BSNLEU was granted with a Formal meeting by the Director (HR), to discuss certain burning issues of the employees. The meeting took place yesterday. Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director (HR), Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt./Admn./Rectt.), Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and other DGM & AGM level officers participated. From BSNLEU, Com.Animesh Mitra, President, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS, Com.Irfan Pasha, Treasurer and Com.Ashwin Kumar, Org. Secretary (CHQ) took part in the meeting. The details of the items discussed and reply given by the Management Side are given below:- 

तमिलनाडु सर्कल के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक द्वारा उत्पन्न समस्याओं पर BSNLEU, एनएफटीई, एसएनईए, एआईजीईटीओए, सेवा बीएसएनएल और एआईबीएसएनएलईए के महासचिवों ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) से चर्चा की।

तमिलनाडु सर्कल के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक, जो चेन्नई सर्कल के भी मुख्य महाप्रबंधक हैं, यूनियनों और एसोसियेशनो से नहीं मिल रहे हैं। यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों से मिलने के संबंध में ऐसे दिशानिर्देश जारी किए गए हैं जो व्यावहारिक नहीं हैं। मुख्य महाप्रबंधक स्तर पर कर्मचारियों की किसी भी शिकायत का निपटारा नहीं हो रहा है और तमिलनाडु तथा चेन्नई सर्कल में सेवाएँ ठप हो गई हैं। तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई सर्कल की सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों ने कल प्रदर्शन का आह्वान किया है। इन परिस्थितियों में, BSNLEU, एनएफटीई, एसएनईए, एआईजीईटीओए और एआईबीएसएनएलईए के महासचिवों ने आज डॉ. कल्याण सागर निप्पानी से मुलाकात की और उनसे तत्काल हस्तक्षेप की माँग की। तमिलनाडु के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक द्वारा उत्पन्न समस्याओं से निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को अवगत कराया गया। उन्होंने धैर्यपूर्वक उनकी बात सुनी और आवश्यक हस्तक्षेप का आश्वासन दिया।

The CGM Tamilnadu circle who is also the CGM of Chennai circle is not meeting the unions and associations. Guidelines which are not practicable, have been issued regarding meeting the unions and associations. None of the staff grievances at the CGM level, is being settled and the services in Tamilnadu circle and Chennai circle have gone to the dogs. All the unions and associations of Tamilnadu and Chennai circle have given call for demonstration tomorrow. Under the circumstances, General Secretaries of BSNLEU, NFTE, SNEA, AIGETOA and AIBSNLEA met Dr.Kalyan Sagar Nippani today and demanded his immediate intervention. The suffocations being created by the CGM Tamilnadu are highlighted to the Director(HR). He gave a patient hearing and assured to make necessary intervention.

Shri A.Robert J.Ravi, DDG, DoT, is holding the charge of CMD BSNL, CMD MTNL and CMD BBNL. The DoT has issued order yesterday, extending the tenure of Shri A.Robert J.Ravi, as the CMD BSNL and also CMD MTNL and CMD BBNL for a further period of 3 months from 15.07.2025 to 14.10.2025. Copy of the DoT order is enclosed for the information of our comrades.

सफल एलआईसीई अभ्यर्थियों को रिक्तियों वाली अन्य इकाइयों में पदस्थापित किया जाए - BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा।

पिछले वर्ष आयोजित टीटी एलआईसीई और जेई एलआईसीई में, योग्य अभ्यर्थियों की अनुपलब्धता के कारण कुछ इकाइयों में घोषित रिक्तियाँ नहीं भरी जा सकीं। साथ ही, कुछ इकाइयों में रिक्तियों की अनुपलब्धता के कारण योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को पदोन्नति नहीं मिल सकी। अतः, BSNLEU ने माँग की है कि योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को रिक्तियों वाली अन्य इकाइयों में पदस्थापित होने का विकल्प देने की अनुमति दी जाए। इस संबंध में, BSNLEU ने माँग की है कि टीटी एलआईसीई में उत्तीर्ण चंडीगढ़ निवासी साथी  करमजीत सिंह वालिया को निकटवर्ती ओए में पदस्थापित किया जाए जहाँ टीटी के रिक्त पद उपलब्ध हैं। इस संबंध में, BSNLEU ने आज एक बार फिर निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखा है।

In the TT LICE and JE LICE conducted last year, the announced vacancies are not filled up in some units, due to non-availability of qualified candidates. At the same time, in some units, qualified candidates could not get promotion due to non-availability of vacancies. Hence, BSNLEU has demanded that the qualified candidates should be permitted to give option for getting posted in other units where vacancies are available. In this connection, BSNLEU has  demanded that Com. Karamjit Singh Walia of Chandigarh, who got qualified in the TT LICE, should be posted in the nearby OAs where vacant TT posts are available. In this connection, BSNLEU has once again written letter to the Director (HR) today. 

As regards, the 11^th All India Conference of BSNLEU, to be held at Coimbatore on 22^nd & 23^rd July, 2025, the CHQ has already intimated that, all the circle and district unions should send the names of the delegates and observers of the All India Conference, to the CHQ by 15.07.2025. It is already 12^th July today. However, so far, CHQ has received the names of elected delegates and observers only from 5 circles. Hence, the CHQ is advising the remaining circle secretaries also to send the names by 15^th July, 2025.

BSNLEU has already submitted a list of burning problems of the Non-Executive to the Director (HR) and has requested to grant a Formal meeting to discuss those issues. The Corporate Office has informed that, this Formal meeting between BSNLEU and the Director (HR) will be held on 16.07.2025.

निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ औपचारिक बैठक 16.07.2025 को होगी।

BSNLEU ने नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव कर्मचारीयों की ज्वलंत समस्याओं की एक सूची निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पहले ही सौंप दी है और उन मुद्दों पर चर्चा के लिए एक औपचारिक बैठक आयोजित करने का अनुरोध किया है। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने सूचित किया है कि BSNLEU और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के बीच यह औपचारिक बैठक 16.07.2025 को होगी।
