The Supreme Court has said yesterday that, Maternity Leave is not a matter of social justice, but it is a Constitutional guarantee. "Women now constitute a sizeable portion of the work force and they must be treated with honour and dignity", said the Supreme Court. Earlier the Madras High Court had denied the facility of maternity leave to a school teacher, citing a state government policy which does not allow maternity leave for the third child. The Supreme Court quashed the order of the Madras High Court. It stated that deprivation of access to reproductive healthcare or emotional and physical well being also injures the dignity of women.

यह पहले ही घोषित किया जा चुका है कि BSNLEU का 11वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन 22 और 23 जुलाई, 2025 को कोयंबटूर में आयोजित किया जाएगा। हमेशा की तरह, प्री-एआईसी केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक 21.07.2025 को कोयंबटूर में आयोजित की जाएगी। सभी सर्किल सचिवों और केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों से अनुरोध है कि कृपया इस पर ध्यान दें और तदनुसार अपनी यात्रा टिकट बुक करें।

For the purpose of calculating the All India Conference delegates, the CHQ has repeatedly requested the circle unions to inform the quota received by them during the financial years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. However, the following circles have not informed the details related to quota received by them. Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Corporate Office, Haryana, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, NE-II, Uttarakhand and West Bengal. These circle unions are requested to immediately send their quota particulars latest by 30.05.2025. In case the quota particulars are not received, CHQ will announce the delegates shortly thereafter. Any request for change in the number of delegates will not be accepted by the CHQ. 

It is already announced that the 11th All India Conference of BSNLEU will be held on 22nd & 23rd July, 2025 at Coimbatore. As usual, the pre-AIC Central Executive Committee meeting will be held on 21.07.2025 at Coimbatore. All circle secretaries and central office bearers are requested to kindly make note of this and to book their journey tickets accordingly.

09.07.2025 को आम हड़ताल - इसे सफल बनाने के लिए सभी प्रयास करें।

जैसा कि सभी साथियों को पता है, केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के संयुक्त मंच ने आम हड़ताल को 09.07.2025 तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया है। BSNLEU और एनएफटीई ने आम हड़ताल की तिथि में परिवर्तन के बारे में दूरसंचार विभाग और बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन को सूचित कर दिया है। सीएचक्यू BSNLEU के सभी सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध करता है कि वे हड़ताल को सफल बनाने के लिए सभी प्रयास करें। सीएचक्यू द्वारा मुद्रित पोस्टर पहले ही सभी जिला यूनियनों को सीधे सीएचक्यू द्वारा भेजे जा चुके हैं।

As all comrades are aware, the Joint Platform of the Central Trade Unions have deferred the General Strike to 09.07.2025. BSNLEU and NFTE have intimated the DoT and BSNL Management about change in the date of the General Strike. CHQ requests all the circle and district unions of BSNLEU to take all out efforts to make the strike successful. Posters printed by the CHQ are already despatched to all the district unions, directly by the CHQ.

गाजा में इजरायली हत्याएं लगातार जारी हैं।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र के सभी प्रस्तावों का उल्लंघन करते हुए इजरायली सेना गाजा में फिलिस्तीनियों की हत्याएं लगातार जारी रखे हुए है। इजरायली लड़ाकू विमानों द्वारा बमबारी और इजरायली टैंकों द्वारा हत्याएं लगातार जारी हैं। अब तक इजरायल ने गाजा में 50,000 फिलिस्तीनियों की हत्या की है। अकेले 18 मार्च के बाद 3,000 से अधिक फिलिस्तीनी मारे गए हैं। यह हाल के इतिहास की सबसे बड़ी मानवीय त्रासदी है। और पूरी दुनिया मूकदर्शक बनी हुई है। इजरायल एक दुष्ट राष्ट्र है और अमेरिका इस दुष्ट राष्ट्र के पीछे का रहस्य है। अमेरिका इजरायल को नवीनतम हथियार और भारी धनराशि मुहैया करा रहा है, जिससे हजारों-हजारों लोग मारे जा रहे हैं। (वही अमेरिका 1959 से क्यूबा पर प्रतिबंध लगा रहा है और उस राष्ट्र को बर्बाद कर रहा है।) आज के टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया ने फिलिस्तीन में हो रही हत्याओं पर एक अच्छा संपादकीय लिखा है। हम अपने साथियों के लाभ के लिए इस संपादकीय को संलग्न कर रहे हैं।

BSNLEU द्वारा वेतन संशोधन के मुद्दे पर एक नोट वेतन संशोधन समिति के अध्यक्ष को सौंपा गया है। BSNLEU के महासचिव वेतन संशोधन समिति के प्रबंधन पक्ष के सभी सदस्यों के साथ इस नोट की विषय-वस्तु पर चर्चा कर रहे हैं। आज महासचिव साथी  पी. अभिमन्यु ने सी एल ओ एवं वेतन संशोधन समिति के सदस्य श्री गजेंद्र कुमार से मुलाकात की तथा अध्यक्ष को सौंपे गए नोट की विषय-वस्तु पर चर्चा की।

वेतन संशोधन समिति की अगली बैठक हेतु अधिसूचना जारी करना – BSNLEU ने वेतन संशोधन समिति के अध्यक्ष को लिखा पत्र। 

दिनांक 29.04.2025 को आयोजित वेतन संशोधन समिति की पिछली बैठक में कोई सार्थक चर्चा नहीं हुई। यह निर्णय लिया गया कि वेतन संशोधन समिति की अगली बैठक मई, 2025 के अंतिम सप्ताह में आयोजित की जाएगी। हालाँकि, जब BSNLEU के महासचिव ने 20.05.2025 को वेतन संशोधन समिति के अध्यक्ष से मुलाकात की, तो उन्हें बताया गया कि निदेशक (मानव संसाधन) के विदेश चले जाने के कारण अगली बैठक जून, 2025 के प्रथम सप्ताह में ही आयोजित की जा सकती है। आज BSNLEU ने वेतन संशोधन समिति के अध्यक्ष को पत्र लिखकर यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा है कि जून, 2025 में आयोजित होने वाली बैठक हेतु अधिसूचना तत्काल जारी की जाए।
