On the first day of the All India Conference, Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, made a detailed presentation of the All India Conference report. Based on this, in depth deliberations were made by the delegates. Generally, the delegates appreciated the good work done by the CHQ during the past 3 years. They also appreciated the actions taken by the CHQ on the burning issue of Wage Revision, but at the same time, expressed their eagerness for an early settlement of the issue. The delegates bitterly criticised the inaction of the Management, in taking steps to overcome the problems being faced by the customers in the 4G service. Similarly the delegates were highly critical of non-maintenance of good quality FTTH service and pointed out the massive surrendering of FTTH connections. Discrimination being meted out by the Management to the Non- Executives, in the matters of providing mobile handset, removal of discrimination in the promotion policy, etc. is bitterly criticised. Stoppage of sports activities by the Management and compelling the Non-Executives to mark online attendance through mobile app also came under severe criticism. Implementation of 2nd VRS was strongly opposed. The need for a new Promotion Policy for the Non- Executives and need for early revision of the allowances were insisted. The Conference unanimously passed a resolution, strongly condemning the abusive messages and baseless allegations being made against Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, in the WhatsApp group called "Voice of BSNL Employees", with the sole intention of tarnishing his image. After the summing up speech of the General Secretary, the report on activities and audited accounts were adopted unanimously. Thereafter, the election of office bearers also took place unanimously. The excellent arrangements made for the All India Conference by the Reception Committee, consisting of the Tamil Nadu and Chennai Telephones circle unions, was greatly appreciated by all the delegates.

BSNLEU का ऐतिहासिक 11वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन हर्षोल्लास के साथ संपन्न हुआ।

कोयंबटूर में हर्षोल्लास के साथ आयोजित BSNLEU का ऐतिहासिक 11वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन पदाधिकारियों के सर्वसम्मति से चुनाव के साथ संपन्न हो गया। सम्मेलन में वेतन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल के पुनरुद्धार, सरकार की कर्मचारी-विरोधी और कॉर्पोरेट-समर्थक नीतियों के साथ-साथ नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव कर्मचारियों के विभिन्न मानव संसाधन मुद्दों पर व्यापक चर्चा हुई। आंदोलन को और अधिक जोश के साथ आगे बढ़ाने के निर्णय लिए गए। पदाधिकारियों का चुनाव सर्वसम्मति से हुआ। साथी  एम. विजयकुमार (केरल) को अध्यक्ष, साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा को महासचिव, साथी  गणेश हिंगे को उप-महासचिव और साथी  इरफान पाशा को कोषाध्यक्ष चुना गया। निवर्तमान महासचिव साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु को उपाध्यक्ष चुना गया, जिन्होंने एक जोरदार समापन भाषण दिया, जिसका प्रतिनिधियों ने गगनभेदी नारों से स्वागत किया।

The historic 11^th All India Conference of BSNLEU held jubilantly at Coimbatore, has come to an end with unanimous election of office bearers. The Conference held wide ranging discussions on the subjects of Wage Revision, BSNL’s Revival, anti-worker and pro-corporate policies of the government, as well as on the various HR issues of the Non-Executives. Decisions are taken to take the movement forward with increased vigour. Election of office bearers is held unanimously. Com.M. Vijayakumar (Kerala) is elected as President, Com.Animesh Mitra as General Secretary, Com.Ganesh Hinge as Deputy General Secretary and Com.Irfan Pasha as the Treasurer. Com.P.Abhimanyu, the outgoing General Secretary is elected as the Vice President, who delivered a tumultuous concluding speech which was greeted with thunderous slogans from the delegates.

BSNLEU का ऐतिहासिक अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन कोयंबटूर में शुरू हुआ।

BSNLEU का दो दिवसीय 11वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन आज सुबह 9:00 बजे कोयंबटूर में उत्साहपूर्वक शुरू हुआ। सम्मेलन की शुरुआत अध्यक्ष साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा द्वारा राष्ट्रीय ध्वज और सहायक महासचिव साथी  जे. संपत राव द्वारा यूनियन  ध्वज फहराने के साथ हुई। शहीद स्तंभ पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की गई। महासचिव साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु और स्वागत समिति के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष साथी  एस. चेलप्पा ने सभी का स्वागत किया। सीआईटीयू के राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष साथी  ए.के. पद्मनाभन ने उद्घाटन भाषण दिया। पूर्व सांसद एवं स्वागत समिति के अध्यक्ष साथी  पी.आर. नटराजन, BSNLEU के पूर्व महासचिव साथी  वी.ए.एन. नंबूदरी, सीआईटीयू, तमिलनाडु के अध्यक्ष एवं स्वागत समिति के संरक्षक साथी  ए. सुंदरराजन, सीआईटीयू, तमिलनाडु के अध्यक्ष एवं स्वागत समिति के संरक्षक साथी  के.जी.  जयराज, एआईबीडीपीए के महासचिव, एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल के महासचिव साथी  चंदेश्वर सिंह, एसएनईए के महासचिव साथी  एम.एस. अदासुल, एआईजीईटीओए के संयुक्त सचिव साथी  गेरालाड और सेवा बीएसएनएल के कोषाध्यक्ष साथी  वैरामणि ने उद्घाटन सत्र को संबोधित किया। भोजनावकाश के बाद प्रतिनिधियों का सत्र शुरू हुआ। साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। इसके बाद, प्रतिनिधियों का सत्र शुरू हुआ और अभी भी जारी है।

The two day 11th All India Conference of BSNLEU started enthusiastically at 09:00 am at Coimbatore today. The Conference started with the hoisting of National Flag by Com.Animesh Mitra, President and Union Flag by Com.J. Sampath Rao, AGS. Floral tributes were paid at the martyr’s column. Com.P. Abhimanyu, General Secretary and Com.S. Chellappa, Working Chairman, Reception Committee, welcomed all. Com.A.K. Padmanabhan, National Vice President, CITU, delivered the inaugural address. Com.P.R. Natarajan, Ex. MP & Reception Committee Chairman, Com.V.A.N. Namboodiri, former General Secretary, BSNLEU, Com.A. Soundararajan, President, CITU, Tamil Nadu & Patron, Reception Committee, Com.K.G. Jayaraj, General Secretary, AIBDPA, Com.Chandeshwar Singh, GS, NFTE BSNL, Com.M.S. Adasul, GS, SNEA, Com.Geralad, Joint Secretary, AIGETOA, Com.Vairamani, Treasurer, SEWA BSNL, addressed the inaugural session. After lunch break the delegates session started. Com.P. Abhimanyu, GS, presented the report on activities. Thereafter, delegates session started and is going on. 

The All India Conference of BSNLEU is being held at Coimbatore on 22nd and 23rd July. In this connection, the pre-All India Conference Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU is being held at Coimbatore today. Com.Animesh Mitra is presiding over. Com.P.Abhimanyu,GS, presented the All India Conference Report for approval. Com.Irfan Pasha, Treasurer, submitted the audited accounts to the House. Central Executive Committee members are deliberating on the report and accounts.
