नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को मोबाइल एप के जरिए हाजिरी लगाने से छूट दी जाए, जब तक उन्हें मोबाइल हैंडसेट उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाता - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को लिखा पत्र।

प्रबंधन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को मोबाइल हैंडसेट की लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति कर रहा है। BSNLEU ने बार-बार मांग की है कि यह सुविधा नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को भी दी जानी चाहिए। लेकिन प्रबंधन ने इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया है। इस बीच, कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने आज एक निर्देश जारी किया है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को भी मोबाइल एप के जरिए अपनी ऑनलाइन हाजिरी लगानी चाहिए। पत्र में यह भी कहा गया है कि यह हाजिरी मोबाइल एप के जरिए चेहरे की पहचान के जरिए लगाई जाएगी। या तो प्रबंधन नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को मोबाइल हैंडसेट उपलब्ध कराए और उसके बाद उन्हें मोबाइल एप के जरिए हाजिरी लगाने का निर्देश दे, या फिर प्रबंधन नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को मोबाइल एप के जरिए हाजिरी लगाने के निर्देश से छूट दे। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के इस पत्र पर तत्काल प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर मांग की है कि नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  को मोबाइल एप के माध्यम से उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने से छूट दी जाए, जब तक कि उन्हें मोबाइल हैंडसेट लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति की सुविधा प्रदान नहीं की जाती। 

Management is reimbursing the cost of mobile handset to the Executives. BSNLEU has time and again demanded that, this facility should be extended to the Non-Executives also. But, the same has not been accepted by the Management. In the meanwhile, the Corporate Office has issued a direction today, stating that the Non-Executives also should mark their online attendance through the mobile app. It is also stated in the letter that, marking this attendance would be done through face recognition by the mobile app.  Either the Management should provide mobile handset to the Non-Executives and thereafter direct them to mark the attendance through the mobile app, or the Management should exempt the Non-Executives from the direction to mark attendance through the mobile app. Immediately reacting to this corporate office letter, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director(HR) demanding to exempt the Non-Executives from marking attendance through the mobile app, till such time the facility of reimbursement of mobile handset cost is extended to them.

नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  को मोबाइल फोन के माध्यम से उपस्थिति दर्ज करने से छूट दी जाए।

कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने आज आदेश जारी किया है, जिसमें फेस आइडेंटिफिकेशन के साथ मोबाइल फोन के माध्यम से उपस्थिति दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया गया है। BSNLEU इसका कड़ा विरोध करेगा, क्योंकि BSNLEU द्वारा बार-बार मांग किए जाने के नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को अभी तक मोबाइल हैंडसेट उपलब्ध नहीं कराए गए हैं। हम मांग करेंगे कि नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को इस आदेश से छूट दी जाए।

Corporate Office has issued order today, for marking attendance through mobile phones with face identification. BSNLEU will strongly protest this because, Non-Executives are not provided with mobile handsets so far, despite repeatedly demand raised by BSNLEU. We will demand that Non-Executives should be exempted from this order.

मेरठ जिला यूनियन ने हड़ताल की तैयारी के लिए एक बेहतरीन बैठक आयोजित की।

BSNLEU की मेरठ जिला यूनियन ने कल दिनांक 07-07-2025 को मेरठ में हड़ताल की तैयारी के लिए एक बेहतरीन बैठक आयोजित की। इस बैठक में विभिन्न ट्रेड यूनियनों के नेताओं और सदस्यों ने भाग लिया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता एआईबीडीपीए के जिला अध्यक्ष साथी  सतीश कुमार शर्मा ने की। बैठक को सीआईटीयू के जिला सचिव साथी  सत्यपाल सिंह, BSNLEU के जिला सचिव साथी  नरेश पाल, एलआईसी के साथी  सजीव कुमार शर्मा, एआईबीडीपीए के जिला सचिव साथी  रामस्वरूप, BSNLEU के संगठन सचिव (सीएचक्यू) साथी  अश्विन कुमार और कई अन्य नेताओं ने संबोधित किया। सभी वक्ताओं ने आम हड़ताल के लिए मांगपत्र के बारे में बताया और कर्मचारियों से हड़ताल में पूरी तरह से भाग लेने का आह्वान किया। सीएचक्यू इस पहल के लिए BSNLEU की मेरठ जिला यूनियन को हार्दिक बधाई देता है।

आम हड़ताल - सर्किल एवं जिला सचिव कृपया ध्यान दें।

केन्द्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के आह्वान पर कल दिनांक 09-07-2025 को पूरे देश में आम हड़ताल का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। BSNLEU एवं एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल ने बीएसएनएल में इस हड़ताल को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया है। इस संबंध में सीएचक्यू सभी सर्किल सचिवों से अनुरोध कर रहा है कि वे हड़ताल को सफल बनाने के लिए अंतिम समय में प्रयास करें। सीएचक्यू सर्किल एवं जिला सचिवों से यह भी अनुरोध कर रहा है कि वे निम्नलिखित दो कदम उठाएं : 

1. हमारे सभी साथी कल आम हड़ताल के संबंध में केन्द्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों द्वारा आयोजित की जा रही रैलियों/प्रदर्शनों एवं अन्य कार्यक्रमों में भाग लें।
2. सभी सर्किल सचिव हड़ताल का विवरण महासचिव को दोपहर 12 बजे तक भेज दें। सीएचक्यू को भेजे जाने वाले विवरण व्हाट्सएप द्वारा पहले ही भेजे जा चुके हैं।

AS per the call of the Central Trade Unions, General Strike is being organised in the whole country tomorrow the 09-07-2025. BSNLEU and NFTE BSNL have given call to organise this strike successfully in BSNL. In this connection, CHQ is requesting all the circle secretaries to take the last minute efforts to make the strike successful. CHQ is also requesting the circle and district secretaries to take following two steps:-

1. All our comrades should participate in the rallies / demonstrations and other programmes being organised by the Central Trade Unions tomorrow, in connection with the General Strike.
2. All the circle secretaries should send strike particulars to the General Secretary latest by 12 PM. The details to be sent to the CHQ are already sent by WhatsApp.

Meerut district union of BSNLEU organised an excellent strike preparatory meeting at Meerut yesterday the 07-07-2025. Leaders and members of various trade unions participated in this meeting. Com.Satish Kumar Sharma, District President, AIBDPA, presided over the meeting.  The meeting was addressed by Com.Satyapal Singh, District Secretary, CITU, Com.Naresh Pal, District Secretary, BSNLEU, Com.Sajeev Kumar Sharma, LIC, Com.Ramswarup, District Secretary, AIBDPA, Com.Ashwin Kumar, Org. Secretary (CHQ), BSNLEU and many other leaders. All the speakers explained about the charter of demands for the General Strike and called upon the employees to fully participate in the strike. CHQ heartily congratulates the Meerut District Union of BSNLEU for taking this initiative.

गुजरात सर्किल के सुरेन्द्रनगर ओए में लोकल काउंसिल का पुनर्गठन न होना - BSNLEU ने बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफ़िस के प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) को पत्र लिखा।

कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने स्पष्ट निर्देश जारी किए हैं कि ओए स्तर पर भी लोकल काउंसिलों का गठन किया जाना चाहिए। हालांकि, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के इस निर्देश का कई ओए में क्रियान्वयन नहीं हो रहा है। सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि गुजरात सर्किल के सुरेन्द्रनगर ओए में लोकल काउंसिल का पुनर्गठन नहीं किया गया है। BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू ने दिसंबर 2022 में ही सुरेन्द्रनगर ओए के लिए नामांकन जारी कर दिया है। इसके अलावा, भावनगर जनरल मैनेजर द्वारा सुरेन्द्रनगर जिला यूनियन को औपचारिक बैठक भी नहीं दी जा रही है। BSNLEU ने आज बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) को पत्र लिखकर सुरेन्द्रनगर में लोकल काउंसिल के शीघ्र पुनर्गठन के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश जारी करने और सुरेन्द्रनगर ओए के लिए बीए के प्रमुख प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर, भावनगर द्वारा सुरेन्द्रनगर जिला यूनियन को औपचारिक बैठक देने का अनुरोध किया है।
