तमिलनाडु के चार दक्षिणी जिलों की संयुक्त जिला कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक में अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन को सफल बनाने का संकल्प लिया गया।

तमिलनाडु सर्कल के चार दक्षिणी जिला यूनियनों, अर्थात् तिरुनेलवेली, विरुधुनगर, तूतीकोरिन और नागरकोइल की संयुक्त जिला कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज तिरुनेलवेली में AIIEA कार्यालय भवन में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में उपर्युक्त 4 जिला यूनियनों के जिला कार्यकारी समिति के सदस्यों ने भाग लिया। तिरुनेलवेली के उप सचिव साथी एन. सूसाई मारिया एंटनी ने बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। नागरकोइल के उप सचिव साथी आर. सुयंभुलिंगम ने सभी का स्वागत किया। विरुधुनगर के उप सचिव साथी आर. जयकुमार ने शोक प्रस्ताव पेश किया। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, साथी एस. चेलप्पा, सहायक महासचिव, साथी ए. बाबू राधाकृष्णन, सर्कल अध्यक्ष और साथी पी. राजू, सर्कल सचिव ने इस बैठक को संबोधित किया। अपने संबोधन में, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने वेतन संशोधन वार्ता, बीएसएनएल बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर्स के दूसरे वीआरएस को लागू करने के फैसले और बीएसएनएल के 4G लॉन्चिंग में आने वाली समस्याओं के बारे में विस्तार से बताया। उन्होंने BSNLEU द्वारा उठाए जा रहे नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के अन्य महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों के बारे में भी बताया, जैसे, परिवहन भत्ते का संशोधन, ईपीपी और एनईपीपी के बीच भेदभाव को समाप्त करना और अन्य मुद्दे। जिला कार्यकारी समिति के सदस्यों ने चर्चा में उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। सभी प्रतिभागियों ने सर्कल और अखिल भारतीय यूनियनों की कार्यप्रणाली पर संतोष और विश्वास व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने जुलाई, 2025 में कोयंबटूर में आयोजित होने वाले BSNLEU के आगामी अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन के लिए उदारतापूर्वक दान भी दिया। अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन के लिए 78,000 रुपये की राशि दान के रूप में एकत्र की गई है। बैठक में आगामी अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करने के लिए सभी प्रयास करने का संकल्प लिया गया। साथी जी. श्रीधर, जिला सचिव, तूतीकोरिन ने धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव रखा और बैठक समाप्त हुई।

The Joint District Executive Committee meeting of the four southern district unions of Tamil Nadu circle, viz., Tirunelveli, Virudhunagar, Tuticorin and Nagercoil is held in the AIIEA Union building at Tirunelveli today. The district executive committee members of the above mentioned 4 district unions participated in the meeting. Com.N.Soosai Maria Antony, DS, Tirunelveli, presided over the meeting. Com.R. Suyambhulingam, DS, Nagercoil, welcomed everyone. Com.R. Jayakumar, DS, Virudhunagar, moved the condolence resolution. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, Com.S.Chellappa, AGS, Com.A. Babu Radhakrishnan, Circle President and Com.P.Raju, Circle Secretary, addressed this meeting. In his address, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, explained in depth about the developments on Wage Revision talks, BSNL Board of Directors' decision to implement 2nd VRS and the problems faced in BSNL’s 4G launching. He also explained about other important issues of the Non-Executives being taken up by BSNLEU, viz., revision of Transport Allowance, ending the discrimination between EPP & NEPP and other issues. District Executive Committee members enthusiastically participated in the discussion. All the participants expressed satisfaction and confidence in the functioning of the circle and All India unions. They also liberally gave donations for the forthcoming All India Conference of BSNLEU, to be held at Coimbatore in July, 2025. An amount of Rs.78,000/- is collected as donation for the All India Conference. The meeting resolved to take all out efforts to successfully organise the forthcoming All India Conference. Com.G.Sridhar, district secretary, Tuticorin proposed vote of thanks and the meeting came to an end.

BSNLEU 76वें गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं एवं बधाई देता है।

भारत के 76वें गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर BSNLEU सभी साथियों को हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं एवं बधाई देता है। गणतंत्र दिवस 26 जनवरी, 1950 को भारतीय संविधान के लागू होने का प्रतीक है। हमारे राष्ट्र के संस्थापकों ने हमारे राष्ट्र को एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष और लोकतांत्रिक संविधान दिया है। डॉ. बी.आर.अंबेडकर के नेतृत्व में संविधान सभा ने निर्णय लिया था कि भारत एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष राष्ट्र होना चाहिए। जैसा कि हम सभी देख रहे हैं, हमारे संविधान के धर्मनिरपेक्ष चरित्र पर हमले किए जा रहे हैं।  साथ ही, संविधान में निहित लोकतांत्रिक सिद्धांतों को खत्म करने का भी प्रयास किया जा रहा है। 76वें गणतंत्र दिवस का जश्न मनाते हुए, आइए हम संविधान के धर्मनिरपेक्ष और लोकतांत्रिक सिद्धांतों की रक्षा और उन्हें मजबूत करने का संकल्प लें।

On the occasion of the 76th Republic Day of India, BSNLEU conveys it's best wishes and warm greetings to all the comrades. Republic Day marks the implementation of the Indian Constitution on 26th January, 1950. The founding fathers of our nation, have given a secular and democratic Constitution to our nation. The Constituent Assembly, under the legal luminary, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar, has decided that India should be a secular nation. As we are all witnessing, attacks are being mounted on the secular character of our Constitution. Further, efforts are also being made to do away with the democratic principles enshrined in the Constitution. While celebrating the 76th Republic Day, let us resolve to protect and strengthen the secular and democratic principles of the Constitution.

BSNLEU के महासचिव के खिलाफ हापुड़ जिला न्यायालय में मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर किया गया। 

यह पहले ही बताया जा चुका है कि BSNLEU के अखिल भारतीय केंद्र ने साथी उपेंद्र सिंह तेवतिया के खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की है। यह अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई साथी उपेंद्र सिंह तेवतिया के खिलाफ BSNLEU, उत्तर प्रदेश (पश्चिम) सर्कल यूनियन के सर्कल यूनियन के पैसे की हेराफेरी करने के कारण की गई है। अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई अखिल भारतीय केंद्र द्वारा की गई थी और इसे BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति द्वारा अनुमोदित किया गया था। हालांकि, साथी उपेंद्र सिंह तेवतिया ने महासचिव साथी पी. अभिमन्यु के खिलाफ आपराधिक मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर किया है। यह मानहानि का मुकदमा BSNLEU और इसके संविधान के खिलाफ है।

BSNLEU, आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल का प्रेरक सर्कल सम्मेलन कल विजयवाड़ा में आयोजित किया गया। इस सम्मेलन में आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल के सभी जिलों से 350 साथियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। सम्मेलन की शुरुआत ध्वजारोहण से हुई। वरिष्ठ नेता साथी पी. अशोकबाबू ने यूनियन का ध्वज फहराया और साथी पी. लचिराजू, सर्कल अध्यक्ष ने गगनभेदी नारों के बीच राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराया। सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता साथी पी. लचिराजू, सर्कल अध्यक्ष ने की। चूंकि साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव, अस्वस्थ हैं, इसलिए साथी एस. चेलप्पा, सहायक महासचिव, सीएचक्यू की ओर से इस सम्मेलन में शामिल हुए। साथी के. रमादेवी, सर्कल सचिव ने सभी का स्वागत किया। साथी पी. अशोकबाबू ने इस सर्कल सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन भाषण दिया। "4G और 5G सेवाओं" पर एक संगोष्ठी आयोजित की गई। इस अवसर पर आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक श्री एम.शेषचलम, सहायक महासचिव साथी एस. चेलप्पा, सीआईटीयू साथी सुधाकर, तेलंगाना के  सर्कल सचिव साथी एम. संबासिवराव, एसएनईए के सर्कल सचिव साथी जे. उमा महेश्वर राव, एनएफटीई के सर्कल सचिव साथी नागेंद्र बाबू,  साथी प्रसाद बाबू, एसईडब्ल्यूए बीएसएनएल, एआईबीडीपीए के सर्कल सचिव साथी के.एस.सी. बोस, सर्कल सचिव साथी आर. श्री लक्ष्मी, बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूसीसी के एआई सदस्य और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ के सर्कल सचिव साथी प्रभाकर राव ने संबोधित किया। प्रतिनिधि सत्र में साथी एस. चेलप्पा, सहायक महासचिव ने बताया कि कैसे BSNLEU का दूसरा वीआरएस का विरोध करने वाला पत्र प्रिंट मीडिया में वायरल हो गया। उन्होंने वेतन संशोधन समझौते पर शीघ्र हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए BSNLEU द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयासों के बारे में भी जानकारी दी और साथ ही नेशनल काउंसिल में एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स और नॉन एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव्स की पदोन्नति नीतियों में भेदभाव के खिलाफ BSNLEU के तर्कों के बारे में भी जानकारी दी, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप प्रबंधन ने भेदभाव को दूर करने के लिए एक समिति के गठन की घोषणा की है। 14 प्रतिनिधियों ने विचार-विमर्श में भाग लिया जिसने सम्मेलन की कार्यवाही को समृद्ध किया। साथी के. रमादेवी ने समापन भाषण दिया। पदाधिकारियों का चुनाव सर्वसम्मति से हुआ। सीएचक्यू आंध्र प्रदेश सर्कल यूनियन को एक बेहद सफल सर्कल सम्मेलन के आयोजन के लिए हार्दिक बधाई देता है। 

The inspiring circle conference of BSNLEU, Andhra Pradesh circle, was held at Vijayawada yesterday. 350 comrades enthusiastically attended this conference from all the districts of AP circle. The conference started with flag hoisting. Veteran leader, Com.P. Asokababu, hoisted the Union Flag and Com.P.Latchiraju, Circle President, hoisted the National Flag, in the midst of thundering slogans. The conference was presided over by Com.P.Latchiraju, Circle President. Since Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, is unwell, Com.S.Chellappa, AGS, attended this conference on behalf of the CHQ.

Com.K.Ramadevi, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone. Com.P.Asokababu, delivered the inaugural address of this circle conference. A seminar on “4G and 5G services” was held. It was addressed by Shri M.Seshachalam, Chief General Manager of AP circle, Com.S. Chellappa, AGS, Com.Sudhakar, CITU, Com.M.Sambasivarao, CS, Telangana, Com.J. Uma Maheswar Rao, CS, SNEA, Com.Nagendra Babu, CS, NFTE, Com.Prasada Babu, CS, SEWA BSNL, Com.K.S.C.Bose, CS, AIBDPA, Com.R.Sree Lakshmi, AI member of BSNLWWCC and Com.Prabhakar Rao, CS, BSNLCCWF. In the delegates session, Com.S.Chellappa, AGS, explained how BSNLEU’s letter opposing 2nd VRS became viral in the print media. He also gave details regarding the efforts being taken by BSNLEU to sign the Wage Revision agreement expeditiously and also regarding BSNLEU’s arguments in the National Council against the discrimination in the promotional policies of the Executives and the Non-Executives, as a result of which the Management has announced formation of a committee to remove the discrimination. 14 delegates participated in the deliberations which enriched the proceedings of the conference. Com.K.Ramadevi, delivered the summing up address. Election of office bearers is held unanimously. CHQ heartily congratulates the Andhra Pradesh circle union for organising a highly successful circle conference.

It has already been informed that, the All India Centre of BSNLEU has taken disciplinary action against Com. Upender Singh Teotia. This disciplinary action has been taken against Com.Upendra Singh Teotia, for swindling the circle union money of BSNLEU, UP(West) circle union. The disciplinary action was taken by the All India Centre and it has been approved by the Central Executive Committee of BSNLEU. However, Com. Upendra Singh Teotia has filed a criminal defamation case against Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary. This defamation case is against BSNLEU and it's Constitution.
