Com.Jagat Ram Sharma was the former Organising Secretary of the CHQ. During the Covid-19 pandemic period, he suffered from pancreatitis and became critically ill. He was taken to a hospital in Mohali,  Chandigarh in an unconscious condition and was kept in the ICU for 16 days. Due intimation about his hospitalisation has been given to the Management. After treatment, Com.Jagat Ram Sharma submitted a medical claim of Rs.7,62,430/-. However, even after 4 years, the medical claim of Com.Jagat Ram Sharma is not settled by the Himachal Pradesh circle administration. The CHQ of BSNLEU has written a letter to the Director (Finance) today, demanding early settlement of this medical claim. The General Secretary tried to meet the Director (Finance), but he was in the meeting with the CMD BSNL. The CHQ will try it’s best to settle this genuine case at the earliest. 

साथी  जगत राम शर्मा सीएचक्यू के पूर्व संगठन सचिव थे। कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान वे पेंक्रियाटाइटिस से पीड़ित हो गए और गंभीर रूप से बीमार हो गए। उन्हें बेहोशी की हालत में मोहाली, चंडीगढ़ के एक अस्पताल में ले जाया गया और 16 दिनों तक आईसीयू में रखा गया। उनके अस्पताल में भर्ती होने की सूचना प्रबंधन को दे दी गई है। इलाज के बाद साथी  जगत राम शर्मा ने 7,62,430/- रुपये का मेडिकल क्लेम पेश किया। हालांकि, 4 साल बाद भी हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल प्रशासन द्वारा साथी जगत राम शर्मा के मेडिकल क्लेम का निपटारा नहीं किया गया है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने आज निदेशक (वित्त) को एक पत्र लिखकर इस मेडिकल क्लेम के जल्द निपटारे की मांग की है। महासचिव ने निदेशक (वित्त) से मिलने की कोशिश की, लेकिन वे सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ बैठक में थे। सीएचक्यू इस वास्तविक मामले को जल्द से जल्द निपटाने की पूरी कोशिश करेगा। 

The Guwahati All India Conference of BSNLEU unanimously decided to collect donation for the All India Agricultural Workers Union. This is to strengthen the class unity of the industrial workers and agricultural workers. This unity alone can protect the interests of the working class, from the onslaughts of the anti-worker policies of the government. In accordance with the decision of the Guwahati All India Conference, various circle unions collected donations from the grass-root level employees and sent it to the CHQ. The amount so collected came to Rs.2,18,767/-. A cheque for this amount is handed today over to Com.B.Venkat, General Secretary, AIAWU, at New Delhi by Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary. Com.T.A. Biju, Office Secretary, accompanied the General Secretary. 

It is going to be three years since the last membership verification was conducted. However, still circle councils are not reconstituted in certain circles. This is a setback for the grievance redressal mechanism for BSNL employees. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, raised this issue seriously with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) today. He demanded that, the Corporate Office should take immediate action to reconstitute the circle councils in whichever circle it is not reconstituted. In view of this, circle secretaries are requested to immediately inform the CHQ as to which are the circles where circle council is still not reconstituted. 

कुछ सर्किलों में सर्किल काउंसिलों का पुनर्गठन न होना- BSNLEU के महासचिव ने शीघ्र पुनर्गठन की मांग की।

अंतिम सदस्यता सत्यापन हुए तीन वर्ष होने जा रहे हैं। फिर भी, कुछ सर्किलों में अभी भी सर्किल काउंसिलों का पुनर्गठन नहीं हुआ है। यह बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के लिए शिकायत निवारण तंत्र के लिए एक झटका है। महासचिव साथी  पी अभिमन्यु ने आज सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) के समक्ष इस मुद्दे को गंभीरता से उठाया। उन्होंने मांग की कि, जिन सर्किलों में सर्किल काउंसिलों का पुनर्गठन नहीं हुआ है, वहां कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय तत्काल कार्रवाई कर उन्हें पुनर्गठित करे। इसके मद्देनजर, सर्किल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे तुरंत सीएचक्यू को सूचित करें कि कौन से सर्किल हैं जहां अभी भी सर्किल काउंसिलों का पुनर्गठन नहीं हुआ है।

BSNLEU is continuously taking up the issue of denial of JAO promotion to an SC official in Himachal Pradesh circle. Since the circle administration conducted the JAO exam in 2016, without carrying forward the unfilled SC vacancies of 2012, Shri Vivek Kanwar is denied of his justified JAO promotion. Shri S.K.Bhardwaj has recently taken over charge as the PGM (EF). Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS,  met Shri S.K. Bhardwaj, PGM(EF) today and handed over a letter and once again discussed the issue. The General Secretary requested the PGM(EF) to take serious steps to undo the injustice done to the SC candidate. The PGM(EF) assured that the issue would be taken up with the Himachal Pradesh circle administration with all seriousness to find a solution.

हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल में एससी उम्मीदवार को जेएओ पदोन्नति से वंचित करना - महासचिव, BSNLEU ने एक बार फिर प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (ईएफ), कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के साथ मामले पर चर्चा की।

BSNLEU हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल में एससी कर्मचारीयों को जेएओ पदोन्नति से वंचित करने के मुद्दे को लगातार उठा रहा है। चूंकि सर्कल प्रशासन ने 2012 की खाली एससी रिक्तियों को आगे बढ़ाए बिना 2016 में जेएओ परीक्षा आयोजित की थी, इसलिए श्री विवेक कंवर को उनकी उचित जेएओ पदोन्नति से वंचित किया गया है। श्री एस.के.भारद्वाज ने हाल ही में प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (ईएफ) के रूप में कार्यभार संभाला है। आज, साथी  पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव  ने श्री एस.के.भारद्वाज, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (ईएफ) से मुलाकात की और एक पत्र सौंपा और एक बार फिर इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। महासचिव ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (ईएफ) से एससी उम्मीदवार के साथ हुए अन्याय को दूर करने के लिए गंभीर कदम उठाने का अनुरोध किया। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (ईएफ) ने आश्वासन दिया कि इस मुद्दे को हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्कल प्रशासन के साथ पूरी गंभीरता से उठाया जाएगा ताकि समाधान निकाला जा सके।

As all the comrades are aware that, BSNLEU is running from pillar to post to somehow settle the wage revision issue at the earliest. This is because thousands of employees are heavily suffering from stagnation. In this connection, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary has recently held discussions with the CMD BSNL, Director (HR) and the Chairman of the wage revision committee.

Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and held detailed discussion. The General Secretary expressed his deep dissatisfaction over the delay in the settlement of the wage revision. The General Secretary requested the PGM(SR) to hold an early meeting of the Wage Revision Committee. The General Secretary also requested that, the internal discussions of the Management Side should also be completed before the next Wage Revision Committee meeting. The PGM(SR) responded very positively and assured to hold the Wage Revision Committee meeting at the earliest.

वेतन संशोधन का निपटारा बिना किसी देरी के पूरा किया जाए - BSNLEU के महासचिव ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) से कहा।

जैसा कि सभी साथी जानते हैं कि BSNLEU वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे को जल्द से जल्द निपटाने के लिए एडी चोटी का जोर लगा रहा है। ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि हजारों कर्मचारी स्थगन से बुरी तरह पीड़ित हैं। इस संबंध में, महासचिव साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने हाल ही में सीएमडी बीएसएनएल, निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) और वेतन संशोधन समिति के अध्यक्ष के साथ चर्चा की है।

आज, साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव  ने सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) से मुलाकात की और विस्तृत चर्चा की। महासचिव ने वेतन संशोधन के निपटारे में देरी पर गहरा असंतोष व्यक्त किया। महासचिव ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) से वेतन संशोधन समिति की जल्द बैठक आयोजित करने का अनुरोध किया। महासचिव ने यह भी अनुरोध किया कि, प्रबंधन पक्ष की आंतरिक चर्चा भी अगली वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक से पहले पूरी हो जानी चाहिए। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) ने बहुत सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया दी और वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक जल्द से जल्द आयोजित करने का आश्वासन दिया।
