Com. C.K .Gundanna, circle president and AGS, presided over the meeting and delivered the presidential address. Com.Irfan Pasha, acting circle secretary and CHQ treasurer, welcomed all and briefed on the agenda points. Com. Meenakshi Sundaram, General Secretary, CITU, Karnataka state, addressed the meeting and explained about the anti-worker and pro-corporate aspects of the four Labour Codes. Com.S.Chellappa, AGS, BSNLEU addressed the meeting and spoke on the pro- private policies of the government, BSNL's 4G service , Wage Revision, 2nd VRS, removal of the discrimination between the EPP and the NEPP and other issues of the Non- Executives. He appealed to the comrades to make the 20th May General Strike a total success. Senior leader Com.L.R.Bhosle also addressed the meeting. All the district secretaries and the circle office bearers participated in the deliberations.Finally, Com.Irfan Pasha summed up the deliberations and answered the questions raised by the executive committee members. Com.P.Girish, District Secretary ,CGM office, delivered the vote of thanks.

BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक 14 और 15 मई, 2025 को कोलकाता में आयोजित की जा रही है। सीईसी बैठक की स्वागत समिति ने आज एक महत्वपूर्ण परिपत्र जारी किया है, जो इसके साथ संलग्न है। सभी सीईसी सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे सीईसी बैठक के विस्तृत कार्यक्रमों के बारे में जानने के लिए परिपत्र को ध्यान से पढ़ें।

असम सर्किल की BSNLEU और एनएफटीई यूनियनों ने आज गुवाहाटी में हड़ताल की तैयारी बैठक आयोजित की। जेसीटीयू असम के संयुक्त संयोजक साथी गरगा तालुकदार, एआईबीडीपीए के अध्यक्ष साथी  एमआर दास, एनएफटीई के सर्किल सचिव साथी गणेश चौधरी दास और उपाध्यक्ष साथी अंबिका बेजबरुआ ने बैठक को संबोधित किया। नेताओं ने 20 मई की आम हड़ताल की मांगों के बारे में विस्तार से बात की और कर्मचारियों से असम सर्किल में हड़ताल को सफल बनाने की अपील की।

The Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU is being held at Kolkata on 14^th & 15^th May, 2025. The Reception Committee of the CEC meeting has issued an important circular today, which is enclosed herewith. All the CEC members are requested to go through the circular to know about the detailed programmes of the CEC meeting.

BSNLEU and NFTE Assam circle unions organised a strike preparatory meeting at Guwahati today. Com.Garga Talukdar, Joint Convenor, JCTU, Assam, Com.M.R. Das, President, AIBDPA, Com.Ganesh Ch. Das, Circle Secretary, NFTE and Com.Ambika Bezbaruah, Vice President, addressed the meeting. The leaders spoke in detail about the demands of the 20^th May General Strike and appealed to the employees to make the strike successful in Assam circle.

बिलासपुर में BSNLEU की हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्किल  कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक उत्साहपूर्वक सम्पन्न हुई।

बिलासपुर में आज BSNLEU हिमाचल प्रदेश सर्किल  की सर्किल  कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक उत्साहपूर्वक सम्पन्न हुई। सर्किल  अध्यक्ष साथी राजीव चंदेल ने अध्यक्षता की। परिमंडल सचिव साथी ताराचंद ने सभी का स्वागत किया तथा सर्किल  यूनियन की गतिविधियों की जानकारी दी। महासचिव साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने बैठक को संबोधित किया तथा वेतन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा, 20 मई को आम हड़ताल, द्वितीय वीआरएस, भत्तों में संशोधन, एनईपीपी तथा ईपीपी के बीच भेदभाव को समाप्त करने तथा अन्य मुद्दों पर विस्तार से बताया। सभी जिला सचिवों तथा सर्किल  पदाधिकारियों ने चर्चा में भाग लिया तथा विभिन्न मुद्दों पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने अखिल भारतीय स्तर पर साथियों द्वारा उठाए गए मुद्दों का उत्तर दिया। अंत में सर्किल सचिव साथी ताराचंद ने चर्चा का सारांश प्रस्तुत किया।

Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, addressed the meeting and explained in detail about the current issues such as Wage Revision, BSNL’s 4G service, General Strike on 20^th May, 2^nd VRS, revision of allowances, removal of discrimination between NEPP and EPP and other issues. All the District Secretaries and circle office bearers participated in the discussion and expressed their views on various issues. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, replied to the All India level issues raised by the comrades. Finally, Com.Tarachand, Circle Secretary, summed up the discussions. 

It is already two and half years since the last Membership Verification is conducted. Based on the results of that Membership Verification, the Councils at various levels should have been reconstituted. Proper functioning of the Councils is very much essential for the early redressal of the grievances of the employees. However, it has been brought to our notice that, Circle Council and some of the Local Councils are still not reconstituted in Gujarat circle. This is brought to the notice of the General Secretary in the circle executive committee meeting of Gujarat circle held on 05-05-2025. The CHQ of BSNLEU has written letter to the PGM(SR) today, requesting to ensure that, these Councils are reconstituted immediately and their meetings are also conducted expeditiously. 

राजस्थान सर्किल ने जयपुर में सर्किल कार्यकारिणी समिति की उत्साहपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की।

BSNLEU, राजस्थान सर्किल की सर्किल कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक आज जयपुर में आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता सर्किल उपाध्यक्ष साथी हरि नारायण ने की। सर्किल सचिव साथी अशोक पारीक ने सभी का स्वागत किया तथा सर्किल यूनियन की कार्यप्रणाली पर संक्षिप्त रिपोर्ट दी। संगठन सचिव साथी  पीके जैन ने 20 मई की आम हड़ताल में भाग लेने तथा इसे सफल बनाने की आवश्यकता पर बात की। इसके बाद साथी पी अभिमन्यु ने सर्किल कार्यकारिणी समिति की बैठक को संबोधित किया तथा वेतन संशोधन, बीएसएनएल की 4G लांचिंग, बीएसएनएल में द्वितीय वीआरएस का क्रियान्वयन, नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स  के मुद्दों का समाधान न होना आदि मुद्दों की स्थिति पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने विस्तार से बताया कि किस प्रकार सरकार सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की कंपनियों को कमजोर कर रही है तथा सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की कीमत पर बड़ी कंपनियों को भारी मुनाफा कमाने का मौका दे रही है। उन्होंने मौजूदा 29 श्रम कानूनों के स्थान पर सरकार द्वारा लाए जा रहे 4 श्रम संहिताओं के दुष्प्रभावों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया। उन्होंने कर्मचारियों से 20 मई, 2025 को आयोजित होने वाली आम हड़ताल में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लेने का आह्वान किया। इसके बाद जिला सचिवों और सर्किल पदाधिकारियों ने विचार-विमर्श में हिस्सा लिया। इनमें से अधिकांश युवा कर्मचारी हैं। उन्होंने विभिन्न मुद्दों पर सीएचक्यू के विचारों का समर्थन किया। उन्होंने मांग की कि बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा की गुणवत्ता में युद्ध स्तर पर सुधार किया जाना चाहिए।
