19.02.2025 को वेतन संशोधन समिति के प्रबंधन पक्ष और कर्मचारी पक्ष के बीच हुई अनौपचारिक चर्चा में यह निर्णय लिया गया कि वेतन संशोधन समिति की अगली बैठक 10.03.2025 को होगी। हालाँकि, बैठक के लिए अधिसूचना अभी तक जारी नहीं की गई है। साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज सुश्री अनीता जौहरी, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) से अनुरोध किया कि बैठक के लिए अधिसूचना शीघ्र जारी की जानी चाहिए। प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एसआर) ने जवाब दिया कि, श्री एस.पी. सिंह, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा) और वेतन संशोधन समिति के प्रबंधन पक्ष के सदस्यों में से एक छुट्टी पर हैं। उन्होंने आगे बताया कि वेतन संशोधन के लिए संयुक्त समिति की अगली बैठक की अधिसूचना 28.02.2025 को श्री एस.पी. सिंह, प्रिंसिपल जनरल मैनेजर (एस्टा) के लौटने के बाद जारी की जाएगी।

In the informal discussions held between the Management Side and the Staff Side of the Wage Revision Committee, held on 19.02.2025, it was decided that the next meeting of the Wage Revision Committee will be held on 10.03.2025. However, notification for the meeting has not been issued so far. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, requested Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) today, that notification for the meeting should be issued promptly. The PGM(SR) replied that, Shri S.P.Singh, PGM(Estt.) and one of the Management Side members of the Wage Revision Committee, is on leave. She further stated that, notification for the next meeting of the Joint Committee for Wage Revision would be issued on 28.02.2025 after the return of Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt.).

The 40^th meeting of the National Council was held on 13.02.2025. It is already more than one month since that meeting is held. However, minutes of this meeting have not been finalised by the Corporate Office. BSNLEU has already written a letter to the Director (HR), pointing out the inordinate delay. Today, this issue was also taken to the notice of Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR). She replied that, the minutes of the National Council could not be finalised since Shri S.P. Singh, PGM(Estt.) was on training earlier and on leave up to 25-02-2025. The PGM(SR) assured to expeditiously finalise the National Council minutes immediately thereafter.

A new policy for the allotment of residential quarters and office accommodation to the recognised unions and associations has been implemented by the Management from 2022. According to this policy, residential quarters will be allotted to the recognised unions and associations only at the CHQ level. At the circle and district levels, only office accommodation will be allotted. But, from the beginning, recognised circle unions of NTR circle (presently CNTx North) have been allotted with residential quarters. Now, BSNLEU, CNTx North circle union is being repeatedly directed by the Management to vacate the residential quarters. CNTx North employees are posted throughout entire North India in the circles of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, UP(East), UP(West), Uttarakhand and also in the National Capital of New Delhi. When these employees come to Delhi in connection with their official and union activities, they need accommodation to stay for a day or two. Presently, the CNTx North circle union quarters is being utilised for this purpose. Hence, BSNLEU has written a detailed letter to the Director (HR), BSNL, requesting him to incorporate necessary change in the Policy, for the allotment of residential quarters for BSNLEU, CNTx North circle union at New Delhi.

बीएसएनएल की घटिया 4G सेवा से ग्राहक असंतुष्ट होकर निजी कंपनियों की ओर जा रहे हैं - BSNLEU ने माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर हस्तक्षेप करने और सेवा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार के लिए कदम उठाने का अनुरोध किया है।
