बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU का 10वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन-10th All India Conference _दिनांक 07,08 और 09 मार्च, 2022_ को आयोजित किया जाएगा।

अगस्त, 2021-August-2021 में हैदराबाद-Hyderabad में हुई बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU की केंद्रीय कार्यकारी समिति की मीटिंग-Central Executive Committee Meeting में बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU का अगला अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन-All India Conference मार्च, 2022-March-2022 में गुवाहाटी-Guwahati में आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। हमारे महान संगठन का यह 10वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन होगा। सीईसी के निर्णय अनुसार गुवाहाटी में अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन आयोजित करने की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। अखिल भारतीय केंद्र-All India Centre की मीटिंग दिनांक 29.11.2021 को हुई थी । अखिल भारतीय केंद्र की इस मीटिंग में यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि *अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन 07, 08 और 09 मार्च, 2022 को आयोजित किया जाएगा ।* हमेशा की तरह अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन-All India Conference से पूर्व केंद्रीय कार्यकारिणी समिति की मीटिंग-Pre-AIC Meeting 6,मार्च, 2022-6th March, 2022 के दिन होगी। अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन और सीईसी की बैठक के लिए नोटिस यथासमय जारी किए जाएंगे।  बीएसएनएल-BSNL में 50 फीसद कर्मचारी-50% Employees पहले ही वीआरएस-VRS पर सेवा निवृत्त हो चुके हैं। इसके परिणाम स्वरूप यूनियन की सदस्यता भी आनुपातिक रूप से कम हो गई है। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए *हैदराबाद सीईसी-हैदराबाद CEC की मीटिंग में निर्णय लिया गया है कि आगामी अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन-All India Conference में प्रवेश के लिए प्रतिनिधियों की संख्या 50 प्रतिशत होगी जो मैसूरू में आयोजित पिछले अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन में तय की गई थी ।* इस निर्णय के आधार पर अखिल भारतीय केंद्र-All India Centre प्रत्येक सर्कल-Circle से एआईसी-AIC में भाग लेने वाले प्रतिनिधियों की संख्या को अंतिम रूप देगा और सूचित करेगा। 

All comrades are aware that, the Corporate Office did not take action to reconstitute the BSNL Sports and Cultural Board, as well as the BSNL Staff Welfare Board, even though the tenure of these boards expired long back.  Due to the continuous efforts taken by BSNLEU, the Corporate Office has finally issued letter, reconstituting the BSNL Sports and Cultural Board. BSNLEU will continue to insist for the reconstitution of the BSNL Staff Welfare Board also.

The Central Executive Committee meeting of BSNLEU, held at Hyderabad in August, 2021, has decided to hold the next All India Conference of BSNLEU at Guwahati, in the month of March, 2022. This will be the 10^th All India Conference of our great organisation. In accordance with the CEC decision, action is being taken to hold the All India Conference at Guwahati. The All India Centre meeting is held online yesterday the 29.11.2021. This All India Centre meeting has finalised that the All India Conference, shall be held on 07^th, 08^th & 09^th March, 2022. As usual, the pre-AIC CEC meeting will be held on 06^th March, 2022. Notices for the All India Conference and the CEC meeting will be issued in due course. 

In BSNL, 50% of the employees have already gone on VRS. As a result, the membership of the union has also got reduced proportionately. In view of this, the Hyderabad CEC meeting has decided that, the strength of delegates for admission in the forthcoming All India Conference will be 50% of the delegates admitted in the last All India Conference, held at Mysuru. Based on this decision, the All India Centre will finalise and inform about the number of delegates who will attend the AIC from each circle. 

All the three private telecom companies have raised their tariffs drastically. While Airtel and Vodafone Idea have raised their tariffs by 20 to 25 per cent, Reliance Jio has raised it’s tariffs by 21 per cent. As a result, a customer who is paying Rs.129/- for 28 days, with unlimited voice calls and 2GB data per day, will hereafter has to pay Rs.155/-. Similarly, a tariff plan with 2GB data per day, with validity of 365 days, will increase from Rs.2,599/- to Rs.2,879/-. The Reliance Jio, with it’s predatory pricing, has closed down all other private telecom companies, except Airtel and Vodafone Idea. Now, all these three private telecom companies have come to an understating and have simultaneously raised the tariff.

यह दुःखद सूचना हैं कि बीएसएनएलईयू, यूपी (पश्चिम) सर्कल के पूर्व सर्किल सेक्रेटरी साथी उपेंदर सिंह तेवतिया के पिता श्री विक्रम सिंह तेवतिया, आयु-87 साल कल शाम 7:00 बजे निधन हो गया है । श्री विक्रम सिंह तेवतिया कुछ समय से अस्वस्थ थे। अंतिम संस्कार आज सुबह 09:30 बजे हापुड़, यूपी (पश्चिम) सर्किल के पास उनके पैतृक गांव में किया गया है । बीएसएनएलईयू सीएचक्यू-BSNLEU CHQ साथी उपेंदर  सिंह तेवतिया और उनके परिवार के सभी सदस्यों के लिए हार्दिक संवेदना व्यक्त करता हैं

जीएमटीडी, लुधियाना-GMTD, Ludhiyana महिला कर्मचारियों की मर्यादा का उल्लंघन कर रहा है - enraging modesty of Women Employees. : कॉर्पोरेट प्रबंधन-Corporate Management मूकदर्शक के रूप में बना हुआ है । सीएचक्यू-CHQ ने सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों -Circle and District Unions को शॉर्ट नोटिस-Short Notice पर आंदोलन-agitation के लिए तैयार रहने के लिए कहा है ।

बीएसएनएल प्रबंधन-BSNL Management का कर्तव्य है कि वह हमारी सम्मानित कंपनी-esteemed Company में कार्यरत प्रत्येक महिला कर्मचारी के सम्मान की रक्षा करे। हालांकि जीएमटीडी लुधियाना लगातार महिला कर्मचारियों की मर्यादा का उल्लंघन करने की गतिविधियों में शामिल हो रहा है। उनकी "कार्यप्रणाली-modus operandi” महिला कर्मचारियों को उनके मौजूदा कार्य स्थानों से कुछ अन्य स्थानों पर स्थानांतरित-transfer करना है। इसके बाद वह महिला कर्मचारियों को अलग से अपने कक्ष में एक बार नहीं बल्कि कई बार बुलाता है और उन्हें प्रभावित करने की कोशिश करता है। इस तरह कई महिला कर्मचारियों को कुछ महीनों के भीतर निशाना बनाया गया है । खासकर वह युवा महिला कर्मचारियों को निशाना बना रहे हैं और उन्हें मानसिक प्रताड़ना-mental torture दे रहे हैं। बीएसएनएलयू-BSNLEU के सीएचक्यू-CHQ को महिला कर्मचारियों की शिकायतें पहले ही मिल गई थीं कि जीएमटीडी लुधियाना-GMTD, Ludhiyana उन्हें परेशान कर रहा है। बीएसएनएलईयू ने उचित कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए निदेशक (एचआर)-Director(HR) के साथ इस मुद्दे को पहले ही उठा लिया था । हालांकि निगम कार्यालय-Corporate Office मूकदर्शक बनकर रह गया है। निगम कार्यालय गहरी नींद में है। इससे जीएमटीडी लुधियाना का हौसला बढ़ा है और इस तरह वह अपना खेल खेलते रहते हैं। कुछ दिन पहले लुधियाना जिले की प्रभावित महिला कर्मचारियों में से एक ने लुधियाना स्थित यौन उत्पीड़न कमेटी-Sexual Harassment Committee at Ludhiyana को शिकायत दी है। महिला कर्मचारी ने जीएमटीडी लुधियाना के खिलाफ विशेष शिकायत दी है। इसके आधार पर बीएसएनएलईयू ने एक बार फिर निदेशक (एचआर) को पत्र लिखकर तत्काल हस्तक्षेप की मांग की है। बीएसएनएलयू ने निगम प्रबंधन से कहा है कि, यूनियन ने जीएमटीडी, लुधियाना के खिलाफ जल्द कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो वह आंदोलनात्मक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने को मजबूर होंगे। बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU महिला कर्मचारियों के सम्मान की रक्षा के लिए हमेशा आगे खड़ा रहा है । अब सीएचक्यू ने देशभर के सभी सर्कल और जिला यूनियनों से आह्वान किया है कि वे शॉर्ट नोटिस पर आंदोलन पर जाने के लिए तैयार रहें, जिससे जीएमटीडी, लुधियाना द्वारा किए जा रहे परेशानियों को रोका जा शके ।

CHQ is grieved to hear that, Shri Vikram Singh Teotia, aged 87, who is the father of Com.Upendar Singh Teotia, former Circle Secretary, UP(West) circle, has passed away at 7:00 PM yesterday. Shri Vikram Singh Teotia had been unwell for some time. The funeral has taken place in his native village near Hapur, UP(West) circle, at 09:30 AM today, morning. The CHQ of BSNLEU, conveys it’s heartfelt condolences to Com.Upendar Singh Teotia and all his family members. 

It is the duty of the BSNL Management, to protect the dignity of every woman employee working in our esteemed Company. However, the GMTD, Ludhiana, is continuously involving in activities of outraging the modesty of women employees. His "modus operandi" is to transfer women employees from their existing work places to some other places. Thereafter, he calls the women employees separately to his chamber, not once but many times, and tries to influence them. Many women employees have been thus targeted within a few months. Especially, he is targeting young women employees and is giving mental torture to them. The CHQ of BSNLEU had already received complaints from women employees that the GMTD, Ludhiana, is harassing them. BSNLEU had already taken up this issue with the Director (HR), demanding appropriate action. However, the Corporate Office is remaining as a mute spectator. The Corporate Office is in a deep slumber. This has emboldened the GMTD, Ludhiana and thus, he continues to play his game. A few days ago, one of the affected women employees of Ludhiana district, has given a complaint to the Sexual Harassment Committee at Ludhiana. The woman employee has levelled specific complaint against the GMTD, Ludhiana. Based on this, BSNLEU has once again written to the Director (HR), demanding immediate intervention. BSNLEU has told the Corporate Management that, the Union would be forced to organise agitational programmes, if speedy action is not taken against the GMTD, Ludhiana. BSNLEU has always stood in the forefront to safeguard the dignity of women employees. Now, the CHQ calls upon all the circle and district unions throughout the country, to be ready to go on agitation at short notice, to stop the harassments of the GMTD, Ludhiana.
