सीएनटीएक्स, ओडिशा में 56 टीटी को ईपीएफ का कार्यान्वयन।

सीएनटीएक्स, ओडिशा में कार्यरत 56 टेलीकॉम तकनीशियनों को जारी किए गए प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर को दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा वापस ले लिया गया है। हालांकि, ये सभी कर्मचारी जीपीएफ प्रणाली में बने हुए हैं। उन्हें ईपीएफ में नहीं बदला गया है। ये सभी कर्मचारी कुछ सालों के भीतर रिटायर होने वाले हैं। दूरसंचार विभाग और बीएसएनएल द्वारा की जा रही गड़बड़ियां इन कर्मचारियों के लिए कई समस्याएं खड़ी कर सकती हैं। महासचिव साथी पी. अभिमन्यु ने बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt) श्री सौरभ त्यागी के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की और अनुरोध किया कि इन सभी कर्मचारियों को बिना किसी देरी के ईपीएफ में बदल दिया जाना चाहिए। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (Estt) ने आवश्यक कदम उठाने का आश्वासन दिया।

The Presidential Orders that have been issued to the 56 Telecom Technicians working in CNTx, Odisha have been withdrawn by the DoT. However, all these officials continue to remain in the GPF system. They have not been switched over to the EPF. All these officials are going to retire within a few years. The bunglings being made by the DoT and BSNL may create many problems for these officials. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with Shri Saurabh Tyagi, PGM(Estt.), BSNL CO. and requested that, all these officials should be switched over to EPF without further delay. The PGM(Estt.) assured to do the needful.

The SR Branch of the Corporate Office has released the minutes of the meeting of the Joint Wage Negotiating Committee held on 10.06.2022. From the minutes, it could be understood that, the Management was not ready to settle the Wage Revision. In the last meeting, the Management Side tried to change the pay scales already decided through consensus, by both the Staff Side and the Management. But, the Staff Side stubbornly rejected that. Further, the Management Side was not prepared to accept the demand of the Staff Side regarding fitment. The Management has to change it’s negative mind set regarding the Wage Revision issue. Otherwise the employees will be left with no other option, but to go on agitation. 

The CHQ has already communicated the decision of the Management to hold the Joint Wage Negotiating Committee meeting on 28.11.2022. The official notification for holding this meeting has been issued today by the SR Branch of the Corporate Office.

संयुक्त वेतन वार्ता समिति की बैठक दिनांक 28.11.2022 को आयोजित होगी । 

बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को कल दिनांक 15-11-2022 को एक गंभीर पत्र लिखा, जिसमें संयुक्त वेतन वार्ता समिति की बैठक तत्काल बुलाने की मांग की गई।  पिछली बैठक जून-2022 में आयोजित होने के बाद बीएसएनएलईयू ने सदस्यता सत्यापन से पहले वेतन वार्ता समिति की बैठक आयोजित करने की मांग की।  लेकिन, ऐसा नहीं किया गया।  9वीं सदस्यता सत्यापन के तुरंत बाद बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर संयुक्त वेतन वार्ता समिति की बैठक बुलाने की मांग की।  हालांकि प्रबंधन की ओर से कोई जवाब नहीं आया।  इसलिए, कल बीएसएनएलईयू ने एक बार फिर बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखा जिसकी प्रतियां सचिव (दूरसंचार) और सदस्य (सेवा) को भेजी गईं।  तत्पश्चात कल रात प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) ने महासचिव को संदेश भेजकर सूचित किया कि दिनांक 28.11.2022 को प्रातः 11:00 बजे वेतन वार्ता समिति की बैठक होगी।  बीएसएनएलईयू प्रबंधन के इस निर्णय का स्वागत करता है।

BSNLEU wrote a serious letter to the CMD BSNL yesterday the 15-11-2022, demanding the immediate convening of the Joint Wage Negotiating Committee meeting. After the last meeting was held in June, 2022, BSNLEU demanded to conduct a meeting of the Wage Negotiating Committee before the Membership Verification. But, it was not done. Immediately after the 9thMembership Verification, BSNLEU wrote to the CMD BSNL, demanding to convene a meeting of the Joint Wage Negotiating Committee. However, there was no response from the Management. Hence, yesterday, BSNLEU once again wrote to the CMD BSNL, with copies sent to the Secretary (Telecom) and the Member (Services). Thereafter, yesterday night, the PGM(SR) sent a message to the General Secretary, informing that, the Wage Negotiating Committee meeting will be held at 11:00 am on 28.11.2022. BSNLEU welcomes this decision of the Management.

जेटीओ (ओएल) एलआईसीई आयोजित करने में अत्यधिक देरी - BSNLEU निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखता है और बिना किसी देरी के परीक्षा आयोजित करने की मांग करता है ।

BSNLEU लगातार मांग कर रहा है कि नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के सभी एलआईसीई को बिना किसी देरी के संचालित किया जाना चाहिए। इस संबंध में BSNLEU ने पहले ही मांग की है कि जेटीओ (ओएल) एलआईसीई तुरंत आयोजित किया जाना चाहिए। BSNLEU ने इस मामले पर 10.06.2020 को बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी को पत्र लिखा था। हालांकि कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस ने अभी तक इस मुद्दे पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की है। इसलिए BSNLEU ने आज एक बार फिर निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें जेटीओ (ओएल) एलआईसीई को तुरंत आयोजित करने की मांग की गई है। 

The last meeting of the Joint Wage Negotiating Committee was held on 10-06-2022. Thereafter, one more meeting could have been conducted before the 9th Membership Verification. But, it was not held, even though BSNLEU demanded for the same. Now, one month has already passed after the 9th Membership Verification. One more meeting of the Wage Negotiating Committee could have been conducted during this period. BSNLEU has demanded for the same. The entire BSNL employees are completely demoralised and demotivated due to the non-settlement of Wage Revision.  More than 9,000 Non-Executives are suffering from Stagnation and are not getting their annual increments. But the Management is not worried about all these. Four and half years ago, the DoT directed the BSNL Management to sign a Wage Revision agreement with the Unions of the Non-Executives and send the same for it’s approval. But, the BSNL Management has not implemented the direction of the DoT. Hence, BSNLEU has written a serious letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding to immediately hold the Wage Negotiating Committee meeting and to settle the Wage Revision issue.

BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, all the LICEs of the Non-Executive should be conducted without delay. In this connection, BSNLEU has already demanded that, the JTO (OL) LICE should be conducted immediately. BSNLEU wrote a letter to the CMD BSNL on 10.06.2020 on this matter. However, the Corporate Office has not taken any action on this issue so far. Hence, BSNLEU has once again written letter to the Director (HR) today, demanding to immediately hold the JTO (OL) LICE.
