के.जी. बोस मेमोरियल ट्रस्ट की बैठक *25.09.2024 को शाम 06:00 बजे* कोलकाता में होगी। ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष साथी अनिमेष मित्रा बैठक की अध्यक्षता करेंगे। बैठक का स्थान वही होगा जो BSNLEU की सीईसी बैठक का स्थान है। इस बैठक के लिए अधिसूचना आज जारी की गई है। ट्रस्ट के सभी सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि कृपया बैठक में अवश्य भाग लें।

The TT LICE, JE LICE, JTO(T) LICE, JTO (TF) LICE and PA to PS LICE are being held tomorrow the 08.09.2024. Nine (9) TT LICE candidates of Maharashtra circle did not get their hall tickets. Similarly, two (2) candidates of TT LICE of Kolkata circle did not get their hall tickets due to confusions regarding availability of vacancies. CHQ has taken up both these issues with the PGM(Rectt & Trg.) and has settled both the issues. The candidates of Maharashtra and Kolkata circles have got their hall tickets. The CHQ of BSNLEU conveys it’s best wishes to all the candidates who are appearing in the above mentioned LICEs tomorrow.

Corporate Office has issued clear-cut direction to the circles stating that, request transfers of JEs, under Rule-8, from the surplus circles to the deficient circles, should be implemented. However, it has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, West Bengal, which is a surplus circle, is not processing the requests for transfer of the JEs, to the deficient circles. CHQ has already discussed this issue with the PGM(Estt.). Today, CHQ has written letter to the PGM(Estt.), together with the list of JEs who have applied for transfer to the deficient circles. CHQ has requested the PGM(Estt.) to intervene in this matter and to ensure that the requests for transfer are implemented.

A meeting of the K.G. Bose Memorial Trust will be held at 06:00 pm on 25.09.2024, at Kolkata. Com.Animesh Mitra, Chairman of the Trust, will preside over the meeting. The venue will be same as the venue of the CEC meeting of BSNLEU. Notification for this meeting is issued today. All Trust members are requested to kindly participate in the meeting without fail.

महासचिव ने वेतन वार्ता समिति के अध्यक्ष से मुलाकात की।

साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज वेतन वार्ता समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री आर.के. गोयल से मुलाकात की तथा मांग की कि वेतन वार्ता समिति की बैठक यथाशीघ्र आयोजित की जाए। महासचिव ने अध्यक्ष से नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए लघु वेतनमान लागू करने के प्रबंधन के निर्णय पर पुनर्विचार करने का भी अनुरोध किया। उन्होंने बताया कि तीसरी पी.आर.सी. ने 42 अवधि तक के लंबे वेतनमान की संस्तुति की है तथा पूछा कि प्रबंधन नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए लघु वेतनमान क्यों लागू करना चाहता है। उन्होंने अध्यक्ष से अपील की कि वे 27.07.2018 को आयोजित वेतन वार्ता समिति की बैठक में पहले से तय वेतनमान को स्वीकार करके गतिरोध को दूर करें।

महासचिव ने वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) से मुलाकात की।

कल, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) को एक विस्तृत पत्र लिखा है, जिसमें वेतन संशोधन से संबंधित विभिन्न विवरणों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई है। इस पृष्ठभूमि में साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज डॉ. कल्याण सागर निप्पानी से मुलाकात की और वेतन वार्ता को जल्द से जल्द फिर से शुरू करने के लिए कदम उठाने का अनुरोध किया। महासचिव ने दृढ़ता से मांग की कि, 27.07.2018 को आयोजित वेतन संशोधन समिति की बैठक में पहले से ही नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के वेतनमान को अंतिम रूप दिया गया है, जिसे प्रबंधन द्वारा लागू किया जाना चाहिए। निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) ने आश्वासन दिया कि इस मुद्दे को वेतन वार्ता समिति के प्रबंधन पक्ष के सदस्यों के साथ उठाया जाएगा।

वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर महासचिव ने बीएसएनएल के सीएमडी से मुलाकात की।

वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को दो ज्ञापन पहले ही सौंपे जा चुके हैं। एक ज्ञापन BSNLEU और एनएफटीई द्वारा 06.08.2024 को प्रस्तुत किया गया था और दूसरा ज्ञापन सभी यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों द्वारा 20.08.2024 को प्रस्तुत किया गया था। इस पृष्ठभूमि में साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने कल श्री ए रॉबर्ट जे रवि, सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से मुलाकात की और वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर चर्चा की। महासचिव ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से अनुरोध किया कि वे यह सुनिश्चित करें कि नोन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स की वेतन संशोधन वार्ता में उत्पन्न गतिरोध को दूर किया जाए ताकि वेतन संशोधन समझौते पर जल्द से जल्द हस्ताक्षर किए जा सकें। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने आश्वासन दिया कि इस मामले पर विचार किया जाएगा।

On the Wage Revision issue, two memorandums are already submitted to the CMD BSNL. One memorandum was submitted by BSNLEU and NFTE on 06.08.2024 and another memorandum was submitted by all unions and associations on 20.08.2024. In this backdrop, Com.P. Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri A. Robert J. Ravi, CMD BSNL, yesterday, and discussed the Wage Revision issue. The General Secretary requested the CMD BSNL to ensure that the deadlock created in the Wage Revision talks of Non-Executives is removed, so that the Wage Revision agreement could be signed at the earliest. The CMD BSNL assured that this matter would be looked into.
