The last meeting of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision was held on 19.12.2024. Based on the decision of that meeting, BSNLEU has already submitted 90 live cases of stagnation. In accordance with these inputs, the Wage Revision Committee meeting has to finalise the pay scales of the Non-Executives. Yesterday, Com.Animesh Mitra, President and Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) and expressed their unhappiness in holding the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee. The BSNLEU leaders insisted upon the PGM(SR) that the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee should be held without delay. The PGM(SR) assured to take necessary action.

It is already 2 ½ years since the last Membership Verification is conducted. However, still the circle council has not been reconstituted in Uttarakhand circle. BSNLEU has already submitted it’s nominees long back, whereas NFTE BSNL has not submitted it’s nominees. The CGM, Uttarakhand, has written to the Corporate Office, seeking guideline to solve this problem. BSNLEU has written letter to the PGM(SR) today, stating that the reconstitution of the council should not be delayed due to the non-submission of nominees by any one of the two Recognised trade unions. Further, BSNLEU has also requested the PGM(SR) to give direction to the CGM, Uttarakhand for immediately reconstituting the circle council and also to grant Formal Meeting to BSNLEU.

18.03.2025 को नई दिल्ली में श्रमिकों का राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन आयोजित किया जाएगा।

सीएचक्यू ने पहले ही सूचित कर दिया है कि सरकार चार श्रमिक विरोधी और कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक श्रम संहिताओं को लागू करने पर तुली हुई है। केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों और स्वतंत्र क्षेत्रीय महासंघों/एसोसिएशनों का संयुक्त मंच चारों श्रम संहिताओं का पुरजोर विरोध कर रहा है। संयुक्त मंच ने आरोप लगाया है कि सरकार क्रोनी-कैपिटलिज्म को बढ़ावा दे रही है और सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उद्यमों और सार्वजनिक सेवाओं को खत्म कर रही है। चारों श्रम संहिताओं के लागू होने से श्रमिकों के सभी बुनियादी अधिकारों के लिए गंभीर चुनौती पैदा होगी, जिसमें काम के घंटे, न्यूनतम मजदूरी, सामाजिक सुरक्षा आदि सहित परिभाषित कार्य स्थितियां शामिल हैं। चारों श्रम संहिताएं ट्रेड यूनियनों, उनकी मान्यता, आंदोलन और संघर्षों के लिए खतरा हैं, जिसमें हड़ताल का अधिकार भी शामिल है। संक्षेप में, श्रम संहिताएं कामकाजी लोगों को कॉर्पोरेट और नियोक्ताओं का गुलाम बनाने का खाका हैं। इन परिस्थितियों में, 04.02.2025 को संयुक्त मंच की बैठक आयोजित की गई है। बैठक ने 18.03.2025 को नई दिल्ली में श्रमिकों का राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है। अधिवेशन का स्थान प्यारे लाल भवन, बहादुर शाह जफर मार्ग, आईटीओ के पास है। अधिवेशन का समय सुबह 10:30 बजे से दोपहर 03:00 बजे तक है। संयुक्त मंच के परिपत्र में कहा गया है कि, राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन मई, 2025 में आयोजित होने वाली आम हड़ताल सहित चार श्रम संहिताओं के खिलाफ संघर्ष को तेज करने का निर्णय लेगा। संयुक्त मंच का परिपत्र हमारे साथियों की जानकारी के लिए संलग्न है।

The CHQ has already informed that, the government is hell-bent in implementing the four anti-worker and pro-corporate Labour Codes. The Joint Platform of Central Trade Unions and Independent Sectoral Federations / Associations is vehemently opposing the four Labour Codes. The Joint Platform has accused that, the government is promoting crony-capitalism and is killing the Public Sector Enterprises and the public services. Implementation of the four Labour Codes will create a serious challenge to all the basic rights of the workers, relating to defined working conditions including working hours, minimum wages, social security, etc. The four Labour Codes are a threat to the trade unions, their recognition, agitations and struggles, including the right to strike. In essence, the Labour Codes are a blueprint to convert the working people into slaves of the corporates and employers. Under these circumstances, a meeting of the Joint Platform is held on 04.02.2025. The meeting has decided to organise a National Convention of workers at New Delhi on 18.03.2025. The venue of the Convention is Pyare Lal Bhawan, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, near ITO. The timing of the Convention is 10:30 am to 03:00 pm. The circular of the Joint Platform states that, the National Convention will take decision to intensify the struggles against the four Labour Codes, including a General Strike, to be organised in May, 2025. कारपोरेट कार्यालय ने 01.03.2025 से जीटीआई के नवीनीकरण हेतु पत्र जारी किया।

बीएसएनएल के एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स और नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के लिए समूह अवधि बीमा पॉलिसी (जीटीआई) का नवीनीकरण 01.03.2025 से किया जाना है। मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों और एसोसिएशनों, बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन और एलआईसी प्रतिनिधियों के बीच 06.02.2025 को एक बैठक आयोजित की गई थी। इस बैठक में BSNLEU का प्रतिनिधित्व साथी  अश्विन कुमार, आयोजन सचिव (सीएचक्यू) ने किया। इस बैठक में, एलआईसी प्रबंधन के प्रतिनिधियों ने प्रीमियम की वर्तमान दरों के साथ जीटीआई के नवीनीकरण के लिए सहमति व्यक्त की। इसके आधार पर, बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने कल 07.02.2025 को जीटीआई के नवीनीकरण के लिए 01.03.2025 से पत्र जारी किया है। हमारे साथियों की जानकारी के लिए पत्र की प्रति संलग्न है।

कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने आईडीए वृद्धि के भुगतान के लिए पत्र जारी किया।

BSNLEU ने पहले ही सूचित कर दिया है कि बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के लिए आईडीए 01.01.2025 से 224.2% से बढ़कर 228.5% हो गया है। शुद्ध वृद्धि 4.3% है। डीपीई ने इस बढ़े हुए आईडीए के भुगतान के लिए पहले ही पत्र जारी कर दिया है। कल, बीएसएनएल कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय ने 01.01.2025 से इस बढ़े हुए आईडीए के भुगतान के लिए सर्किल प्रमुखों को पत्र जारी किया है।

BSNLEU has already informed before that, the IDA for BSNL employees has increased from 224.2% to 228.5%, w.e.f. 01.01.2025. The net increase is 4.3%. The DPE has already issued letter for the payment of this increased IDA. Yesterday, the BSNL Corporate Office has issued letter to the heads of the circles for payment of this increased IDA w.e.f. 01.01.2025. 

The Group Term Insurance Policy (GTI) for the Executives and Non-Executives of BSNL has to be renewed w.e.f. 01.03.2025. A meeting between the Recognised Unions and Associations, BSNL Management and LIC representatives was held on 06.02.2025. Com.Ashwin Kumar, Organising Secretary (CHQ), represented BSNLEU in this meeting. In this meeting, representatives of LIC Management agreed for renewal of GTI with the present rates of premium. Based on this, the BSNL Corporate Office has issued letter yesterday the 07.02.2025, for the renewal of GTI w.e.f. 01.03.2025. Copy of the letter is enclosed for the information of our comrades.

दिनांक 11.02.2025 को ‘क्यूबा एकजुटता दिवस’ का आयोजन करें - 28.02.2025 तक क्यूबा राहत कोष में पूरा सहयोग करें।

क्यूबा के लोगों की पीड़ा के बारे में सीएचक्यू ने अपने परिपत्र दिनांक 01.02.2025 में पहले ही विस्तृत जानकारी दे दी है। ये पीड़ाएं संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका द्वारा क्यूबा पर लगाए गए अमानवीय आर्थिक प्रतिबंधों का प्रत्यक्ष परिणाम हैं। क्यूबा के लोगों ने दुनिया भर के लोगों से मानवीय सहायता की मांग की है। क्यूबा के साथ एकजुटता के लिए राष्ट्रीय समिति की एक बैठक 28.01.2025 को नई दिल्ली में आयोजित की गई थी। बैठक में केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों, किसान सभा और कृषि श्रमिक संघ ने भाग लिया। इस बैठक में BSNLEU के प्रतिनिधियों ने भी भाग लिया। बैठक में दान एकत्र करने और इसे क्यूबा के लोगों को मानवीय सहायता के रूप में भेजने का आह्वान किया गया है। 31.01.2025 को आयोजित BSNLEU की अखिल भारतीय केंद्र बैठक में बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों से क्यूबा राहत कोष के लिए दान देने का आह्वान किया गया है। अखिल भारतीय केन्द्र ने 11.02.2025 को क्यूबा एकजुटता दिवस मनाने का भी निर्णय लिया है। इस दिन पूरे देश में गेट मीटिंग आयोजित की जानी चाहिए तथा क्यूबा के लोगों को मानवीय सहायता भेजने की आवश्यकता बताई जानी चाहिए। केन्द्रीय मुख्यालय ने इस मुद्दे पर अंग्रेजी और हिंदी में एक नोट तैयार किया है, जो हमारे साथियों की जानकारी के लिए संलग्न है। अखिल भारतीय केन्द्र के निर्णय के अनुसार, क्यूबा राहत कोष का संग्रह 28.02.2025 तक पूरा किया जाना चाहिए। सभी सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे अखिल भारतीय केन्द्र के निर्णयों को पूरी तरह से लागू करें।
