BSNLEU urgently requests CMD BSNL's intervention to address the significant issues faced by FTTH customers in Maharashtra and other regions. Recently, there has been a surge in complaints regarding BSNL FTTH services, leading to a loss of customers to private service providers. The primary issues reported include frequent disconnections, slow internet speeds, delayed customer support, and billing discrepancies. To resolve these, BSNLEU proposes increasing technical support staff, implementing regular maintenance checks, improving customer support response times, conducting billing audits, and holding monthly meetings with partners to understand and address ground realities.
