कल 29-07-2025 को ऑनलाइन आयोजित अखिल भारतीय केंद्र की बैठक के निर्णय।

BSNLEU के अखिल भारतीय केंद्र की बैठक कल 29-07-2025 को ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में अध्यक्ष साथी  एम. विजयकुमार, उपाध्यक्ष साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा, कोषाध्यक्ष साथी  इरफान पाशा और उप महासचिव साथी  गणेश हिंगे ने भाग लिया। अध्यक्ष साथी  एम. विजय कुमार ने बैठक की अध्यक्षता की।महासचिव  साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने बैठक में सभी का स्वागत किया और चर्चा के लिए एजेंडा प्रस्तुत किया।

1. बैठक में कोयंबटूर में आयोजित 11वें अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन की संक्षिप्त समीक्षा की गई।
2. बैठक में वेतन संशोधन के निपटारे में हो रही देरी पर गंभीरता से विचार किया गया। महासचिव ने बताया कि निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) डॉ. कल्याण सागर निप्पानी अस्वस्थ हैं और अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं। परिणामस्वरूप, वेतन संशोधन के मुद्दे पर कोई प्रगति नहीं हो रही है।
3. बैठक में प्रबंधन द्वारा नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स पर मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने की अनिवार्यता का कड़ा विरोध किया गया। बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि यदि आवश्यक हो, तो इस मुद्दे पर विरोध प्रदर्शन आयोजित किए जाने चाहिए। साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा, महासचिव  ने बताया कि इस मामले पर कल यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों द्वारा निदेशक (ईबी), श्री पापा सुधाकर राव, जो वर्तमान में निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) का कार्यभार संभाल रहे हैं, के साथ चर्चा की गई और उन्होंने इस मुद्दे पर विचार करने का आश्वासन दिया है।
4. साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, उपाध्यक्ष ने 28/7/2025 को तिरुवनंतपुरम में आयोजित टीयूआई की एशिया-प्रशांत क्षेत्रीय बैठक के बारे में जानकारी दी।
5. 11वें अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन में नए पदाधिकारियों के चुनाव के परिणामस्वरूप, साथी  जॉन वर्गीस के स्थान पर साथी  एम. विजयकुमार, को वेतन संशोधन समिति का अध्यक्ष मनोनीत करने का निर्णय लिया गया।

बैठक का समापन साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा, महासचिव  द्वारा धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव के साथ हुआ।

A meeting of the All India Centre of BSNLEU was held online yesterday the 29-07-2025. Com.M Vijayakumar, President, Com.P.Abhimanyu, Vice - President, Com.Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, Com.Irfan Pasha, Treasurer and Com.Ganesh Hinge, Dy. General Secretary participated in this meeting. Com. M.Vijaya Kumar, President, presided over the meeting. Com.Animesh Mitra, GS, welcomed everyone for the meeting and placed the agenda items for discussion. 

1. The meeting made a brief review of the 11^th All India Conference held at Coimbatore. 

2. The meeting seriously viewed the delay taking place in the settlement of wage revision. The General Secretary informed that, Dr.Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director(HR) is not well and is admitted in hospital. As a result, no development is taking place on the wage revision issue.  

3. The meeting strongly opposed the compulsion being created by the Management on the Non- Executives, for marking attendance through mobile app. The meeting decided that protest action should be organised on this issue, if necessary. Com.Animesh Mitra, GS reported that this matter was discussed by unions and associations yesterday, with Shri Papa Sudhakar Rao, Director(EB), who is presently holding the charge of the Director (HR) and that, he has assured to look into the issue.

4. Com.P.Abhimanyu,VP, briefed on  the Asia Pacific Regional Meeting of the TUI held at Tiruvananthapuram on 28/7/2025.

5. Consequent to the election of new office bearers in the 11th All India Conference, it was decided to nominate Com.M.Vijayakumar, President to the Wage Revision Committee, in the place of Com. John Verghese.

The meeting ended with Com.Animesh Mitra, GS proposing the vote of thanks.

A meeting of the unions and associations was held at  New Delhi yesterday the 29-07-2025. The meeting felicitated the General Secretaries of the unions and associations who were elected/ re-elected in their respective All India Conferences held recently. The most burning issue of 3rd PRC was seriously discussed in this meeting, together with the issues of marking online attendance through mobile app and also the anti- employee attitude of the CGM Tamilnadu / Chennai circles. Constructive discussions were held on the New Telecom Policy 2025 and it was decided to formulate a common approach on this issue. After detailed discussions,  it was decided to have meetings with the Director(HR) as well as the CMD BSNL, to discuss the above mentioned issues.

काम के घंटे बढ़ाना - विभिन्न देशों की सरकारें कॉर्पोरेट्स के इशारों पर नाचती हैं।

जैसा कि पहले ही बताया जा चुका है, ट्रेड यूनियन इंटरनेशनल की एशिया-प्रशांत क्षेत्रीय बैठक कल तिरुवनंतपुरम में हुई। इस बैठक में विभिन्न देशों में मज़दूर वर्ग पर हो रहे हमलों पर गंभीरता से चर्चा हुई। टीयूआई के अध्यक्ष साथी  अली रिज़ा (तुर्की) ने अपने भाषण में बताया कि तुर्की के पर्यटन क्षेत्र में सरकार ने एक नया नियम लागू किया है, जिसके अनुसार मज़दूर 10 दिन लगातार काम करने के बाद ही छुट्टी का लाभ उठा सकते हैं। टीयूआई के संचार क्षेत्र के संयोजक साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने अपने भाषण में बताया कि कॉर्पोरेट्स भारत में भी काम के घंटे बढ़ाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने एलएंडटी के अध्यक्ष के इस कथन का हवाला दिया कि भारतीय मज़दूरों को प्रति सप्ताह 90 घंटे काम करना चाहिए। उन्होंने आगे बताया कि भारत में भी गुजरात और आंध्र प्रदेश की राज्य सरकारों ने काम के घंटे बढ़ाकर 12 घंटे प्रतिदिन करने का फैसला किया है, यानी प्रति सप्ताह 72 घंटे काम करना होगा। दुनिया भर में, कॉर्पोरेट कंपनियाँ काम के घंटे और कार्यभार बढ़ाकर मज़दूरों का शोषण बढ़ा रही हैं। दुर्भाग्य से, इन देशों की सरकारें इन कॉर्पोरेट्स के इशारों पर नाच रही हैं। टीयूआई की बैठक में साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने बताया कि BSNLEU ने भारत की 10 केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के साथ मिलकर मज़दूरों के विभिन्न प्रकार के शोषण के ख़िलाफ़ लड़ाई लड़ी है।

As already reported, the Asia Pacific Regional meeting of the Trade Union International was held at Thiruvananthapuram yesterday. In this meeting, the attacks being launched on the working class in various countries, were seriously discussed. In his speech, the president of the TUI, Com.Ali Riza (from Turkey) reported that, in the Tourism Sector of Turkey, the government has implemented a new rule, according to which workers can avail Off, only after continuously working for 10 days. In his speech, Com.P.Abhimanyu, Convenor of Communications Sector of the TUI reported that, the corporates are trying to increase the working hours in India also. He quoted the chairman of L&T saying that, Indian workers should work for 90 hours per week. He further reported that, in India also, the state governments of Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh have decided to increase the working hours to 12 hours per day, which comes to 72 working hours per week. Throughout the world, the corporates are increasing their exploitation of the workers by increasing the working hours and workload. Unfortunately, the governments of these countries are dancing to the tunes of these corporates. Com.P.Abhimanyu informed the TUI meeting that, BSNLEU has joined hands with the 10 Central Trade Unions of India and is fighting against the various forms of exploitations on workers.

टीयूआई (परिवहन एवं संचार) की एशिया-प्रशांत क्षेत्रीय बैठक आज तिरुवनंतपुरम में आयोजित हुई।

ट्रेड यूनियन इंटरनेशनल (परिवहन एवं संचार) की एशिया-प्रशांत क्षेत्रीय बैठक आज तिरुवनंतपुरम में आयोजित हुई। यह टीयूआई, डब्ल्यूएफटीयू (विश्व ट्रेड यूनियन महासंघ) से संबद्ध है। टीयूआई के अध्यक्ष साथी  अली रिज़ा (तुर्की) ने बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। महासचिव साथी  मैथ्यू (फ्रांस) ने सभी प्रतिनिधियों का स्वागत किया और टीयूआई की गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। BSNLEU के उपाध्यक्ष साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, जो इस टीयूआई के संचार क्षेत्र के संयोजक हैं, ने बैठक में भाग लिया और भारत तथा विश्व भर में संचार क्षेत्र में हो रहे विकास पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। डब्ल्यूएफटीयू के उप महासचिव साथी  स्वदेश देव रॉय ने बैठक को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने बताया कि चार श्रम संहिताओं, सरकार की सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र विरोधी नीतियों और भारतीय मज़दूर वर्ग की अन्य महत्वपूर्ण माँगों के विरोध में 9 जुलाई, 2025 को भारत में 25 करोड़ मज़दूरों ने आम हड़ताल की। इस विचार-विमर्श में भारत, श्रीलंका, नेपाल, वियतनाम और लाओस के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया। परिवहन और संचार क्षेत्र के मज़दूरों की कार्य स्थितियों पर गहन चर्चा हुई। बताया गया कि इंडोनेशिया, बांग्लादेश और पाकिस्तान के प्रतिनिधि वीज़ा समस्या के कारण इस बैठक में शामिल नहीं हो सके, जबकि फिलीपींस के प्रतिनिधि उस देश में भारी बारिश और बाढ़ के कारण शामिल नहीं हो सके।

The Asia - Pacific Regional meeting of the Trade Union International (Transports & Communications), is held at Thiruvananthapuram today. This TUI is affiliated to the WFTU (World Federation of Trade Unions). Com.Ali Riza (Turkey), president of the TUI presided over the meeting. Com. Matthew (France) General Secretary, welcomed all the delegates and reported on the activities of the TUI. Com.P. Abhimanyu, Vice-President, BSNLEU, who is the Convenor of the Communications Sector of this TUI, participated in the meeting and spoke on the developments taking place in the communications sector in India and around the world. Com.Swadesh Dev Roye, Deputy General Secretary of the WFTU addressed the meeting. He told that, 25 crore workers went on the General Strike in India on 9th July, 2025, opposing the Four Labour Codes, anti-Public sector policies of the government and on other important demands of the Indian working class. Delegates from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam and Laos participated in the deliberations. In-depth discussions took place, regarding the working conditions of the workers in the Transports and Communications sectors. It was reported that, delegates from Indonesia, Bangladesh and Pakistan could not attend this meeting due to visa problem, while delegates from Philippines could not attend due to heavy rain and flood in that country.

The Corporate Office has issued letter, stating that the Executives and Non-Executives should mark online attendance using the mobile app. The Executives are already provided with smartphones by the Company. Whereas, the same has not been provided to the Non-Executives. A considerable number of Non-Executives are not having smartphones. Under these circumstances, compelling the Non-Executives to mark online attendance using the mobile app amounts to harassment. BSNLEU is continuously demanding that, the Non- Executives should also be provided with mobile handsets by the Company. However, this demand has not been accepted by the Management. In the Formal Meeting held with the Director(HR) on 16th July 2025 also BSNLEU has raised this issue. However, the demand is not yet accepted by the Management. Now, one after another, the circle administrations are issuing instructions making it mandatory for the Non- Executives also to mark attendance using the mobile app. Under these circumstances BSNLEU has written letter to the Director(HR) today, demanding to issue instructions to the field units, directing them not to compel the Non-Executives to mark attendance online by using the mobile app.

BSNLEU has sent letter to the CMD BSNL today, communicating the list of office bearers elected in the All India Conference of the Union held at Coimbatore on 22^nd and 23^rd July, 2025.
