महासचिव और उपाध्यक्ष के अभिनंदन समारोह के संबंध में 17 अगस्त, 2025 को विजयवाड़ा में संगोष्ठी।

BSNLEU, आंध्र प्रदेश परिमंडल द्वारा यह एक अच्छी पहल थी, जिसने 17 अगस्त, 2025 को आयोजित बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ परिमंडल सम्मेलन के संबंध में विजयवाड़ा में नवनिर्वाचित महासचिव, साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा और उपाध्यक्ष, साथी  रमादेवी के लिए एक अभिनंदन समारोह आयोजित किया। परिमंडल संघ द्वारा दोपहर में "बीएसएनएल का पुनरुद्धार और तीसरी पीआरसी" विषय पर एक संगोष्ठी का भी आयोजन किया गया। अभिनंदन समारोह के बाद, संगोष्ठी के मुख्य वक्ता, महासचिव, साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने बीएसएनएल की वर्तमान स्थिति के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने प्रबंधन की भूमिका के बारे में बताया जिसके कारण बीएसएनएल हर महीने ग्राहकों को खो रहा है। इस संबंध में, साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने हाल ही में सरकार को सौंपी गई बीएसएनएल पर संसदीय समिति की रिपोर्ट का हवाला दिया। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, समिति के सदस्यों ने पूरे देश में बीएसएनएल सेवा के पतन के लिए बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन की भूमिका की कड़ी आलोचना की है। उन्होंने बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन पर बिना किसी उचित कारण के तीसरी पीआरसी बैठक आयोजित न करने का भी आरोप लगाया। संगोष्ठी में बड़ी संख्या में नियमित कर्मचारी और पेंशनभोगी उपस्थित थे। वरिष्ठ नेता साथी  अशोकबाबू ने बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। साथी  बालाजी, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी ने स्वागत भाषण दिया और आंध्र प्रदेश मंडल में संगठनात्मक स्थिति की जानकारी दी।

प्रबंधन वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक आयोजित करने में देरी कर रहा है। BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को पत्र लिखकर अविलंब बैठक आयोजित करने का अनुरोध किया है।

वेतन संशोधन समिति की अंतिम बैठक 30-06-2025 को हुई थी। उस बैठक में मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों ने वेतन संशोधन समझौते को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए तीन प्रस्ताव रखे थे। प्रबंधन पक्ष द्वारा आश्वासन दिया गया था कि उन प्रस्तावों पर विचार किया जाएगा। उस बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया था कि अगली बैठक 14-07-2025 को होगी। लेकिन उस दिन कोई बैठक नहीं हुई। पिछली बैठक को डेढ़ महीना हो चुका है। इस बीच, कर्मचारी पक्ष ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) से दो-तीन बार मुलाकात की और वेतन संशोधन समझौते को जल्द अंतिम रूप देने का अनुरोध किया। कर्मचारी पक्ष द्वारा किए गए इन सभी प्रयासों के बावजूद, अब तक प्रबंधन ने वेतन संशोधन समिति की अगली बैठक आयोजित करने की कोई तारीख तय नहीं की है। यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि प्रबंधन टालमटोल कर रहा है। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने आज निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को एक पत्र लिखकर वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक अविलंब आयोजित करने का अनुरोध किया है।

The loss-making public sector telecom firm's total debt obligations reached Rs 34,577 crore as on July 31, 2025, comprising bank loans of Rs 8,659.09 crore, sovereign guarantee bond of Rs 24,071 crore and a loan for DoT for paying Sovereign Guarantee Bond interest of Rs 1,921 crore, according to the filing. MTNL has defaulted on payment obligation of Rs 3,768.37 crore to Union Bank of India, Rs 2,455.01 crore to Indian Overseas Bank, Rs 1,131.54 crore to Bank of India, Rs 478.26 crore to Punjab National Bank, Rs 363.43 crore to State Bank of India, Rs 276.08 crore to UCO Bank and Rs 186.4 crore to Punjab & Sind Bank.

It was a good initiative by the BSNLEU, Andhra Pradesh circle, who has organised a felicitation programme to the newly elected General Secretary, Com.Animesh Mitra and Vice President, Com.Ramadevi, at Vijayawada in connection with the BSNLCCWF circle conference held on 17^th August, 2025. A seminar was also organised in the afternoon by the circle union on the subject “Revival of BSNL and 3^rd PRC”. After felicitation programme, the main speaker for the seminar, Com.Animesh Mitra, General Secretary, explained the present situation in BSNL. He narrated the role of the Management for which BSNL is losing customers in every month. In this connection, Com.Animesh Mitra has quoted the report of the Parliamentary Committee on BSNL, recently submitted to the government. According to the report, the Committee members have severe criticised the role of BSNL Management for the downfall of BSNL service throughout the country. He also accused the BSNL Management for not holding 3^rd PRC meeting without any proper reason. Good number of regular staff and pensioners were present in the seminar. Senior leader Com.Asokababu, presided over the meeting. Com.S. Krishna Balaji, CS, has given the welcome address with briefing the organisational position in Andhra Pradesh circle.

चेन्नई स्थित तमिलनाडु सर्कल के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक कार्यालय में धरना-प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया।

तमिलनाडु सर्कल के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक, जो चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्कल के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक का अतिरिक्त प्रभार भी संभाल रहे हैं, मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों की अनदेखी कर रहे हैं और मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों के प्रतिनिधियों से मिलने पर कई प्रतिबंध लगा रहे हैं। तमिलनाडु सर्कल और चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्कल में बीएसएनएल की सेवाएँ चरमरा गई हैं। मुख्य महाप्रबंधक केवल मान्यता प्राप्त ट्रेड यूनियनों के कामकाज पर प्रतिबंध लगाने में रुचि रखते हैं और उन्हें सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता में सुधार की कोई चिंता नहीं है। इस मुद्दे पर बीएसएनएल के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक और निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के साथ कई बार चर्चा की गई है। शीर्ष प्रबंधन द्वारा कई आश्वासन दिए गए हैं, लेकिन मुख्य महाप्रबंधक द्वारा कोई भी कार्य नहीं किया जा रहा है। इसलिए, कल 19-08-2025 को चेन्नई स्थित तमिलनाडु सर्कल के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक कार्यालय में धरना-प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में तमिलनाडु और चेन्नई टेलीफोन सर्कलों के बड़ी संख्या में साथियों ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव साथी  के. नटराजन ने की। साथी  एस. चेलप्पा सहायक महासचिव, BSNLEU, साथी  एम. श्रीधर सुब्रमण्यम सर्कल सेक्रेटरी BSNLEU, चेन्नई टेलीकॉम डिस्ट्रिक्ट, साथी  बी. मरीमुथु सर्किल सचिव BSNLEU, टीएन, साथी  श्रीधर, राष्ट्रीय सचिव एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल, साथी  कुलंधनाथन सर्किल सचिव एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल, साथी  कृष्णन सर्किल अध्यक्ष टीईपीयू, साथी  ए. बाबू राधाकृष्णन सहायक महासचिव, बीएसएनएल सीसीडब्ल्यूएफ और एआईबीडीपीए और एआईबीएसएनएलपीईडब्ल्यूए के नेताओं ने बैठक को संबोधित किया।

Media reports say that, BSNL's revenue from operations has increased by 14.51%  in the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The revenue from operations stood at Rs.5,026.4 crore. It is reported that this increase is mainly due to the launch of 4G service by BSNL. The first quarter net loss has also narrowed to nearly Rs.1,049 crore from Rs.1,542 crore a year earlier. It is also reported that, expenses fell by 9.4% to ₹6,840 crore.

The last meeting of the Wage Revision Committee was held on 30-06-2025. In that meeting, the Recognised Unions have placed three proposals for finalising the Wage Revision agreement. It was assured by the Management Side that, those proposals would be looked into. In that meeting, it was decided that, the next meeting would be held on 14-07-2025. But, no meeting was held on that day. It is already one and half months since the last meeting was held. In between, the Staff Side has met the CMD BSNL and Director (HR) a couple of times and has requested for the early finalisation of the Wage Revision agreement. Despite all these efforts taken by the Staff Side, so far, the Management has not fixed any date for holding the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee. It is unfortunate that, the Management is dragging its feet. Hence, BSNLEU has a written letter to the Director (HR) today, requesting to hold the meeting of the Wage Revision Committee without further delay.

The CGM of Tamil Nadu circle, who is also holding the additional charge of CGM Chennai Telephones circle, is ignoring the recognised unions and has imposed many restrictions in meeting the representatives of the recognised unions. The services of BSNL in Tamil Nadu circle and Chennai Telephones circle have gone to the dogs. The CGM is only interested in imposing restrictions in the functioning of the recognised trade unions and he is least bothered about improvement of quality of services. This issue has been discussed many times with the CMD BSNL and the Director(HR). Many assurances have been given by the top management, but nothing is being implemented by the CGM. Hence, a sit-in-protest programme was organised in the CGM, Tamil Nadu circle office at Chennai yesterday the 19-08-2025. A large number of comrades from Tamil Nadu and Chennai Telephones circles, participated in this programme. BSNLEU लंगाना सर्कल ने 18-08-2025 को वारंगल में "बीएसएनएल और तीसरी पीआरसी के पुनरुद्धार" पर एक सेमिनार का आयोजन किया है। सेमिनार को सफल बनाने के लिए सर्कल के सभी एसएसए से सीईसी सदस्य और बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारी आए थे। साथी  जे. संपत राव, सहायक महासचिव, सीएचक्यू और अध्यक्ष, BSNLEU, तेलंगाना सर्कल ने सेमिनार की अध्यक्षता की। साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा, महासचिव, BSNLEU, जो सेमिनार में मुख्य वक्ता थे और उन्होंने बीएसएनएल में 4G सेवा शुरू करने में देरी से संबंधित सभी मुद्दों को सुनाया। इस संबंध में, उन्होंने बीएसएनएल पर संसदीय समिति की रिपोर्ट पर प्रकाश डाला। BSNLEU के सर्किल सचिव, श्री संबाशिव राव, एआईबीडीपीए के मुख्य सचिव, श्री रामचंद्रडू, एआईबीडीपीए के अध्यक्ष श्री बी.आर. वीरा स्वामी, BSNLEU के सर्किल सचिव (प्रभारी) साथी श्री एम. सुशील कुमार, बीएसएनएल सीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के अध्यक्ष साथी श्री एम. थिरुमाला चार्युलु और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के मुख्य सचिव साथी श्री बी. परिपूर्णाचारी ने संगोष्ठी में भाग लिया और संबोधित किया। इस संगोष्ठी में साथी  बी.आर. वीरास्वामी और साथी एम. थिरुमालाचार्युलु ने क्रांतिकारी गीत गाए। संगोष्ठी के समापन अवसर पर, तेलंगाना मंडल द्वारा नवनिर्वाचित महासचिव और सहायक महासचिव को शॉल और स्मृति चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया गया।
