैसला किया - BSNLEU ने इस कदम की कड़ी निंदा की।

आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार ने सभी निजी फर्मों और कारखानों में काम के घंटे बढ़ाकर 10 घंटे प्रतिदिन करने के लिए श्रम कानूनों में संशोधन करने का फैसला किया है। आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार ने कहा है कि, यह कदम अधिक निवेश और उद्योगों को आकर्षित करने के लिए उठाया गया है। BSNLEU आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार के इस फैसले की कड़ी निंदा करता है और इस योजना को वापस लेने की मांग करता है। चंद्रबाबू नायडू सरकार केवल पूंजीपति वर्ग की इच्छा को पूरा कर रही है। यह केवल आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में एक अलग विकास नहीं है। मोदी सरकार ने सभी मौजूदा 29 श्रम कानूनों को खत्म कर दिया है और उनकी जगह चार श्रम संहिताएँ ला रही है। यदि ये 4 श्रम संहिताएँ लागू हो जाती हैं, तो 8 घंटे काम करने की वर्तमान व्यवस्था समाप्त हो जाएगी। इसलिए, आंध्र प्रदेश में जो हो रहा है वह केवल एक ट्रेलर है। इंफोसिस के संस्थापक नारायण मूर्ति पहले ही मांग कर चुके हैं कि, काम के घंटे बढ़ाकर 70 घंटे प्रति सप्ताह किया जाना चाहिए। इसी तरह एलएंडटी के चेयरमैन एस.एम. सुब्रमण्यम पहले ही मांग कर चुके हैं कि मजदूरों को प्रति सप्ताह 90 घंटे काम करना चाहिए। पूंजीपति वर्ग और सरकार मजदूरों को गुलाम बनाना चाहती है। इन मजदूर विरोधी कदमों के खिलाफ 10 केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों ने 9 जुलाई 2025 को आम हड़ताल का आह्वान किया है। आइए हम आम हड़ताल में पूरी तरह से भाग लें और इसे पूरी तरह सफल बनाएं।

Elon Musk's American company, Starlink, is given licence by the government of India to provide satellite mobile service and satellite internet service. Starlink will provide these satellite based communication services, through it's Low Earth Orbiting satellites, which are positioned 550 kms above the earth. Media reports say that, the TRAI has already submitted it's recommendations to the government regarding allotment of satellite spectrum. Starlink is sure to get the spectrum also soon. On the one hand, the government is saying that, the government company BSNL, should use only Swadeshi 4G technology. BSNL was not allowed to purchase it's 4G equipments from reputed foreign companies like Nokia, Ericsson and Samsung. In the name of Swadeshi technology, BSNL is being ruined. Lakhs of customers are leaving BSNL every month, due to the unsatisfactory 4G service, being provided with the sub-standard equipments supplied by the 'Swadeshi' TCS company. On the other hand, the government is allowing the American company, Starlink to provide satellite mobile service and satellite internet service with Videshi technology.

The Andhra Pradesh government has decided to amend Labour Laws to increase the working hours to 10 hours per day in all private firms and factories. The AP government has said that, this step was taken to attract more investments and industries. BSNLEU strongly condemns this decision of the Andhra Pradesh government and demands to drop the plan. The Chandrababu Naidu government is only full filling the desire of the capitalist class. This is not an isolate development in Andhra Pradesh state alone. The Modi government has abolished all the existing 29 labour laws and in their place is bringing four Labour Codes. If these 4 Labour Codes are implemented, then the present system of 8 hours working- day will come to an end. So, what is happening in Andhra Pradesh is only a trailer. Infosys founder Narayana Murthy has already demanded that, working hours should be increased to 70 hours per week. Similarly, the L&T chairman, S.M Subramanian, has already demanded that, workers should work for 90 hours per week. The capitalist class and the government want to convert workers into slave. The 10 Central Trade Unions have given call for General Strike on 9th July, 2025, against these anti- worker measures. Let us fully participate in the General Strike and make it a total success.

बेंगलुरू में जीत के जश्न में 11 लोगों की मौत – BSNLEU ने मौतों पर शोक जताया।

एक हृदय विदारक घटना में, कल बेंगलुरू में मची भगदड़ में 11 लोगों की मौत हो गई। मृतकों में 4 महिलाएं और 2 बच्चे शामिल हैं। अन्य 33 लोग घायल हुए हैं, जिन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। आईपीएल टूर्नामेंट के फाइनल में रॉयल चैलेंजर्स ऑफ बेंगलुरू (आरसीबी) टीम की जीत के उपलक्ष्य में बेंगलुरू में आयोजित जीत के जश्न में भगदड़ मच गई। BSNLEU ने निर्दोष लोगों की मौत पर शोक जताया है और मृतकों के परिवारों के प्रति अपनी हार्दिक संवेदना व्यक्त की है।

न्यायाधीशों द्वारा सेवानिवृत्ति के तुरंत बाद सरकारी पद ग्रहण करना नैतिक चिंता का विषय है- भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति बी.आर. गवई ने कहा।

As we know, last year, Calcutta High Court judge, Justice Abhijit Ganguly resigned from the post and contested Parliament election as a BJP candidate. The former Chief Justice of India, Justice Ranjan Gogoi, was nominated as a Rajya Sabha member by the government, after his retirement. Some Supreme Court judges have been appointed as governors of states, by the Central Government, after their retirements. The public view that this is nothing but the government influencing judges of the High Court and Supreme Court, to get judgements in favour of the ruling party. Under these circumstances, the Chief Justice of India, Justice B.R. Gavai, has told that judges taking up government posts after retirement, have raised ethical concerns. This is a significant statement by the sitting Chief Justice of India. Delivering lecture in a seminar organised by the Supreme Court of the UK last Tuesday, Justice B.R. Gavai said, “if a judge takes up another appointment with the government immediately after retirement, or resigns from the post to contest elections, it raises significant ethical concerns and invites public scrutiny.”

In a heart-rending development, 11 people have been killed in a stampede that broke-out in Bengaluru yesterday. The dead include 4 women and 2 children. Another 33 people have been injured and are admitted in hospitals. The stampede broke-out in a victory celebration organised at Bengaluru, to mark the victory of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) team in the final of the IPL tournament. BSNLEU mourns the death of the innocent people and conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to the families of the dead people.
