जेटीओ एलआईसीई के नतीजों में विसंगति - BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती) को सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई के लिए पत्र लिखा।

जेटीओ एलआईसीई के नतीजे कुछ दिन पहले घोषित किए गए हैं। इस पृष्ठभूमि में, कुछ उम्मीदवारों ने BSNLEU से संपर्क किया है और नतीजों में विसंगतियों की ओर इशारा किया है। ये उम्मीदवार जेटीओ एलआईसीई आयोजित होने से कुछ समय पहले नियम 8 के तहत स्थानांतरित हो गए थे। हालांकि नए सर्किलों ने एसएपी ईआरपी में इन उम्मीदवारों की "मूल सर्किल" स्थिति को अपडेट नहीं किया है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, उनके नाम परिणामों में नहीं आए। ओडिशा और छत्तीसगढ़ सर्किलों ने इस संबंध में कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को पत्र लिखा है। इसके आधार पर BSNLEU ने आज प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (भर्ती) को पत्र लिखकर उनसे इस विसंगति पर गौर करने और आवश्यक सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया है।

The results of the JTO LICE have been declared a few days back. In this backdrop, some candidates have approached BSNLEU pointing out discrepancies in the result. These candidates have gone on Rule 8 transfer sometime before the JTO LICE was held. However the new circles have not updated the "parent circle" status of these candidates in the SAP ERP. As a result of this, their names did not figure in the results. Odisha and Chhattisgarh circles have written letters to the Corporate Office in this connection. Based on this, BSNLEU has written letter to the PGM Recruitment today, requesting him to look into this discrepancy and to take necessary remedial action.

वेतन पुनरीक्षण, पेंशन पुनरीक्षण, 4G/5G तथा कॉंट्राक्ट एवं केज़्युअल कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं के समाधान की मांग को लेकर कल विशाल धरना आयोजित करें।

हजारों नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स ने स्थगन के कारण अपनी कई वेतन वृद्धि खो दी है तथा यह समस्या वेतन पुनरीक्षण के समाधान न होने के कारण उत्पन्न हुई है। सरकार ने पेंशन पुनरीक्षण का समाधान नहीं किया है, जिसका सीधा असर बीएसएनएल के लाखों सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों की आजीविका पर पड़ा है। निजी हितैषी नीतियों के माध्यम से बीएसएनएल को घाटे में धकेलने के बाद सरकार यह कह रही है कि बीएसएनएल की खराब वित्तीय स्थिति के कारण वेतन पुनरीक्षण तथा पेंशन पुनरीक्षण का समाधान नहीं हो पा रहा है। BSNLEU यथाशीघ्र वेतन पुनरीक्षण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने का प्रयास कर रही है। हालांकि, प्रबंधन ने नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के नए वेतनमान पर हुए समझौते से पीछे हटकर अवरोध पैदा कर दिया है। लाखों नए ग्राहक बीएसएनएल की ओर पलायन कर रहे हैं। लेकिन, बीएसएनएल की 4G और 5G लांचिंग में अत्यधिक देरी के कारण बीएसएनएल उन्हें अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाली वॉयस और डेटा सेवा प्रदान करने में असमर्थ है। कॉंट्राक्ट श्रमिकों के लिए न्यूनतम वेतन, ईपीएफ और ईएसआई लागू नहीं किया गया है। लेकिन, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन, कॉंट्राक्ट श्रमिकों का प्रमुख नियोक्ता होने के नाते अपनी जिम्मेदारी से बच रहा है। केज़्युअल कर्मचारियों को सातवें वेतनमान के आधार पर उनके वेतन से वंचित किया जा रहा है। BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति ने कर्मचारियों, पेंशनरों, कॉंट्राक्ट और केज़्युअल श्रमिकों से कल 27.11.2024 को पूरे देश में बड़े पैमाने पर धरना आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया है, जिसमें उपरोक्त मुद्दों के तत्काल समाधान की मांग की गई है। सीएचक्यू सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध करता है कि वे धरने को बड़ी सफलता बनाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करें। 

Thousands of Non-Executives have lost many of their increments due to stagnation and this problem has arisen due to non-settlement of Wage Revision. The government has not settled Pension Revision which has directly hit the livelihood of lakhs of retired employees of BSNL. After having pushed BSNL into loss, through it’s pro-private policies, government is telling that Wage Revision and Pension Revision are not settled due to the poor financial condition of BSNL. BSNLEU is trying to sign the Wage Revision agreement as early as possible. However, the Management has created road-block by going back from the agreement reached on the new pay scales of the Non-Executives. Lakhs of new customers are migrating to BSNL. But, BSNL is unable to provide good quality voice and data service to them due to the inordinate delay in BSNL’s 4G & 5G launchings. Minimum wage, EPF and ESI are not implemented for the contract workers. But, BSNL Management, being the Principal Employer of the contact workers, is shirking its responsibility. Casual labourers are being denied of their wages based on 7^th CPC pay scale.  The Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF has called on the employees, pensioners, contract and casual workers to organise massive dharnas throughout the country tomorrow the 27.11.2024, demanding immediate settlement of the above mentioned issues. CHQ requests the circle and district unions to take all out efforts to make the dharna a huge success. 

As per the call of the Kolkata CEC meeting, BSNLEU’s countrywide “Meet the Employees Campaign" started today. It will go on till 06.12.2024. The circle, district and branch level leaders will meet the employees during this campaign and will explain to the employees about the issues of inordinate delay in launching BSNL’s 4G & 5G services, non-settlement of wage revision and other issues. All the circle and district unions are requested to conduct this campaign effectively. Reports and photos may be sent to the CHQ, for updating on the website.

जैसा कि साथियों को ज्ञात है, BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ की समन्वय समिति वेतन संशोधन, पेंशन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल के 4G और 5G सेवा को शीघ्र शुरू करने तथा कॉंट्राक्ट और केज़्यूअल कर्मचारियों की ज्वलंत समस्याओं के समाधान की मांग को लेकर लगातार आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर रही है। 25.10.2024 को सफल प्रदर्शन पहले ही आयोजित किए जा चुके हैं। धरने का अगला कार्यक्रम 27.11.2024 को पूरे देश में आयोजित किया जाना है। BSNLEU की सीएचक्यू BSNLEU के सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों से एआईबीडीपीए और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के साथ समन्वय करने और कार्यरत कर्मचारियों, पेंशनरों, कांट्राक्ट और केज़्युअल कर्मचारियों की व्यापक भागीदारी के साथ धरना आयोजित करने का आह्वान करती है। सर्किल और जिला सचिवों से कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने का अनुरोध किया जाता है।

The Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF has issued notification to the Secretary, Telecom and the CMD BSNL, for organising dharna programme throughout the country on 27.11.2024, demanding immediate settlement of Wage Revision, Pension Revision, 4G & 5G and the problems of the contract and casual workers. Copy of the notification is enclosed for the information of all the comrades.

As comrades are aware, the Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF is continuously organising agitational programmes, demanding immediate settlement of Wage Revision, Pension Revision, expeditious launching of BSNL’s 4G & 5G and settlement of the burning problems of the contract and casual workers. Successful demonstrations are already organised on 25.10.2024. The next programme of dharna is to be organised throughout the country on 27.11.2024. The CHQ of BSNLEU calls upon the circle and district unions of BSNLEU to coordinate with AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF and to organise the dharna with massive participation of working employees, pensioners, contract and casual workers. The circle and district secretaries are requested to make the programme a grand success.
