एयूएबी वेतन संशोधन, 4G आदि जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर चर्चा करने के लिए शीघ्र ही बैठक करेगा।

वेतन संशोधन,बीएसएनएल द्वारा 4G शुरू करने में अत्यधिक विलंब, बीएसएनएल/एमटीएनएल के विलय आदि जैसे मामलों पर एयूएबी द्वारा गंभीर कार्रवाई करने की तत्काल आवश्यकता है। एयूएबी के संयोजक साथी पी. अभिमन्यु ने एयूएबी के अध्यक्ष के साथ-साथ एयूएबी से संबंधित संगठनों के सभी महासचिवों को इस संबंध में संदेश भेजा है। उम्मीद की जा रही है कि एयूएबी की एक बैठक जल्द ही होगी जिसमें इन मुद्दों पर चर्चा की जाएगी और निर्णय लिया जाएगा। 

There is an urgent need to take serious action by the AUAB, on the matters like Pay Revision / Wage Revision, extreme delay in launching 4G by BSNL, merger of BSNL / MTNL, etc. Com.P.Abhimanyu, Convenor of the AUAB has sent message to the Chairman, AUAB, as well as to other General Secretaries of the constituencies of the AUAB in this regard. It is expected that, a meeting of the AUAB will take place shortly to discuss and take decisions on these issues.

The CEC meeting of BSNLEU held online on 01.11.2022, took serious note of the delay in the settlement of Wage Revision of the Non-Executives. The meeting demanded that negotiation in the Wage Revision Committee should immediately resume. The meeting demanded that, the DoT and BSNL should honour the commitments given by Shri Manoj Sinha ji, former Minister of State for Communications, Ms. Aruna Sundararajan, former Secretary (Telecom) and also Shri Anupam Srivastava, former CMD BSNL, in the matter of Wage Revision of the Non-Executives.

ओए स्तर पर कार्यरत जिला यूनियनों को कार्यालय स्थान सुविधा जारी रखना - BSNLEU निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को लिखता है। 

कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों को स्थान के आवंटन के संबंध में दिनांक 18.10.2022 को दिशानिर्देश जारी किए हैं। पत्र में उल्लेख किया गया है कि, सीएचक्यू, सर्कल और बीए स्तरों पर मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों को कार्यालय स्थान आवंटित किया जाएगा। BSNLEU की जिला यूनियनें अभी भी ओए स्तर पर भी काम कर रही हैं। कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा जारी पत्र के अनुसार, ओए स्तर पर कार्यरत जिला यूनियनों को आवंटन कार्यालय स्थान का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है। इससे जिला संघों के कामकाज में परेशानी खड़ी हो गई है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर ओए स्तर पर कार्यरत जिला यूनियनों को भी कार्यालय स्थान जारी रखने के लिए फील्ड इकाइयों को आवश्यक दिशानिर्देश जारी करने का अनुरोध किया है।

The CEC meeting of BSNLEU is being held online today. Circle Secretaries and CHQ office bearers numbering 51 are participating in today’s meeting.  The meeting started at 10:00 am and is being presided over by Com.Animesh Mitra, President. Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS, moved the condolence resolution. The house paid homage by observing a minute’s silence. Com. Animesh Mitra, President, delivered the presidential address. Thereafter, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, presented the note for discussion. In his speech, the General Secretary placed the views of the All India Centre on the results of the 9^th Membership Verification. The General Secretary also reported on the latest developments on the important issues like Wage Revision, 4G, etc. Followed by this, deliberations by the CEC members started and it is going on.

Com.H.V. Sudharshan, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Karnataka circle, retired from BSNL service today, after completing 39 years and five months of service. He entered the DoT service as a Telephone Operator in the year 1983 and retired today as an Office Superintendent. He joined BSNLEU in 2005 and has worked as Branch Secretary, District Secretary and Organising Secretary (CHQ) and is now holding the post of circle secretary. He was elected as Circle Secretary of BSNLEU in the last circle conference held at Davengere. Com. H.V.Sudharshan is a capable organiser and has helped to strengthen BSNLEU in a big way in Karnataka circle. The CHQ heartily congratulates Com.H.V. Sudharshan on his retirement and wishes him a long healthy and peaceful retired life. 

Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, the former trade union leader, is elected as the president of Brazil. Lula defeated the incumbent Jair Bolsonaro in the election held on 30th October, 2022. Lula got 50.8% of votes compared with 49.2% secured by Bolsonaro. The Supreme Electoral Court confirmed the election of Lula as the president of Brazil. Lula da Silva is a leftist leader. His victory consolidates a new “pink tide” in Latin America, after landmark leftist victories in Colombia and Chile’s elections.

As has already been intimated, the Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU will be held online on 01-11-2022. The link for this online meeting has already been sent in the through the WhatsApp group. The CEC meeting will start sharply at 10.00 am and will be presided over by Com. Animesh Mitra, President. The meeting will continue up to 6 pm. All the circle secretaries and central office bearers are requested to login latest by 09.45 am on 01-11-2022, for participating in the CEC meeting.
