A meeting of the All India Centre is held online yesterday the 31.01.2025. The decisions taken in the meeting are sent as CHQ circular. All the circle and district unions are requested to implement the decisions successfully.

As usual, the Government has submitted an anti-people budget in the Parliament. This budget gives relief only to the handful of the rich people. The Joint Platform of the Central Trade Unions has already given call to organise protest demonstrations on 05.02.2025. All the circle and district unions are requested to organise the demonstrations successfully. 

ईपीएफ में उच्च पेंशन - साथी कृपया ध्यान दें।

बीएसएनएल के सीधे भर्ती किए गए कर्मचारी सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के अनुसार ईपीएफ में उच्च पेंशन की नवीनतम स्थिति के बारे में जानने के लिए बहुत इच्छुक हैं। आज, बीएसएनएल कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय के सीए अनुभाग ने एक अधिसूचना जारी की है जिसमें कहा गया है कि केवल 11 सर्किलों ने कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय को आवश्यक जानकारी प्रस्तुत की है। इस संबंध में, कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने 18.10.24 को विशिष्ट प्रोफार्मा और दिशानिर्देश के साथ अधिसूचना जारी की है ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि ईपीएफ के तहत आने वाले सभी पात्र बीएसएनएल कर्मचारी निर्धारित समय सीमा के साथ उच्च पेंशन का लाभ उठा सकें। ईपीएफओ ने अवसर देने की अंतिम तिथि 31.01.2025 बताई है।

क्यूबा के साथ एकजुटता पर नई दिल्ली में बैठक आयोजित - BSNLEU ने भाग लिया। 

क्यूबा के साथ एकजुटता के लिए राष्ट्रीय समिति द्वारा 28 जनवरी, 2025 को नई दिल्ली के सुरजीत भवन में एक बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में सीआईटीयू, एटक, अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा जैसे विभिन्न ट्रेड यूनियनों ने भाग लिया। BSNLEU ने भी भाग लिया। यह बैठक क्यूबा के साथ एकजुटता व्यक्त करने के लिए आयोजित की गई है। जैसा कि हम जानते हैं, क्यूबा एक छोटा समाजवादी देश है। अमेरिकी साम्राज्यवाद पिछले कई दशकों से क्यूबा पर क्रूर प्रतिबंध लगा रहा है, ताकि उस देश में मौजूद समाजवादी व्यवस्था को तोड़ा जा सके। 28 जनवरी को नई दिल्ली में आयोजित बैठक में अमेरिका द्वारा क्यूबा पर लगाए जा रहे प्रतिबंधों की निंदा की गई। इस बैठक के सभी प्रतिभागियों ने संकट के इस समय में क्यूबा के साथ खड़े होने का आश्वासन दिया। इस बैठक में अश्विन कुमार, संगठन सचिव (सीएचक्यू), साथी पुनीत कुमार, सर्किल सचिव, ऊत्तर प्रदेश (पश्चिम) साथी जुगेंद्र सिंह, सर्किल कोषाध्यक्ष, उत्तर प्रदेश (पश्चिम), साथी रमेश चंद गुप्ता, सहायक जिला सचिव, मेरठ और साथी जयवीर त्यागी, पूर्व जिला सचिव, गाजियाबाद शामिल हुए। इस बैठक ने भारत के मजदूर वर्ग से दान एकत्र करने और अमेरिकी प्रतिबंधों के कारण पीड़ित क्यूबा के लोगों की सहायता के लिए भेजने का निर्णय लिया है। 

चिकित्सा दावों को प्रस्तुत करने में देरी को माफ करना - चीफ जनरल मैनेजर को अधिकृत किया गया है ।

चिकित्सा दावों को उपचार पूरा होने से 6 महीने की निर्धारित अवधि के भीतर प्रस्तुत किया जाना आवश्यक है। कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने 29.01.2025 को पत्र जारी किया है, जिसके अनुसार चीफ जनरल मैनेजर को 6 महीने से अधिक देरी को माफ करने की शक्ति सौंपी गई है।

Medical claims are required to be submitted within the stipulated period of 6 months from completion of treatment. The Corporate Office has issued letter on 29.01.2025, vide which power has been delegated to the CGMs to condone the delay beyond 6 months. 

A meeting was organised by the National Committee for Solidarity with Cuba at New Delhi on 28th January, 2025 at Surjeet Bhawan. Various Trade Unions like CITU, AITUC, All India Kisan Sabha, attended this meeting. BSNLEU also took participated. The meeting is organised to express solidarity with Cuba. As we know, Cuba is a small socialist country. The US imperialism is imposing brutal sanctions against Cuba for the past many decades, to break down the socialist system existing in that country. The meeting held at New Delhi on 28th January, condemned the sanctions being imposed on Cuba by the US. All the participants of this meeting assured to stand with Cuba at this time of crisis. Com.Ashiwin Kumar, Organising Secretary (CHQ), Com.Puneet Kumar, Circle Secretary, UP (West), Com.Jugendra Singh, Circle Treasurer, UP(West), Com.Ramesh Chand Gupta, ADS, Meerut and Com.Jaiveer Tyagi, Ex.DS, Ghaziabad, attended the meeting. This meeting has decided to collect donations from the working class of India and send to support the Cuban people who are suffering due to American sanctions.  

The directly recruited staff of BSNL are very much interested to know about the latest position of higher pension in EPF, as per the Supreme Court judgement. Today, the CA section of BSNL corporate office has issued one notification which has stated that only 11 circles have submitted the required information to the corporate office. In this regard, the corporate office had issued the notification on 18.10.2024 with the specific proforma and guideline to ensure that all eligible Bsnl staff covered under EPF may exercise the higher pension option with the prescribed time limit. The EPFO has informed the last date for giving opportunity as 31.1.2025.

आज पूरा देश महात्मा गांधी को श्रद्धांजलि दे रहा है। 1948 में आज ही के दिन नाथूराम गोडसे की तीन गोलियों से महात्मा गांधी की हत्या कर दी गई थी। महात्मा गांधी एक कट्टर रामभक्त थे। नाथूराम गोडसे की गोलियों से घायल होने के बाद जमीन पर गिरते समय भी महात्मा गांधी "हे राम" कह रहे थे - यानी "हे भगवान राम"। महात्मा गांधी को श्रद्धांजलि देते समय हमें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि उनकी हत्या क्यों की गई। महात्मा गांधी की हत्या इसलिए की गई क्योंकि वे हिंदू-मुस्लिम एकता के पक्षधर थे। महात्मा गांधी धार्मिक सहिष्णुता की वकालत करते थे। उनका मानना ​​था कि इस देश में सभी धर्मों के लोगों को शांतिपूर्वक रहना चाहिए। इसी कारण से उन्हें एक धार्मिक कट्टरपंथी नाथूराम गोडसे ने मार डाला। BSNLEU महात्मा गांधी द्वारा समर्थित धार्मिक सहिष्णुता में विश्वास करता है। BSNLEU महात्मा गांधी को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करता है और धार्मिक सहिष्णुता की उनकी विरासत को आगे बढ़ाने का संकल्प लेता है।
