The Co-ordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNL CCWF has given call to organise March to the CGM offices on 22.10.2021. The CHQ of BSNLEU calls upon all the circle and district unions to organise this programme effectively. Wherever permission is granted by the police authorities, March to the CGM Office (rallies) should be organised. If permission is not granted in any place, due to COVID-19 restrictions, then human chains should be organised. This decision has been taken by the Co-ordination Committee.

A meeting of the AUAB was held online yesterday the 18.10.2021. The meeting reviewed the progress in the settlement of the charter of demands. All the General Secretaries participated in the meeting expressed their extreme unhappiness over the adamant attitude of the CMD BSNL towards the settlement of the issues. Finally, the meeting decided to organise the Twitter campaign on 29.10.2021. All the circle and district units are requested to take all out efforts for the success of the Twitter campaign.

A meeting of the AUAB is being held online today. The meeting will review the developments on the charter of demands and will decide about further course of action. 

The CEC meeting of BSNLEU is held online on 17.10.2021. 45 CEC members participated in the meeting. Com.Animesh Mitra, President, presided over. Com.John Verghese, AGS, moved the condolence resolution. Com.Swapan Chakraborty, Dy.GS, delivered the welcome address. Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, presented the note for discussion. The deliberations that ensued, was very lively. All the CEC members participated in the debate and strongly expressed their views on the need to organise a powerful campaign against the “National Monetisation Pipeline”. The meeting viewed that the handing over of 14,917 towers of BSNL and MTNL, is nothing but the beginning of privatisation of BSNL and MTNL. Various forms of campaign are finalised in the meeting. The meeting also desired a joint campaign against the “National Monetisation Pipeline”, together with the like-minded organisations.

The Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU is being held online tomorrow the 17.10.2021. The meeting will review implementation of the decisions taken in the Hyderabad CEC meeting. Importantly, the meeting will decide about the campaign programme against the handing over of 14,197 mobile towers of BSNL and MTNL to the private corporates in the name of “National Monetisation Pipeline”.

01.07.2021 और 01.10.2021 से देय आईडीए वृद्धि-IDA Increase की घोषणा में अत्यधिक देरी : बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने डीपीई के सचिव-Secretary, DPE को पत्र लिखकर आईडीए की दो किस्तों में वृद्धि-Two instalments of IDA की तत्काल घोषणा की माँग की ।

दिनांक 01.07.2021 और 01.10.2021 से देय आईडीए वृद्धि की घोषणा अब तक डीपीई द्वारा नहीं की गई है। इसके परिणाम स्वरूप दिनांक 01.07.2021 से देय आईडीए वृद्धि का भी बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों को भुगतान नहीं किया गया है। सामान्यतः डीपीई तुरंत आईडीए में बढ़ोतरी की घोषणा करते थे। इसे देखते हुए बीएसएनएलईयू ने आज डीपीई के सचिव को पत्र लिखकर तत्काल कदम उठाने का अनुरोध किया है और दिनांक 01.07.2021 और 01.10.2021 से देय आईडीए वृद्धि की घोषणा करने की माँग की है । 

सेवारत-Serving और सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों-Retired Employees के मेडिकल बिलों-Medical Bills के भुगतान में अत्यधिक देरी : बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल-CMD, BSNL को पत्र लिखकर तत्काल भुगतान की मांग की।

सेवारत व सेवानिवृत्त बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों के मेडिकल बिलों के भुगतान में अत्यधिक विलंब हो रहा है। सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों के मेडिकल बिलों का भुगतान अप्रैल, 2019 के बाद से नहीं किया गया है, जिसका मतलब है कि ढाई साल की देरी हो रही है। सेवारत कर्मचारियों के मेडिकल बिलों का भुगतान अप्रैल, 2020 से नहीं किया गया है। सेवारत कर्मचारियों के संबंध में डेढ़ साल की देरी हो रही है। इस मुद्दे को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल के सामने कई बार उठा चुके हैं। हर बार कंपनी की तनावपूर्ण आर्थिक हालत को बिलों का भुगतान न होने का कारण बताया जा रहा है।   बीएसएनएलईयू ने आज सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर सभी लंबित मेडिकल बिलों का तत्काल भुगतान करने की मांग की है।  

इच्छुक कर्मचारियों-willing employees के लिए स्वास्थ्य बीमा-Health Insurance के कार्यान्वयन में देरी : बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने एक बार फिर निदेशक (एचआर)-Director(HR) को पत्र लिखा है।

आप सब जानते हैं कि बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने इच्छुक बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों willing BSNL employees के लिए स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना-Health Insurance Scheme लागू करने की मांग उठाई है। बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन-BSNL Management ने भी त्वरित कार्रवाई की और इच्छुक कर्मचारियों के लिए स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के कार्यान्वयन के लिए न्यू इंडिया एश्योरेंस-New India Assurance साथ एक समझौता किया और हस्ताक्षर किए। 17,000 से अधिक कर्मचारियों ने इस योजना का विकल्प चुना। प्रबंधन ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य बीमा 01.09.2021 से लागू किया जाएगा। हालांकि ऐसा नहीं हुआ है। हमें जानकारी मिली हैं कि न्यू इंडिया एश्योरेंस-New India Assurance के कारपोरेट कार्यालय-Corporate Office ने बीएसएनएल-BSNL और न्यू इंडिया एश्योरेंस-New India Assurance की क्षेत्रीय इकाई-Regional Office के बीच हस्ताक्षरित समझौते-MOU को मंजूरी नहीं दी है । बीएसएनएलईयू स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के शीघ्र कार्यान्वयन के लिए निदेशक (मानव संसाधन)-Direcotr(HR) के साथ बार-बार इस मुद्दे को उठा रहा है। आज एक बार फिर बीएसएनएलईयू ने निदेशक (एचआर) को स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना-Health Insurance Scheme के शीघ्र कार्यान्वयन के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाने के लिए पत्र लिखा है।

बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने नॉन-एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव-Non-Executive कर्मचारियों के वेतन  संशोधन करने के लिए मंत्रणा-Wage negotiations के लिए संयुक्त समिति-Joint Committee के तत्काल पुनर्गठन की मांग की है ।

बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU और एयूएबी-AUAB लगातार बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन-BSNL Management पर नॉन-एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव कर्मचारियों के वेतन संशोधन-Wage Negotiations लिए बातचीत फिर से शुरू करने के लिए दबाव बना रहे हैं । वेतन मंत्रणा समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री एस. सी. पंत पहले ही सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो चुके हैं। इसी प्रकार, प्रबंधन पक्ष के कुछ सदस्यों के साथ-साथ स्टाफ की ओर से भी वीआरएस पर सेवानिवृत्त हुए है । इसलिए वेतन मंत्रणा समिति का पुनर्गठन किया जाना है। बीएसएनएलईयू ने निदेशक (एचआर)-Director(HR) को पत्र लिखकर वेतन मंत्रणा समिति के तत्काल पुनर्गठन की मांग की है ।
