डीओटी, डीटीएस, डीटीओ के कर्मचारियों के नॉमिनी के रूप में अनुकंपा के आधार पर नियुक्त कर्मचारियों को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी करें - BSNLEU ने माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखा।

BSNLEU लगातार माननीय संचार मंत्री के साथ-साथ सचिव दूरसंचार को पत्र लिखकर मांग कर रहा है कि 26-07-2023 को दिए गए भारत के माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के फैसले के आधार पर कर्मचारियों को प्रेसिडेंशियल ऑर्डर जारी किए जाएं। इस मामले पर BSNLEU द्वारा माननीय संचार मंत्री को लिखा गया अंतिम पत्र 04-04-2025 को था। इस पत्र के क्रम में आज BSNLEU ने एक बार फिर माननीय संचार मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर मांग की है कि 01-10-2000 के बाद बीएसएनएल में अनुकंपा के आधार पर नियुक्त सभी कर्मचारियों को प्रेसेडिंशियल ऑर्डर जारी किया जाए, क्योंकि डीओटी, डीटीएस और डीटीओ के कर्मचारियों के नामित व्यक्ति की मृत्यु 30-09-2000 तक हो चुकी है। 

The Circle Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU, Rajasthan circle is held at Jaipur today. Com.Hari Narayan, Circle Vice President, presided over the meeting. Com.Ashok Pareek, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone and gave a brief report on the functioning of the circle union. Com.P.K. Jain, Organising Secretary (CHQ), spoke on the need to participate in the 20^th May General Strike and to make it a success. Followed by this, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, addressed the Circle Executive Committee meeting and explained on the status of issues like Wage Revision, BSNL’s 4G launching, implementation of 2^nd VRS in BSNL, non-settlement of the issues of the Non-Executives, etc. He spoke in detail about how the government is weakening the public sector companies and facilitating the big corporates to earn huge profits at the cost of the Public Sector. He spoke in detail about the ill effects of the 4 Labour Codes being brought by the government in the place of the existing 29 Labour Laws. He urged upon the employees to massively participate in the General Strike being organised on 20^th May, 2025. Thereafter, the District Secretaries and circle office bearers participated in the deliberations. Most of them are young employees. They endorsed the views of the CHQ on various issues. They demanded that, the quality of BSNL's 4G service should be improved on a war footing.

BSNLEU is continuously writing letters to the Hon'ble Minister of Communications, as well as to the Secretary Telecom, demanding that Presidential Orders should be issued to the employees, based on the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India delivered on 26-07-2023. The last letter written by BSNLEU on this matter to the Hon'ble Minister of Communications was on 04-04-2025. In continuation of this letter, today, BSNLEU has once again written letter to the Hon'ble Minister of Communications, demanding that Presidential Orders should be issued to all the employees appointed on compassionate grounds in BSNL after 01-10-2000, as the nominees of the employees of DOT,DTS and DTO died in harness upto 30-09-2000.

गुजरात सर्किल की विस्तारित सर्किल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक अहमदाबाद में आयोजित की गई।

गुजरात सर्किल की विस्तारित सर्किल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक आज अहमदाबाद में आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता सर्किल उपाध्यक्ष साथी ए. ए. अंसारी ने की। सर्किल सचिव साथी विजय प्रजापति ने सभी का स्वागत किया तथा गतिविधियों की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। महासचिव साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने बैठक को संबोधित किया तथा वेतन संशोधन के मुद्दे पर विस्तार से बात की। उन्होंने बीएसएनएल की निम्न स्तरीय 4G सेवा, बीएसएनएल में द्वितीय वीआरएस लागू करने के प्रबंधन के निर्णय तथा BSNLEU द्वारा उठाए जा रहे नॉन एक्ज़िक्यूटिव्स के अन्य मुद्दों पर भी बात की। महासचिव ने भारतीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र को कमजोर करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयासों के बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने उदाहरण दिया कि किस प्रकार सरकार ने बीएसएनएल की अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाली 4G सेवा शुरू करने में बाधा उत्पन्न की। उन्होंने सरकार द्वारा लागू किए जा रहे मजदूर विरोधी तथा कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक 4 श्रम संहिताओं के बारे में भी विस्तार से बताया। महासचिव ने कर्मचारियों से 20 मई की आम हड़ताल में भाग लेने तथा इसे पूर्णतः सफल बनाने का आह्वान किया। 

The Extended Circle Executive Committee meeting of Gujarat circle is held at Ahmedabad today. Circle Vice President, Com.A. A. Ansari, presided over the meeting. Com.Vijay Prajapathi, Circle Secretary, welcomed everyone and presented the report on activities. Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, addressed the meeting and spoke in detail on the issue of Wage Revision. He also spoke on BSNL’s below standard 4G service, Management’s decision to implement 2^nd VRS in BSNL and other issues of the Non-Executives being taken up by BSNLEU. The General Secretary elaborately discussed about the efforts being taken by the government to weaken the Indian Public Sector. He cited the example of how the government created hurdles in BSNL’s launching of good quality 4G service. He further explained about the anti-worker and pro-corporate 4 Labour Codes being implemented by the government. The General Secretary called on the employees to participate in the 20^th May, General Strike and make it a total success. 

विजयवाड़ा में आंध्र प्रदेश की विस्तारित सर्किल कार्यकारी समिति की उत्साहपूर्ण बैठक हुई।

आंध्र प्रदेश सर्किल की विस्तारित सर्किल कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक कल 02-05-2025 को विजयवाड़ा में हुई। अध्यक्षता साथी पी.वी.सी. एच. वी. सागर सर्किल अध्यक्ष ने की। विजयवाड़ा के जिला सचिव साथी  वी. रविकुमार ने सभी का स्वागत किया। सर्किल सचिव साथी एस.कृष्णबालाजी ने गतिविधियों पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। सीएचक्यू की ओर से साथी एस.चेलप्पा, सहायक महासचिव ने सरकार की कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक नीतियों, वेतन संशोधन मुद्दे पर विकास, बीएसएनएल की 4G सेवा में आने वाली समस्याओं आदि के बारे में विस्तार से बताया। उन्होंने 20 मई को आम हड़ताल की मांगों, 4 श्रम संहिताओं का विरोध, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र पर हमले, वेतन संशोधन का तत्काल निपटान, 4G सेवा में त्वरित सुधार आदि के बारे में विस्तार से बताया। उन्होंने सभी सदस्यों से हड़ताल में शामिल होने और इसे सफल बनाने की अपील की।साथी  ए.वी. नागेश्वर राव, राज्य अध्यक्ष, सीआईटीयू और साथी  पी. अशोक बाबू, पूर्व उप महासचिव  ने 20 मई को आम हड़ताल को पूरी तरह सफल बनाने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। साथी रमादेवी, उपाध्यक्ष, सीएचक्यू, साथी एन. रामाराव, सर्किल सचिव, एआईबीडीपीए, साथी के. प्रभाकर, सर्किल सचिव, सीसीडब्ल्यूएफ और साथी  आर. श्रीलक्ष्मी, बीएसएनएलडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यू सीसी ने भी बैठक को संबोधित किया। साथी पी. टाटा राव, सहायक महासचिव, BSNLEU ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन दिया। 

सर्किल यूनियन कोटा विवरण 25-05-2025 तक या उससे पहले भेजें।

जैसा कि हमारे सभी साथी जानते हैं, BSNLEU का अगला अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन 22 और 23 जुलाई, 2025 को कोयंबटूर में होने जा रहा है। विभिन्न सर्किलों के लिए पात्र प्रतिनिधियों और पर्यवेक्षकों की गणना पिछले तीन वित्तीय वर्षों, यानी 2021-22; 2022-23 और 2023-24 के दौरान सीएचक्यू द्वारा प्राप्त कोटा के आधार पर की जाएगी। इस संबंध में, सीएचक्यू ने पहले ही सभी सर्किल यूनियनों से पिछले तीन वित्तीय वर्षों, यानी 2021-22; 2022-23 और 2023-24 के दौरान उनके द्वारा प्राप्त कोटा राशि भेजने का अनुरोध किया है। यह सीएचक्यू और सर्किल यूनियनों द्वारा प्राप्त कोटा की क्रॉस चेकिंग के उद्देश्य से है। हालाँकि, अभी तक केवल 8 सर्किल यूनियनों ने अपने कोटा विवरण भेजे हैं। यहां तक ​​कि प्रमुख सर्किल यूनियनों ने भी अपने कोटे का ब्यौरा नहीं भेजा है। इसलिए, सीएचक्यू शेष सर्किल यूनियनों से भी अनुरोध करता है कि वे उपरोक्त तीन वित्तीय वर्षों के दौरान उन्हें प्राप्त कोटे का ब्यौरा 25-05-2025 तक या उससे पहले भेजें। इसके बाद, सीएचक्यू विभिन्न सर्किलों के पात्र प्रतिनिधियों और पर्यवेक्षकों की घोषणा करेगा। यह अंतिम होगा और सर्किल यूनियनों द्वारा मांगे गए किसी भी सुधार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। सर्किल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस संदेश को गंभीरता से लें। 

As all our comrades are aware, the next All India Conference of BSNLEU is going to be held at Coimbatore on 22nd and 23rd July, 2025. The delegates and observers eligible for various circles will be calculated based on the quota received by the CHQ during the last three financial years, i.e., 2021-22 ; 2022-23 and 2023-24. In this connection, the CHQ has already requested all the circle unions to send the quota amount received by them during the last three financial years, i.e., 2021-22 ; 2022-23 and 2023-24. This is for the purpose of cross checking the quota received by the CHQ and the circle unions. However, so far only 8 circle unions have sent their quota particulars. Even major circle unions have not sent their quota particulars. Hence, the CHQ requests the remaining circle unions also to send details of the quota received by them during the above mentioned three financial years, on or before 25-05-2025. Thereafter, the CHQ will declare the eligible delegates and observers of various circles. This will be final and no correction sought by the circle unions will be entertained. Circle secretaries are requested to take this message seriously.

The Extended Circle Executive Committee meeting of Andra Pradesh circle was held at Vijayawada yesterday the 02-05-2025. Com.P.V.CH.V.Sagar Circle, President, presided over. Com. V. Ravikumar District Secretary, Vijayawada, welcomed to all. Com.S.Krishnabalaji, circle secretary, submitted the report on activities. On behalf of the CHQ, Com.S.Chellappa, AGS, explained in detail about the pro-corporate policies of the government, developments on wage revision issue, problems faced in BSNL's 4G sevice, etc. He explained in detail about the demands for the General Strike on 20th May, opposing the 4 Labour Codes, attacks on the public sector, demanding immediate settlement of Wage revision, quick improvement in 4G service etc. He appealed to all the members to join the strike and make it a success. Com.A.V. Nageswara Rao, State President, CITU and Com.P.Ashoka Babu, former Dy.GS emphasised the need to make the General Strike on 20th May a total success .Com.Ramadevi, VP, CHQ, Com.N.Ramarao, CS, AIBDPA, Com.K.Prabhakar, CS,CCWF and Com.R.Srilakshmi, BSNLWWCC also addressed the meeting. Com.P.Tata Rao, ACS,BSNLEU delivered vote of thanks.
