Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, is proceeding on leave for 4 months, on personal grounds, w.e.f. 01^st April, 2024. The Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU, held online yesterday the 21.03.2024, approved the leave of Com.P. Abhimanyu, GS. The meeting also decided that Com.John Verghese, Deputy General Secretary, will function as the Acting General Secretary during this period. Apart from Com.John Verghese, Dy.GS, Com.Animesh Mitra, President and Com.C.K. Gundanna, AGS, will also function from the CHQ during the leave period of Com.P.Abhimanyu.

BSNLEU is saddened to know that, Com.Bhaskar Rao, District Secretary, BSNLEU, Telecom Factory, Wright Town, Jabalpur, has passed away on 20^th March, 2024, due to a severe heart attack. Com.Bhaskar Rao was only 52 years old and was an energetic leader of BSNLEU in Telecom Factory, Jabalpur.  The CHQ salutes Com.Bhaskar Rao and pays respectful homage. The CHQ also conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to the family members of Com Bhaskar Rao.

The CHQ conveys it’s revolutionary greetings to all the comrades on the occasion of BSNLEU's Foundation Day. Especially, this years’ Foundation Day comes in the backdrop of the heroic strike organised by BSNLEU on 16^th February. Throughout it’s existence, BSNLEU has championed the cause of the employees through glorious struggles. The Union has played pivotal role in organising mighty united struggles to retain BSNL as a 100% Government company. BSNLEU vows to play this prominent role in the years to come also. On this occasion, the CHQ salutes all the comrades who have sacrificed and contributed for strengthening BSNLEU. 

The Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU is held online today. 42 CEC members participated in the meeting. The meeting started at 10:00 am and concluded at 5:30 pm.Com.Animesh Mitra, President, presided over. All the 42 comrades participated in the deliberations. The one day strike, organised by BSNLEU on 16th February, was prominently reviewed. The meeting congratulated all the employees who participated in the strike. The circle and district unions, which have effectively organised the strike within a short period, were appreciated. Further, the meeting deliberated on the strategy to be adopted on the wage revision issue. The meeting elected Com.Sujoy Sarkar (West Bengal), Com.Tarachand (Himachal Pradesh) and Com.Devender Singh Bisht (Uttarakhand) as Organising Secretaries, against the posts which have fallen vacant.

BSNLEU की सीईसी बैठक आज ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई.

BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज ऑनलाइन आयोजित की गई.  बैठक में 42 सीईसी सदस्यों ने भाग लिया.  बैठक सुबह 10:00 बजे शुरू हुई और शाम 5:30 बजे संपन्न हुई.  अध्यक्ष साथी अनिमेष मित्रा ने अध्यक्षता की.  सभी 42 साथियोंने विचार-विमर्श में भाग लिया.  16 फरवरी को BSNLEU द्वारा आयोजित एक दिवसीय हड़ताल की प्रमुखता से समीक्षा की गई. बैठक में हड़ताल में भाग लेने वाले सभी कर्मचारियों को बधाई दी गई. कम समय में हड़ताल को प्रभावी ढंग से आयोजित करने वाले सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों की सराहना की गई.  इसके अलावा, बैठक में वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर अपनाई जाने वाली रणनीति पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया.  बैठक में साथी सुजॉय सरकार (पश्चिम बंगाल), साथी ताराचंद (हिमाचल प्रदेश) और साथी देवेंद्र सिंह बिष्ट (उत्तराखंड) को रिक्त पदों के लिए संगठन सचिव के रूप में चुना गया. 

एफटीटीएच सेवा की गिरती गुणवत्ता - BSNLEU ने एक बार फिर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा। 

एफटीटीएच आजकल बीएसएनएल की मुख्य सेवा है, जो कंपनी के राजस्व का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा लाती है। हालांकि, हाल ही में, बीएसएनएल की एफटीटीएच की सेवा की गुणवत्ता खराब हो गई है, जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप बहुत सारी शिकायतें हुई हैं। BSNLEU ने पहले ही 28.02.2024 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को एक पत्र लिखा है और 04.03.2024 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा भी की है।  इसके क्रम में, BSNLEU ने तमिलनाडु सर्कल में यूनियनों के पदाधिकारियों से प्राप्त इनपुट के आधार पर आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को एक और पत्र लिखा है। BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से एफटीटीएच की सेवा में सुधार के लिए तत्काल कदम उठाने का अनुरोध किया है९|

As has been already notified, the Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU will be held online tomorrow the 21.03.2024. The meeting will start sharply at 10:00 am. The Circle Secretaries and Central Office bearers are requested to attend the meeting without fail and on time. They are requested to login latest by 09:45 am. The link for this CEC meeting is already sent in the WhatsApp Group.

A propaganda is being made that, Management is ready for Wage Revision, but only Com.P.Abhimanyu and BSNLEU are not agreeing. But the fact is that, on Wage Revision Management is imposing following humiliating conditions:-

(1)  They have cut down the agreed pay scales and are imposing shorter pay scales.

(2)  Only 0% fitment.

(3)  No revision of allowances. Even HRA will not be revised.

(4)  Wage Revision will be only notional from 01.01.2017. No arrears.

(5)  Even the employees who lost increments due to stagnation, will not get the arrears of the increment.

Even if you accept all the above humiliating conditions, Wage Revision will not come, unless BSNL Wage Revision is approved by the Union Cabinet. We know, what the BJP government will do. In the meeting held on 05.03.2024, CMD BSNL clearly told BSNLEU & NFTE leaders that, the government has no intention to settle Wage Revision.

BSNLEU went on strike on 16.02.2024, mainly focussing Wage Revision and stagnation issues. Despite several appeals, NFTE did not join that strike. Without creating pressure, how government will agree for Wage Revision?

Why Com.P. Abhimanyu and BSNLEU are being made scapegoats for non-settlement of Wage Revision?? Why is this drama???

प्रचार किया जा रहा है कि प्रबंधन वेतन संशोधन पर समझौता करने के लिए तैयार है, लेकिन केवल साथी पी. अभिमन्यु और BSNLEU सहमत नहीं हैं। लेकिन सच्चाई यह है कि वेतन संशोधन पर प्रबंधन निम्नलिखित अपमानजनक शर्तें लगा रहा है : 

(1) उन्होंने सहमत वेतनमानों में कटौती की है और कम वेतनमान लगा रहे हैं।

(2) केवल 0% फिटमेंट।

(3) भत्तों में कोई संशोधन नहीं। यहां तक ​​कि एचआरए में भी संशोधन नहीं किया जाएगा।

(4) वेतन संशोधन 01.01.2017 से केवल काल्पनिक होगा। कोई बकाया राशि का भुगतान नहीं होगा।

(5) जिन कर्मचारियों ने स्थगन के कारण वेतन वृद्धि खो दी है, उन्हें भी उनके वेतन वृद्धि का बकाया नहीं मिलेगा।

यदि आप उपरोक्त सभी अपमानजनक शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं, तो भी वेतन संशोधन नहीं होगा, जब तक कि बीएसएनएल वेतन संशोधन को केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल द्वारा अनुमोदित नहीं किया जाता है। हम जानते हैं, भाजपा सरकार क्या करेगी।

05.03.2024 को आयोजित बैठक में सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने BSNLEU और एनएफटीई नेताओं को स्पष्ट रूप से बताया कि, सरकार का वेतन संशोधन को निपटाने का कोई इरादा नहीं है।

BSNLEU ने 16.02.2024 को हड़ताल की, जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य वेतन संशोधन और स्थगन के मुद्दे थे। कई अपीलों के बावजूद, एनएफटीई उस हड़ताल में शामिल नहीं हुआ। बिना दबाव बनाए, सरकार वेतन संशोधन के लिए कैसे सहमत होगी ?

वेतन संशोधन का निपटारा न होने के लिए साथी पी. अभिमन्यु और BSNLEU को बलि का बकरा क्यों बनाया जा रहा है ?  यह ड्रामा क्यों है ???
