BSNLEU,  उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व) सर्किल का उत्साहपूर्ण सर्किल सम्मेलन जौनपुर में आयोजित हुआ।

BSNLEU, उत्तर प्रदेश (पूर्व) सर्किल का सर्किल सम्मेलन आज जौनपुर में उत्साहपूर्ण तरीके से आयोजित हुआ। इस सम्मेलन में केन्द्रीय मुख्यालय से अध्यक्ष साथी अनिमेष मित्रा और महासचिव साथी पी. अभिमन्यु ने भाग लिया। सम्मेलन की शुरुआत अध्यक्ष साथी अनिमेष मित्रा द्वारा राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराने और महासचिव साथी पी. अभिमन्यु ने यूनियन ध्वज फहराने से की। शहीदों के स्तम्भ पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की गई। सर्किल सचिव साथी  के.आर. यादव ने सभी का स्वागत किया और गतिविधियों की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। सर्किल अध्यक्ष साथी  आर.के. मिश्रा ने अध्यक्षता की। उद्घाटन भाषण साथी पी. अभिमन्यु ने दिया। अपने भाषण में महासचिव ने वेतन संशोधन, 4G की शुरूआत में गड़बड़ी, द्वितीय वीआरएस तथा नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के अन्य मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की, जिन पर सीएचक्यू द्वारा विचार किया जा रहा है, जैसे एनईपीपी तथा ईपीपी के बीच भेदभाव को दूर करना, परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन आदि। सम्मेलन को अध्यक्ष साथी  अनिमेष मित्रा ने संबोधित किया तथा 4 श्रम संहिताओं के क्रियान्वयन को विफल करने, मोदी सरकार द्वारा निरस्त किए गए 29 श्रम कानूनों को बहाल करने, आकस्मिक तथा ठेका श्रमिकों के संगठन को मजबूत करने की आवश्यकता तथा अन्य मुद्दों पर प्रकाश डाला। सर्किल सचिव द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट पर विचार-विमर्श चल रहा है। 

The UP (East) circle conference of BSNLEU is enthusiastically held at Jaunpur today. Com.Animesh Mitra, President and Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, attended this conference from the Central Head Quarters. The conference started with the hoisting of National Flag by Com.Animesh Mitra, President and the hoisting of Union Flag by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS. Floral tributes were paid in the martyrs column. Com.K.R. Yadav, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone and submitted the report on activities. Com.R.K. Mishra, Circle President, presided over. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, delivered the inaugural address. In his speech, the General Secretary dwelt at length on the issues of Wage Revision, glitchess in the launching of 4G, 2nd VRS and other issues of the Non-Executives which are being pursued by the CHQ, such as removal of the discriminations between NEPP and EPP, revision of Transport Allowance, etc. Com.Animesh Mitra, President, addressed the conference and highlighted the need to defeat the implementation of the 4 labour codes, restoration of the 29 Labour Laws which have been repealed by the Modi government, need to strengthen the organisation of the casual and contract workers and other issues. Deliberations are going on the report submitted by the circle secretary. 

बिजनौर में यूनियन सदस्यता के रूप में 115 रुपये काटे जा रहे हैं - BSNLEU ने प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) को शिकायत लिखी.

BSNLEU की मासिक यूनियन सदस्यता मात्र 70 रुपये है। कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस ने 10 सितंबर, 2021 को सभी चीफ जनरल मैनेजर को BSNLEU के सदस्यों से 70 रुपये मासिक सदस्यता काटने का आदेश जारी किया है। हैरानी की बात यह है कि सीएचक्यू के संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि उत्तर प्रदेश (पश्चिम) सर्कल के बिजनौर ओए में BSNLEU के सदस्यों से मासिक यूनियन सदस्यता के रूप में 115 रुपये काटे जा रहे हैं। निस्संदेह, यह बिजनौर ओए प्रशासन के कुछ अधिकारियों की शरारत है। ऐसा सदस्यों को यूनियन से नाराज करने के गुप्त उद्देश्य से किया जा रहा है, ताकि वे BSNLEU छोड़कर किसी अन्य यूनियन में चले जाएं। इस प्रकार की शरारतों की अनुमति नहीं दी जा सकती। BSNLEU ने आज प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर  (एसआर) को पत्र लिखकर बिजनौर ओए में 70 रुपये की दर से यूनियन सदस्यता कटौती लागू करने तथा दोषी अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया है।

BSNLEU’s monthly union subscription is Rs.70/- only. The Corporate Office has issued order on 10th September, 2021, to all the CGMs for the deduction of monthly subscription of Rs.70/- from the members of BSNLEU. Surprisingly, it has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that, Rs.115/- is being deducted from the members of BSNLEU as monthly union subscription in Bijnore OA of UP (West) circle. Undoubtedly, this is the mischief of some officers in the Bijnore OA administration. This is being done with the ulterior motive of making the members to get angry with union, so that they will leave BSNLEU and go to some other union. This type of mischiefs cannot be allowed. BSNLEU has written letter to the PGM(SR) today requesting to implement deduction of Union subscription at the rate of Rs.70/- in Bijnore OA and also to take action on the mischievous officers. 

कर्मचारियों के हित में जीटीआई को व्यवहार्य बनाएं। 

ग्रुप टर्म इंश्योरेंस (जीटीआई) को एक और वर्ष के लिए नवीनीकृत किया गया है, अर्थात 01.03.2025 से 28.02.2026 तक। जीटीआई को शुरू में केवल अधिकारियों के लिए लागू किया गया था और केवल बीएसएनएलईयू द्वारा किए गए प्रयासों के कारण, इसे 2022 से गैर-अधिकारियों के लिए भी बढ़ा दिया गया है। यह जीटीआई एलआईसी के साथ लागू किया गया है, जो एक सरकारी कंपनी भी है। जीटीआई गैर-अधिकारियों के परिवारों के लिए एक बहुत अच्छी सुरक्षा है। इसके अलावा, गैर-अधिकारियों के लिए प्रीमियम राशि में वृद्धि नहीं की गई है और यह 2022 से समान ही जारी रहेगी। 50 वर्ष से कम आयु के कर्मचारियों के लिए, प्रीमियम केवल 3,776/- रुपये है, जो तुलनात्मक रूप से कम है। यदि कोई कर्मचारी 50 वर्ष या उससे कम आयु में इस योजना में शामिल हुआ है, तो उस आयु को पार करने पर भी प्रीमियम राशि में वृद्धि नहीं होगी।  इन सभी सकारात्मक पहलुओं के बावजूद, यह पता चला है कि अब तक केवल 4,800 गैर-कार्यकारी कर्मचारियों ने ही जीटीआई का विकल्प चुना है। यह योजना गैर-कार्यकारी कर्मचारियों के कल्याण के लिए लागू की गई है और अगर अधिक संख्या में अधिकारी इस योजना से जुड़ते हैं तो यह एलआईसी और गैर-कार्यकारी कर्मचारियों दोनों के लिए बेहतर होगा। विकल्प प्रस्तुत करने की अंतिम तिथि बढ़ाई जाने की संभावना है। इसलिए, हम अधिक संख्या में गैर-कार्यकारी कर्मचारियों से जीटीआई योजना में शामिल होने का अनुरोध करते हैं।

The Group Term Insurance (GTI) has been renewed for one more year, i.e., from 01.03.2025 to 28.02.2026. The GTI was initially implemented only for the Executives and only due to the efforts taken by BSNLEU, it has been extended to the Non-Executives also from 2022 onwards. This GTI is implemented with the LIC, which is also a government company. GTI is a very good security for the families of the Non-Executives. Further, the premium amount for the Non-Executives has not been increased and it continues to be the same from 2022 onwards. For the employees below 50 years of age, the premium is only Rs.3,776/-, which is comparatively low. In case, an employee has joined this scheme when he was 50 years of age or below, the premium amount will not increase even if he crossed that age. Despite all these plus points, it is learnt that only around 4,800 Non-Executives have so far opted for the GTI. This scheme is implemented for the welfare of the Non-Executives and it will be better both for LIC as well as the Non-Executives, if more number of Executives join this scheme to make it viable. The last date for submitting option is likely to be extended. Hence, we request more number of Non-Executives to join the GTI scheme.

13.01.2025 को आयोजित पिछली नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक में, BSNLEU ने मांग उठाई थी कि नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स को भी प्रत्येक 5 वर्ष पूर्ण होने पर एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  के समान एनईपीपी पदोन्नति दी जानी चाहिए। उस नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक में, निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) ने आश्वासन दिया था कि, इस मुद्दे पर विचार करने और इसे निपटाने के लिए एक समिति का गठन किया जाएगा। साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) डॉ. कल्याण सागर निप्पानी से मुलाकात की और अनुरोध किया कि प्रत्येक 5 वर्ष पूर्ण होने पर नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  को एनईपीपी पदोन्नति पर विचार करने के लिए समिति का गठन शीघ्र किया जाना चाहिए। निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) ने आश्वासन दिया कि प्रत्येक 5 वर्ष पूर्ण होने पर  नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  को एनईपीपी पदोन्नति प्रदान करने की BSNLEU की मांग पर विचार करने के लिए जल्द ही समिति का गठन किया जाएगा। 

परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन - महासचिव, BSNLEU ने निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) से इस मुद्दे के शीघ्र समाधान का आग्रह किया।

BSNLEU ने पहले ही पुरजोर मांग की है कि नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव कर्मचारियों के परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन किया जाना चाहिए। BSNLEU ने पहले ही यह इंगित किया है कि वेतन संशोधन के निपटारे की प्रतीक्षा किए बिना प्रबंधन द्वारा परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन किया जा सकता है। आज, साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने डॉ. कल्याण सागर निप्पानी, निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) से मुलाकात की और इस मुद्दे के शीघ्र समाधान का अनुरोध किया। निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) ने उत्तर दिया कि परिवहन भत्ते में संशोधन का मुद्दा प्रबंधन के सक्रिय विचाराधीन है। निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) ने यह भी कहा कि प्रबंधन इस मुद्दे पर मार्च, 2025 के बाद निर्णय लेगा।

BSNLEU has already strongly demanded that, the Transport Allowance of the Non-Executive employees should be revised. BSNLEU has also already pointed out that, revision of Transport Allowance can be done by the Management without waiting for the settlement of Wage Revision. Today, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director (HR) and requested for early settlement of this issue. The Director (HR) replied that, the issue of revision of Transport Allowance is under the active consideration of the Management. The Director (HR) also stated that, the Management will take a decision on this issue after March, 2025.
