The SR Branch of the Corporate Office has issued letter today, stating that the window for change of union membership will be opened on 16th June,2025. Every year, window will be opened to the employees giving options to change their union membership from 16th June to 15th July. Circle and district secretaries are requested to make note of this and to take necessary action.

नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  के साथ सौतेला व्यवहार न करें-BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को लिखा पत्र।

एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को मोबाइल हैंडसेट की लागत प्रतिपूर्ति की जा रही है। नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  भी बिक्री और विपणन को बढ़ावा देने और अन्य गतिविधियों में शामिल होने के लिए अपने व्यक्तिगत मोबाइल हैंडसेट का बड़े पैमाने पर उपयोग कर रहे हैं। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने मांग की है कि नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को भी मोबाइल हैंडसेट की लागत प्रतिपूर्ति की जानी चाहिए। BSNLEU ने 08.05.2024 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर इस मुद्दे को उठाया। इसके बाद, दो बार, BSNLEU ने 19.11.2024 और 24.04.2025 को निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा है। हालांकि, प्रबंधन ने कहा है कि नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  को मोबाइल हैंडसेट की लागत प्रतिपूर्ति नहीं की जा सकती है। हाल ही में, प्रबंधन ने जेटीओ तक के अधिकारियों को लैपटॉप को मंजूरी दी है। BSNLEU अधिकारियों को कोई भी सुविधा प्रदान करने के खिलाफ नहीं है। लेकिन, प्रबंधन को नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  के साथ सौतेला व्यवहार नहीं करना चाहिए। BSNLEU ने आज लिखे पत्र में सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के समक्ष इस मुद्दे को जोरदार तरीके से उठाया है और मांग की है कि नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  को मोबाइल हैंडसेट की लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति की जाए। 

वेतन संशोधन समिति में गतिरोध – BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा – आंदोलन अपरिहार्य हो जाएगा।

हजारों नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव कर्मचारी स्थगन की समस्या से गंभीर रूप से पीड़ित हैं। इसलिए, BSNLEU बिना किसी देरी के वेतन संशोधन को निपटाने के लिए सभी प्रयास कर रहा है। हालांकि, वेतन संशोधन समिति में प्रबंधन पक्ष के सदस्य सहयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं। पिछले 6 महीनों में वेतन संशोधन समिति की केवल एक बैठक हुई है। उस बैठक में भी कोई सार्थक चर्चा नहीं हो सकी क्योंकि प्रबंधन पक्ष के सदस्य बिना अपना होमवर्क किए बैठक में आ गए। बताया गया कि, प्रबंधन पक्ष के कई सदस्य समिति में नए हैं। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने प्रबंधन पक्ष के नए सदस्यों को पिछले घटनाक्रमों से अवगत कराने के लिए सभी प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों के साथ एक विस्तृत नोट प्रस्तुत किया है। 29.04.2025 को आयोजित पिछली बैठक में, यह आश्वासन दिया गया था कि वेतन संशोधन समिति की अगली बैठक मई के अंतिम सप्ताह में आयोजित की जाएगी। लेकिन, यह आयोजित नहीं हुई। समिति के अध्यक्ष ने पुनः आश्वासन दिया कि बैठक जून के प्रथम सप्ताह में होगी। पुनः बैठक नहीं हुई। महासचिव साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने वेतन पुनरीक्षण समिति के अध्यक्ष से व्यक्तिगत रूप से मुलाकात की तथा इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने वेतन पुनरीक्षण समिति की बैठक जून के दूसरे सप्ताह में आयोजित करने का आश्वासन दिया। हालांकि अभी तक कोई अधिसूचना जारी नहीं की गई है। इन परिस्थितियों में BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर वेतन पुनरीक्षण समिति में प्रबंधन पक्ष के सदस्यों द्वारा असहयोग किए जाने को उजागर किया है। BSNLEU ने कहा है कि यदि वेतन पुनरीक्षण समिति में गतिरोध जारी रहा तो यूनियन आंदोलन करने को बाध्य होगी। 

Thousands of Non-Executives are suffering seriously from the problem of stagnation. Hence, BSNLEU is taking all out efforts to settle the Wage Revision without further delay. However, the Management Side members in the Wage Revision Committee are not cooperating. Only one meeting of the Wage Revision Committee has taken place in the last 6 months. Even in that meeting, no meaningful discussion could take place since the Management Side members came to the meeting without doing their homework. It was told that, many of the Management Side members are new to the Committee. So, BSNLEU has submitted a detailed note with all relevant documents to keep the new members of the Management Side informed about the past developments. In the last meeting held on 29.04.2025, it was assured that the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee would be held in the last week of May. But, it was not held. Again, the Chairman of the Committee assured that the meeting would be held in the first week of June. Again it was not held. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, met the Chairman of the Wage Revision Committee in person and discussed the issue. He assured to hold the Wage Revision Committee meeting in the 2^nd week of June. However, no notification is issued so far. Under these circumstances, BSNLEU has written a letter to the Director (HR), highlighting the non-cooperation by the Management Side members in the Wage Revision Committee. BSNLEU has stated that the Union would be compelled to organise agitational programme if the stalemate in the Wage Revision Committee continues.  

Mobile handset cost is being reimbursed to the Executives. The Non-Executives are also extensively using their personal mobile handsets to promote sales and marketing and also for involving in other activities. Hence, BSNLEU has demanded that mobile handset cost should be reimbursed to the Non-Executives also. BSNLEU raised this issue by writing letter to the CMD BSNL on 08.05.2024. Thereafter, twice, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR) on 19.11.2024 and 24.04.2025. However, Management has said that mobile handset cost cannot be reimbursed to the Non-Executives. Recently, Management has approved laptops to the Executives up to JTOs. BSNLEU is not against providing any facility to the Executives. But, Management should not treat the Non-Executives with step-motherly attitude. BSNLEU has strongly raised this issue with the CMD BSNL in the letter written today and has demanded that, mobile handset cost should be reimbursed to the Non-Executives.

महासचिव ने गुवाहाटी में BSNLEU की बैठक को संबोधित किया।

BSNLEU ने आज गुवाहाटी में एक बैठक आयोजित की। यह बैठक बहुत ही कम समय में आयोजित की गई है, जिसमें महासचिव ने एआईबीएसएनएलईए सम्मेलन को संबोधित करने के लिए गुवाहाटी का दौरा किया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता अध्यक्ष साथी  बिजॉय ठाकुर ने की और सर्कल सचिव साथी  जयंत चौधरी ने सभी का स्वागत किया। बैठक में संगठन सचिव (सीएचक्यू) साथी  ओमकार भौमिक और उपाध्यक्ष साथी  बिजॉय डेका मौजूद थे। महासचिव साथी  पी अभिमन्यु ने इस बैठक को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने 9 जुलाई, 2025 को आम हड़ताल के आयोजन के लिए BSNLEU और एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल द्वारा प्रस्तुत हड़ताल नोटिस में निहित मांगों को विस्तार से समझाया। उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर BSNLEU द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयासों, एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स और नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  की पदोन्नति नीतियों के बीच भेदभाव को दूर करने, भत्तों में संशोधन, नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  को मोबाइल लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति और अन्य मुद्दों के बारे में भी बताया।

BSNLEU organised a meeting at Guwahati today. This meeting is organised at a very short notice, utilising the General Secretary’s visit to Guwahati to address the AIBSNLEA conference. Com.Bijoy Thakur, President, presided over the meeting and Com.Jayanta Choudhury, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone. Com.Omkar Bhowmik, Organising Secretary(CHQ) and Com.Bijoy Deka, vice- president, were present in the meeting. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, addressed this meeting. He spoke in detail, explaining the demands contained in the strike notice, submitted by BSNLEU and NFTE BSNL for organising the General Strike on 9th July, 2025. He further explained about the efforts being taken by BSNLEU on the Wage Revision issue, removing the discrimination between the Promotion Policies of Executives and Non-Executives, revision of allowances, reimbursement of mobile cost to the Non-Executives and other issues. 

गुवाहाटी में आयोजित एआईबीएसएनएलईए के 8वें अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन को महासचिव ने संबोधित किया।

ऑल इंडिया बीएसएनएल एक्जीक्यूटिव्स एसोसिएशन (एआईबीएसएनएलईए) का 8वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन आज और कल गुवाहाटी में उत्साहपूर्वक आयोजित किया जा रहा है। साथी  शुभेंदु और साथी  माहेश्वरी के नेतृत्व में स्वागत समिति ने सम्मेलन के लिए बेहतरीन व्यवस्था की थी। सम्मेलन की शुरुआत एक सुंदर सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम से हुई। एआईबीएसएनएलईए के अध्यक्ष साथी  राजपाल शर्मा सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता कर रहे हैं। महासचिव साथी  शाजी ने स्वागत भाषण दिया। एआईबीएसएनएलईए के पूर्व महासचिव साथी  एस शिवकुमार, उप महासचिव साथी  पटेल, कोषाध्यक्ष साथी  दिनेश कुमार और सहायक महासचिव साथी  खिलार भी मंच पर मौजूद थे। BSNLEU के महासचिव साथी  पी अभिमन्यु ने आज सम्मेलन को संबोधित किया। अपने भाषण में महासचिव ने वेतन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल की वित्तीय स्थिति, 4G सेवा, द्वितीय वीआरएस और अन्य मुद्दों पर बात की। उन्होंने एआईबीएसएनएलईए सम्मेलन से अनुरोध किया कि वेतन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल की वित्तीय व्यवहार्यता और कर्मचारियों और कंपनी से संबंधित अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों को प्राप्त करने के लिए बीएसएनएल एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स और नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स की एकता को मजबूत किया जाए। 

The 8th All India Conference of All India BSNL Executives’ Association (AIBSNLEA) is being enthusiastically held at Guwahati today and tomorrow. The Reception Committee under the leadership of Com.Subhendu and Com.Maheshwari, had made excellent arrangements for the Conference. A beautiful cultural programme marked the beginning of the Conference. Com.Rajpal Sharma, President, AIBSNLEA, is presiding over the Conference. Com.Shaji, General Secretary, delivered the welcome address. Com.S. Sivakumar, former General Secretary of AIBSNLEA, Com.Patel, Dy.GS, Com.Dinesh Kumar, Treasurer and Com.Khilar, AGS, were also on the dias. Com.P. Abhimanyu, General Secretary, BSNLEU, addressed the Conference today. In his speech, the General Secretary, spoke on the issues of Wage Revision, BSNL’s financial condition, 4G service, 2nd VRS and other issues. He requested AIBSNLEA conference to  strengthen the unity of BSNL Executives and Non-Executives for achieving Wage Revision, BSNL’s financial viability and other crucial issues related with the employees and the Company.
