BSNLEU urgently requests CMD BSNL's intervention to address the significant issues faced by FTTH customers in Maharashtra and other regions. Recently, there has been a surge in complaints regarding BSNL FTTH services, leading to a loss of customers to private service providers. The primary issues reported include frequent disconnections, slow internet speeds, delayed customer support, and billing discrepancies. To resolve these, BSNLEU proposes increasing technical support staff, implementing regular maintenance checks, improving customer support response times, conducting billing audits, and holding monthly meetings with partners to understand and address ground realities.

BSNLEU ने नये संचार मंत्री श्री ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया को पत्र लिखकर वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे को सुलझाने की अपील की। 

BSNLEU ने आज नये संचार मंत्री श्री ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया जी को वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर पत्र लिखा है। पत्र में BSNLEU ने माननीय मंत्री जी से वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे को अविलंब निपटाने की जोरदार अपील की है। BSNLEU ने बताया है कि किस तरह से स्थगन मुद्दे के कारण हजारों कर्मचारियों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। यूनियन ने यह भी बताया है कि दूरसंचार विभाग से प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आये कंपनी के शीर्ष प्रबंधक वेतन संशोधन और भत्तों के संशोधन का आनंद ले रहे हैं, जबकि निचले स्तर के कर्मचारी वेतन संशोधन का निपटारा न होने के कारण परेशानी झेल रहे हैं। इसके अलावा, BSNLEU ने पत्र में यह भी बताया है कि दूरसंचार विभाग ने वर्ष 2018 में सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को मान्यता प्राप्त ट्रेड यूनियनों के साथ वेतन संशोधन समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने के निर्देश दिए थे, लेकिन बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन के नकारात्मक रवैये के कारण ऐसा नहीं हो पाया है।

BSNLEU has written a letter to the new Hon'ble Minister of Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia ji today, on the Wage Revision issue. In the letter, BSNLEU has made a fervent appeal to the Hon'ble Minister to settle the wage revision issue without delay. BSNLEU has explained how thousands of employees are suffering enormously, due to the stagnation issue. The Union has also pointed out that, the top managers of the Company, who have come on deputation from the DoT, are enjoying pay revision and revision of allowances, whereas the employees in the lower rung are suffering due to non-settlement of wage revision. Further, BSNLEU has also pointed out in the letter that, the DoT has already given direction to the CMD BSNL in 2018 to sign the wage revision agreement with the recognised trade unions, but the same has not happened due to the negative attitude of the BSNL management.

Ahead of submitting the Central Budget, Central Trade Union leaders were invited for consultation by Ms.Nirmala Sitharaman, Honb’le Finance Minister. Central Trade Union leaders, including that of CITU, AITUC, HMS, etc., participated in this meeting. The leaders have told the Honb’le Finance Minister that, “trade unions should not be treated as villains. Instead, workers should be seen as heroes and engines of growth”.  In the meeting, the 10 central trade unions, excluding the BMS, have submitted a memorandum insisting settlement of the following major issues of the Indian working class:-

• Instead of burdening the common people with the GST, Corporate Tax, Wealth Tax, etc., to be paid by the rich, should be increased to finance Health, Education, and other social sectors.
• The 4 New Labour Codes, which are anti-working class, should be repealed. All the 29 Labour Laws, which existed earlier, should be restored.
• Privatisation of the Public Sector Undertakings should be stopped.
• All the existing vacancies in the Central Government departments and Public Sector Undertakings must be filled immediately. 
• Price rise should be controlled.
• Income Tax rebate for the Salaried Class should be substantially increased.
• Minimum Support Price (MSP) should be ensured for all Farm Produce.

The Telecom Stores Kolkata was merged with West Bengal Telecom Stores w e f 01/04/2019. Consequent on merger, a few pre and post merger issues related to staff were pending during that time and only a few issues have been addressed so far. However, in order to solve the major HR issues the Telecom Stores Kolkata has suggested Corporate Office for merger of Kolkata Telecom Stores BA with CGMT BA. BSNLEU has addressed a letter to CGM (SR) Corporate Office suggesting to have a formal meeting with BSNLEU WB Circle by CGM WB Circle, and to sort out the left out staff issues, before final decision of merger is taken by Corporate Office.

सीएचक्यू ने पहले ही सूचित कर दिया है कि प्रबंधन ने स्टाफ वेलफेयर बोर्ड की बैठक आयोजित करने का प्रस्ताव दिया है तथा हमें 30.06.2024 को या उससे पहले विषय-वस्तु प्रस्तुत करनी है। इस संबंध में सीएचक्यू ने सर्किल सचिवों तथा सीएचक्यू पदाधिकारियों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे वेलफेयर बोर्ड की बैठक में उठाए जाने वाले विषय-वस्तु को भेजें। एक बार फिर अनुरोध है कि विषय-वस्तु को 25.06.2024 तक भेजा जाए।

The CHQ has already informed that Management has proposed to hold a meeting of the Staff Welfare Board and that we have to submit items on or before 30.06.2024. In this connection, the CHQ has already requested the Circle Secretaries and CHQ office bearers to send items to be taken up in the Welfare Board meeting. Once again it is requested that the items may be sent by 25.06.2024.

जिन कर्मचारियों ने अपना पैन कार्ड आधार से लिंक नहीं कराया है, उनके कुल वेतन पर 20% आयकर काटने का निर्देश* - *BSNLEU ने निदेशक (वित्त) को पत्र लिखकर आदेश स्थगित रखने तथा पैन कार्ड को आधार से लिंक कराने के लिए एक और अवसर प्रदान करने की मांग की है।

जिन कर्मचारियों ने अपना पैन कार्ड आधार से लिंक नहीं कराया है, उनके कुल वेतन पर 20% आयकर (मानक कटौती व अन्य छूट को छोड़कर) काटने के लिए कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने सभी सर्किलों को पत्र जारी किया है। इससे उन कर्मचारियों पर बड़ा वित्तीय बोझ पड़ेगा, जिन्होंने अपना पैन कार्ड आधार से लिंक नहीं कराया है। इस संबंध में BSNLEU ने आज निदेशक (वित्त) को पत्र लिखा है। BSNLEU ने कहा है कि प्रबंधन कर्मचारियों में इस बारे में पर्याप्त जागरूकता पैदा करने में विफल रहा है कि पैन कार्ड को आधार से अनिवार्य रूप से लिंक कराया जाना चाहिए। इसलिए, BSNLEU ने प्रबंधन से अनुरोध किया है कि कुल वेतन पर 20% आयकर कटौती के लिए कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के निर्देश को स्थगित रखा जाए। इसके अलावा, BSNLEU ने प्रबंधन से कर्मचारियों को अपने पैन कार्ड को आधार से जोड़ने के लिए एक और अवसर प्रदान करने का भी अनुरोध किया है। 

नयी दर पर आईडीए के भुगतान के लिए कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने पत्र जारी किया है।

संशोधित दर पर आईडीए के भुगतान के लिए कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने पत्र जारी किया है। तदनुसार, 01-04-2024 से 216.8% की दर से आईडीए का भुगतान किया जाएगा। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय के आदेश की एक प्रति सभी साथियों की जानकारी के लिए संलग्न है।
