जम्मू-कश्मीर सर्किल में जेई के 17 पदों को रिक्त घोषित नहीं किया गया-BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर उचित कार्रवाई की मांग की।

जम्मू-कश्मीर सर्किल में जेई बनने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों की पदोन्नति की संभावनाएं प्रभावित हो रही हैं, क्योंकि प्रबंधन ने जेई के 17 पदों को रिक्त घोषित करने के लिए उचित कार्रवाई नहीं की है। जेएंडके सर्किल में स्वीकृत जेई पद 120 हैं। जबकि प्रबंधन का कहना है कि जेई की कार्यरत संख्या 116 है। यह गलत है। 17 जेई बहुत पहले ही अपनी नौकरी से इस्तीफा दे चुके हैं और बीएसएनएल छोड़ चुके हैं। हालांकि, प्रबंधन द्वारा उन सभी 17 पदों को रिक्त पद घोषित नहीं किया गया है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, सितंबर, 2024 में आयोजित जेई एलआईसीई के लिए केवल एक रिक्ति थी। प्रबंधन की निष्क्रियता के कारण, जेएंडके सर्किल में जेई बनने के इच्छुक युवा कर्मचारियों की पदोन्नति की संभावनाएं प्रभावित हो रही हैं। दिनांक 12.06.2025 को जम्मू में आयोजित BSNLEU की सर्किल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक में महासचिव के संज्ञान में यह मुद्दा लाया गया। आज BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर 17 जेई पदों को रिक्त घोषित करने तथा अगले जेई एलआईसीई के लिए रिक्तियों को शामिल करने के लिए शीघ्र कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है।

The promotional prospects of aspirants to become JE in J&K circle is affected, since the Management has not taken appropriate action to declare 17 JE posts as vacant. In J&K circle, the sanctioned JE posts are 120. Whereas, the Management is maintaining that the working strength of JEs is 116. This is false. 17 JEs have already resigned their jobs long back and have already left BSNL. However, all those 17 posts have not been declared as vacant posts. As a result of this, there was only one vacancy for the JE LICE conducted in September, 2024. Due to the inaction of the Management, the promotional prospects of young employees are affected. This issue was brought to the notice of the General Secretary in the Circle Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU held on 12.06.2025. Today, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR), demanding to take expeditious action for declaring the 17 JE posts as vacant and to include the vacancies for the next JE LICE.

As all comrades are aware, the Central Trade Unions have given call for organising a General Strike on 09^th July, 2025. BSNLEU and NFTE are participating in this strike. Strike notice has already been given to the CMD BSNL and the Secretary, Telecom. The All India Centre meeting held today the 17-06-2025 has taken decision to organise the following programmes to make the strike successful:-

1. Lunch hour demonstrations are to be organised on 30.06.2025, explaining about the demands of the General Strike to the employees.
2. A “Meet the Employees” programme is to be organised from 30.06.2025 to 05.07.2025. Each and every employee has to be approached during this period and the demands of the General Strike are to be explained to them.
3. CHQ will prepare a matter for the pamphlet in English and Hindi. The circle and district unions have to print pamphlets utilising this matter and distribute the same to the employees during the “Meet the Employees” campaign.   

The CHQ has already allotted the number of delegates and observers entitled for each circle union. The CHQ has directed the circle unions to further make allotment of delegates and observers to various district unions. The CHQ has also directed that, delegates election should compulsorily be done in the special district general body meetings. The All India Centre meeting held today has decided that, the list of delegates and observers elected in the special general body meetings, should be sent to the CHQ latest by 15.07.2025. All circle and district secretaries are requested to kindly make note of this and to implement the decision strictly. 

खिलाड़ियों के अभ्यास के लिए प्रतिदिन 2 घंटे/4 घंटे की छुट्टी देने की सुविधा बहाल करें - BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को लिखा पत्र।

29-05-2025 को बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन ने पत्र जारी कर सभी खेल गतिविधियों को स्थगित कर दिया था। प्रबंधन ने खिलाड़ियों के अभ्यास के लिए प्रतिदिन 2 घंटे/4 घंटे की छुट्टी देने की सुविधा भी बंद कर दी है। प्रबंधन ने कहा है कि कंपनी की वित्तीय स्थिति को देखते हुए यह निर्णय लिया गया है। 30-05-2025 को ही BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर सभी खेल गतिविधियों को बहाल करने का अनुरोध किया था। इस बीच कई खिलाड़ियों ने BSNLEU से संपर्क कर खिलाड़ियों के अभ्यास के लिए कम से कम 2 घंटे/4 घंटे की छुट्टी बहाल करने का अनुरोध किया है। आज एक बार फिर BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर सभी खेल गतिविधियों को तत्काल बहाल करने का अनुरोध किया है। खेल गतिविधियों की बहाली लंबित रहने तक, BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से खिलाड़ियों के लिए अभ्यास हेतु प्रतिदिन 2 घंटे/4 घंटे की छुट्टी की सुविधा बहाल करने का अनुरोध किया है।

*तेलंगाना सर्कल यूनियन ने हैदराबाद में एक उत्साहपूर्ण विस्तारित सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आयोजित की।*

तेलंगाना सर्कल की उत्साहपूर्ण विस्तारित सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज वासावी क्लब, हैदराबाद में आयोजित की गई। बैठक की शुरुआत हैदराबाद जिले के सहायक जिला सचिव साथी  करुणाकर रेड्डी द्वारा BSNLEU ध्वज फहराने के साथ हुई। साथी  जे. संपत राव, सहायक महासचिव और सर्कल अध्यक्ष ने बैठक की अध्यक्षता की और अध्यक्षीय भाषण दिया। साथी  सुशील कुमार, कार्यकारी सर्कल सचिव ने सभी का स्वागत किया और गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव  ने बैठक को संबोधित किया और 9 जुलाई, 2025 को आयोजित होने वाली आम हड़ताल की मांगों और कर्मचारी-विरोधी और कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक चार श्रम संहिताओं के बारे में विस्तार से बात की। उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे की स्थिति, दूसरे वीआरएस, घटिया 4G सेवा के कारण ग्राहकों को होने वाली समस्याओं और नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के अन्य मुद्दों के बारे में भी बताया। सभी जिला सचिवों और सर्कल पदाधिकारियों ने विचार-विमर्श में भाग लिया। सभी साथियों ने 9 जुलाई, 2025 को होने वाली आम हड़ताल को सफल बनाने का आश्वासन दिया। साथी  रामचंद्रुडु, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, एआईबीडीपीए, साथी परिपूर्णाचारी, सर्किल सचिव, बीएसएनएलसीसीडबल्यूएफ और साथी  पद्मावती, सदस्य, बीएसएनएल डबल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी ने बैठक को संबोधित किया और बधाई दी। महासचिव ने साथियों द्वारा उठाए गए अखिल भारतीय स्तर के मुद्दों का जवाब दिया। अंत में, साथी  सुशील कुमार, सर्किल सचिव ने चर्चा का सारांश प्रस्तुत किया और धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव रखा। सीएचक्यू ने सफल विस्तारित सर्कल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक के आयोजन के लिए तेलंगाना सर्कल यूनियन को हार्दिक बधाई दी।

The spirited Extended Circle Executive Committee meeting of Telangana circle is held at Vasavi Club at Hyderabad today. The meeting started with the hoisting of BSNLEU flag by Com.Karunakar Reddy, ADS. Com.J.Sampath Rao, AGS and circle president, presided over the meeting and delivered the presidential address. Com.Sushil Kumar, acting circle secretary, welcomed everyone and presented the report on activities. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the meeting and spoke in detail on the demands of the General Strike to be organised on 9th July, 2025, and about the anti -worker and pro-corporate Four Labour Codes. He also explained about the status of the wage revision issue, 2nd VRS, problems being faced by the customers due to the sub-standard 4G service and other issues of the Non-Executives. All the district secretaries and circle office bearers participated in the deliberations. All the comrades assured to make the General Strike on 9th July, 2025, a success. Com.Ramachandrudu, CS, AIBDPA , Com.Paripoornachari, CS, BSNLCCWF and Com.Padmavathi, Member, BSNLWWCC addressed and greeted the meeting. BSNLEU द्वारा अखिल भारतीय कृषि श्रमिक संघ को 2,18,767/- रुपए का दान सौंपा गया।

BSNLEU के गुवाहाटी अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन ने अखिल भारतीय कृषि श्रमिक संघ के लिए दान एकत्र करने का सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया। इसका उद्देश्य औद्योगिक श्रमिकों और कृषि श्रमिकों की वर्ग एकता को मजबूत करना है। यह एकता ही सरकार की श्रमिक विरोधी नीतियों के हमलों से श्रमिक वर्ग के हितों की रक्षा कर सकती है। गुवाहाटी अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन के निर्णय के अनुसार, विभिन्न सर्किल यूनियनों ने जमीनी स्तर के कर्मचारियों से दान एकत्र किया और इसे सीएचक्यू को भेज दिया। इस प्रकार एकत्र की गई राशि 2,18,767/- रुपए थी। इस राशि का चेक आज नई दिल्ली में एआईएडब्ल्यूयू के महासचिव साथी बी वेंकट को साथी  पी अभिमन्यु द्वारा सौंपा गया। महासचिव के साथ कार्यालय सचिव साथी  टी ए बीजू भी थे।

Even though the meeting was organised at a very short notice, except Leh, all the district secretaries and  the circle office bearers participated in the meeting. Com.
