Prepaid mobile connections do not work in Jammu – General Secretary, cut off from the rest of the world yesterday.

Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, was in Jammu yesterday, to attend the Circle Executive Committee meeting of J&K circle. According to the security restrictions, mobile phones with prepaid SIMs do not work in Jammu. Hence, the General Secretary was cut off from the rest of the world yesterday. Consequently, website updating and other communication could not be made by the General Secretary, yesterday.
