Recently, the Corporate Office has issued letter stating that, Office Accommodation for the recognised unions and associations would be available only at the CHQ, Circle and BA levels. BSNLEU is having many of it’s district unions functioning at the OA level. Hence, BSNLEU has demanded that, Office Accommodation should be made available to it’s district unions, functioning at the OA level also. This issue was discussed with the  PGM (SR) and the Director (HR). Based on these discussions, BSNLEU has written letter today, demanding that, the district unions of BSNLEU, functioning at the OA level and having 15 or more members, should be provided with Office Accommodation.

कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा जारी कार्यालय स्थान के आवंटन की नीति में, यह उल्लेख किया गया है कि, कार्यालय स्थान सीएचक्यू, सर्कल और बीए स्तरों पर प्रदान किया जाएगा। ओए स्तर पर कार्यालय स्थान के बारे में कोई उल्लेख नहीं है। BSNLEU पहले ही मांग कर चुका है कि ओए स्तर पर मौजूदा कार्यालय स्थान में छेड़छाड़ नहीं की जानी चाहिए। 04.11.2022 को आयोजित बैठक में निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की गई। सीएचक्यू को उम्मीद है कि, ओए स्तर पर भी कार्यालय स्थान जारी रखने के लिए जल्द ही आदेश जारी किए जाने की संभावना है। इस बीच, कुछ स्थानों पर, प्रशासन ने हमारी जिला यूनियन को ओए स्तर पर कार्यालय स्थान खाली करने के लिए कहा है। सीएचक्यू जिला सचिवों से ओए स्तर पर कार्यालय स्थान खाली नहीं करने का अनुरोध करता है।     

In the Policy for Allotment of Office Accommodation issued by the Corporate Office, it is mentioned that, Office Accommodation would be provided at the CHQ, Circle and BA levels. There is no mention about Office Accommodation at the OA level. BSNLEU has already demanded that the existing Office Accommodation at the OA level should not be disturbed. This issue was discussed with the Director (HR) in the meeting held on 04.11.2022. CHQ is hopeful that, order is likely to be issued soon, for the continuation of Office Accommodation at the OA level also. In the meantime, in some places, the Administration has told our district union to vacate the Office Accommodation at the OA level. CHQ requests the district secretaries not to vacate the office accommodation at the OA level. 

CHQ is saddened to hear that, Com.Sahabuddin Siddique, former Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Telecom Factory, has passed away at 7:30 am today. He was 79 years old and had been unwell due to old age related ailments. Com.Sahabuddin Siddique, was formerly Circle Secretary of AITEU, LS & Group ‘D’ of Telecom Factory circle and later on took over as the Circle Secretary of BSNLEU. The CHQ of BSNLEU pays it’s respectful homage to Com.Sahabuddin Siddique and also conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to his family members and relatives.  

कश्मीर घाटी में तैनात बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के लिए विशेष रियायतों/प्रोत्साहनों का विस्तार।

डीओपीएंडटी ने 12-09-2022 को पत्र जारी किया है, जिसमें कश्मीर में तैनात केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों को 01.08.2021 से 3 साल की अवधि के लिए विशेष रियायतों / प्रोत्साहनों के विस्तार के लिए कहा गया है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने पहले ही कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को पत्र लिखकर बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा डीओपी एंड टी पत्र के लिए समर्थन की मांग की है । महासचिव साथी पी.अभिमन्यु ने 05.11.2022 को श्री सौरभ त्यागी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) से मुलाकात की और इस मामले पर शीघ्र कार्रवाई का अनुरोध किया। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने कहा है कि डीओपीएंडटी पत्र का दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा अनुमोदन किया जाना चाहिए, जिसके लिए बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय पहले ही दूरसंचार विभाग को पत्र लिख चुका है। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt.) ने यह भी आश्वासन दिया कि दूरसंचार विभाग से अनुमोदन प्राप्त करने के तुरंत बाद कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय का पृष्ठांकन पत्र जारी किया जाएगा। BSNLEU का सीएचक्यू इस मामले को आगे बढ़ाएगा।

तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्किल के उम्मीदवारों के लिए आरजीएमटीटीसी में जेटीओ चरण-I प्रशिक्षण की पुन: व्यवस्था – BSNLEU त्वरित कार्रवाई के लिए जनरल मैनेजर (Rectt.) को धन्यवाद देता है।

तमिलनाडु सर्किल यूनियन और चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्किल यूनियन ने सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया है कि तमिलनाडु सर्कल के 8 उम्मीदवारों और चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्कल के 14 उम्मीदवारों को उनके जेटीओ चरण -1 प्रशिक्षण के लिए एएलटीटीसी, गाजियाबाद में सीटें आवंटित की गई हैं। एएलटीटीसी, गाजियाबाद बहुत दूर है और तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्किल के उम्मीदवारों को बहुत नुकसान होगा, अगर उन्हें वहां जेटीओ चरण -1 प्रशिक्षण से गुजरने के लिए मजबूर किया जाता है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने इस मुद्दे को जनरल मैनेजर (Rectt.), कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के साथ उठाया। जनरल मैनेजर (Rectt.) ने तुरंत कार्रवाई की है और अब आरजीएमटीटीसी, चेन्नई में ही तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्किल के उम्मीदवारों के लिए प्रशिक्षण की फिर से व्यवस्था की गई है। BSNLEU त्वरित कार्रवाई के लिए जनरल मैनेजर (Rectt.), कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को हृदयपूर्वक धन्यवाद देता है। 

The DoP&T has issued letter on 12^th September, 2022, for the extension of Special Concessions / Incentives to the Central Government employees, for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 01.08.2021. The CHQ of BSNLEU has already written letter to the Corporate Office, demanding endorsement for the DoP&T letter, by the BSNL Corporate Office. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.), on 05.11.2022 and requested for early action on this matter. The PGM(Estt.) stated that the DoP&T letter should be endorsed by the DoT, for which the BSNL Corporate Office has already written letter to the DoT. The PGM(Estt.) also assured that the endorsement letter of the Corporate Office will be issued soon after getting approval from the DoT.
