महासचिव, BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से खिलाड़ियों को अभ्यास के लिए प्रतिदिन 2 घंटे/4 घंटे की छुट्टी बहाल करने का अनुरोध किया।

हाल ही में, प्रबंधन ने सभी खेल गतिविधियों को स्थगित कर दिया है और खिलाड़ियों को अभ्यास के लिए प्रदान की जाने वाली 2 घंटे/4 घंटे की छुट्टी भी रद्द कर दी है। 16.06.2025 को, BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर खेल गतिविधियों को बहाल करने की मांग की है। आज महासचिव साथी  पी अभिमन्यु ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से मुलाकात की और खेल गतिविधियों को बहाल करने का अनुरोध किया। महासचिव ने भी जोर देकर कहा कि, खिलाड़ियों को अभ्यास के लिए 2 घंटे/4 घंटे की छुट्टी तुरंत बहाल की जानी चाहिए। महासचिव ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से कहा कि यदि नियमित अभ्यास नहीं किया जाता है, तो बीएसएनएल के खिलाड़ी शारीरिक रूप से अयोग्य हो जाएंगे। नियमित अभ्यास सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, खिलाड़ियों को अभ्यास के लिए 2 घंटे/4 घंटे की छुट्टी तुरंत बहाल की जानी चाहिए, महासचिव, BSNLEU ने कहा। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने धैर्यपूर्वक सुनवाई की और आश्वासन दिया कि मामले पर विचार किया जाएगा।

कश्मीर घाटी में कार्यरत बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को विशेष रियायतें/प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करने के लिए महासचिव, BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल से शीघ्र क्रियान्वयन का अनुरोध किया।

डीओपीएंडटी के आदेशानुसार कश्मीर घाटी में तैनात बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को विशेष रियायतें/प्रोत्साहन प्रदान किए गए हैं। सरकार ने इन विशेष रियायतों/प्रोत्साहनों को 3 महीने की अतिरिक्त अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दिया है। डीओटी ने मार्च, 2025 के महीने में डीओपीएंडटी के आदेश का समर्थन किया है। हालांकि, बीएसएनएल कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय ने अभी तक इस विस्तार को लागू नहीं किया है। साथी .पी.अभिमन्यु, महासचिव ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के साथ बैठक में कश्मीर घाटी में तैनात बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को विशेष रियायतें/प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करने में कॉरपोरेट कार्यालय द्वारा की जा रही अत्यधिक देरी की ओर ध्यान दिलाया। सीएमडी बीएसएनएल ने आश्वासन दिया कि आवश्यक कार्रवाई शीघ्र की जाएगी।

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri A. Robert J. Ravi, CMD BSNL today and discussed the wage revision issue. Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director (HR), BSNL, was also present in this meeting. This meeting took place in the backdrop of yesterday’s meeting of the Wage Revision Committee. The General Secretary sought the help of the CMD BSNL for an early signing of the Wage Revision agreement.  The General Secretary requested the CMD BSNL to consider enhancing the minimum and the maximum of NE-3, NE-8, NE-9 and NE-10 pay scales, since anomalies will arise if the enhancement is not done. He also placed before the CMD BSNL the demand for a reasonable fitment and other demands raised by the Recognised Unions in yesterday’s meeting. The CMD BSNL assured that, the concerns of the Recognised Unions with regards to wage revision would be addressed sympathetically.

3 JTO LICEs conducted in Punjab circle have been unilaterally cancelled by the Management. BSNLEU is continuously taking up this issue with the Management. In today’s meeting with the CMD BSNL, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, raised this issue and requested for the intervention of the CMD BSNL to resolve the issue. A few months ago, the CMD BSNL had assured BSNLEU to consider this issue sympathetically. Recollecting this assurance of the CMD BSNL, the General Secretary requested him to revisit the issue and find an amicable solution to the same. The CMD BSNL told that, he would look into the issue. BSNLEU has also tekken up this issue as an agenda in the Formal Meeting with the Director (HR), which is going to be held shortly.

Recently, the Management has suspended all sports activities and also cancelled the 2 hour / 4 hour off being provided for the practicing of the sports persons. On 16.06.2025, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL, demanding to restore the sports activities. Today Com.P.Abhimanyu, General Secretary, met the CMD BSNL and requested for the restoration of the sports activities. The General Secretary also insisted that, the 2 hour / 4 hour off for practicing should be restored immediately to the sports persons. The General Secretary told the CMD BSNL that, BSNL’s sports persons will become physically unfit if regular practicing is not done. To ensure regular practicing, restoration of the 2 hour / 4 hour off for practicing should be immediately restored to the sports persons, told the GS,BSNLEU. The CMD BSNL gave a patient hearing and assured that the matter would be looked into.

The BSNL employees posted in the Kashmir Valley have been extended with Special Concessions / Incentives, as per the orders of the DoP&T. The government has extended these Special Concessions / Incentives for a further period of 3 months. The DoT has endorsed the DoP&T order in the month of March, 2025. However, the BSNL Corporate Office has not so far implemented this extension. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, in the meeting with the CMD BSNL today, pointed out the extreme delay being caused by the Corporate Office in extending the Special Concessions / Incentives to the BSNL employees posted in the Kashmir Valley. The CMD BSNL assured that needful action would be taken expeditiously. The General Secretary handed over to the CMD BSNL the letter written by BSNLEU on this issue.

The meeting was chaired by Com.Lakhan Patel, District President and conducted by Comrade Raghvendra Arjariya, District Secretary. It was inaugurated by Com.K.   S.Thakur, CS, AIBDPA. Com. Animesh Mitra, All India President, addressed the meeting and elaborated on the demands of the nationwide strike scheduled for 9th July 2025. He discussed in detail the anti-worker and pro-corporate nature of the four new labour codes. He also provided updates on wage revision and other pending issues of Non-Executives. Com.B.S.Raghuvanshi, Circle Secretary, emphasised the adverse effects of the 2nd VRS, poor 4G services, customer dissatisfaction, and the government’s attempt to dilute Labour Laws. He called for making the 9th July strike a grand success.

BSNLEU और एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल दोनों ने कर्मचारियों से दिनांक 09.07.2025 को आयोजित की जा रही आम हड़ताल में भाग लेने का आह्वान किया है। दोनों यूनियनों ने यह भी निर्णय लिया है कि कल दिनांक 02.07.2025 को भोजन अवकाश में प्रदर्शन और गेट मीटिंग संयुक्त रूप से आयोजित की जाए। इन भोजन अवकाश प्रदर्शनों और गेट मीटिंग में सभी कर्मचारियों को आम हड़ताल की मांगों के बारे में बताया जाए। सभी सर्किल और जिला यूनियनों से अनुरोध है कि वे एनएफटीई बीएसएनएल के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित करें। कार्यक्रम की रिपोर्ट और फोटो सीएचक्यू को भेजी जाए।

Both BSNLEU and NFTE BSNL have given call to the employees to participate in the General Strike being organised on 09.07.2025. Both the Unions have also decided that lunch hour demonstrations and gate meetings should be organised jointly tomorrow the 02.07.2025. The demands for the General Strike should be explained to all the employees in these lunch hour demonstrations and gate meetings. All circle and district unions are requested to coordinate with the NFTE BSNL and organise the programme successfully. Report and photos of the programme may be sent to the CHQ.
