तमिलनाडु सर्कल-Tamil Nadu Circle ने राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन-National Monetisation Pipeline के खिलाफ प्रभावी सम्मेलन-Convention का आयोजन किया है।

बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU, एआईबीडीपीए-AIBDPA और बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ-BSNLCCWF तमिलनाडु सर्कल की समन्वय समिति-Coordination Committee of Tamil Nadu Circle ने कल दिनांक 15-12-2021 को कुड्डालोर-Cuddalore में राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन-National Monetisation Pipeline के खिलाफ एक शानदार सम्मेलन-Convention का आयोजन किया। इस अधिवेशन में पूरे तमिलनाडु सर्कल से अच्छी संख्या में साथियोंने हिस्सा लिया। एआईबीडीपीए-AIBDPA के सर्कल सेक्रेटरी साथी एन.कुपुसामी-Com. N. KuppuSamy, Circle Secretary, AIBDPA ने सम्मेलन-Convention की अध्यक्षता की । बीएसएनएलईयू के सर्कल सेक्रेटरी साथी बाबू राधाकृष्णन-Com. Babu Radha Krishnan, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU ने सभी का स्वागत किया और अधिवेशन की कार्यवाही शुरू की । राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन-National Monetisation Pipeline के विरुद्ध साथी पी. अभिमन्यु, जनरल सेक्रेटरी-Com. P. Abhimanyu, General Secretary,  साथी मोहनदास, असिस्टेंट जनरल सेक्रेटरी, एआईबीडीपीए-Com. Mohandas, Assistant General Secretary, AIBDPA,  साथी एस. चेलप्पा, असिस्टेंट जनरल सेक्रेटरी एवं सर्कल प्रेसिडेंट, Com. S. Chellappa, Assistant General Secretary and Vice President,  साथी सी. विनोद, सर्कल सेक्रेटरी, बीएसएनएलसीसीडब्ल्यूएफ- Com. C. Vinodh, Circle Secretary, BSNLCCWF ने सम्मेलन को संबोधित किया । सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए साथी पी.अभिमन्यु, जनरल सेक्रेटरी, Com. P. Abhimanyu, General Secretary ने मोदी सरकार की कॉर्पोरेट समर्थक और जनविरोधी नीतियों-pro corporate and anti people policies of Modi Government को उजागर किया, यही नीतियों की पृष्ठभूमि में राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाइपलाइन को लागू किया जा रहा है । साथी अभिमन्यु ने कर्मचारियों से 23 और 24 फरवरी, 2022-23 and 24 February, 2022 को आयोजित होने वाली केंद्रीय श्रमिक संघों-Central Trade Unions द्वारा आयोजित की जाने वाली दो दिवसीय आम हड़ताल-Two Day General Strike में पूर्ण रूप से भाग लेने का आह्वान किया।

The Executive Committee meeting of the Trade Union International (Transports, Ports, Fisheries & Communications) TUI(TPFC), was held online yesterday the 15.12.2021. The meeting started at 03:00 pm according to the Lisbon time. The agenda for the meeting was "Review of the activities in 2021 and Action Plan for 2022". Com.Ricardo Maldonado (Chile), President of the TUI (TPFC) presided over the meeting. Com.Ali Riza Kucukosmanoglu (Turkey), General Secretary of the TUI (TPFC) spoke on the developments that had taken place after the last meeting of the TUI (TPFC). Com.P.Abhimanyu, Convenor of the Communications Sector of the TUI (TPFC), reported on the pro-corporate measures taken by the government during the pandemic period, the repressive measures let loose against the working class, the enactment of the anti-worker Labour Codes, the historic struggle of the farmers and the decision of the Central Trade Unions to organise a two day general strike on 23^rd & 24^th February, 2022. Office bearers from different countries deliberated on the developments in their respective countries. In the discussions, what emerged is that, in all the capitalist countries, the COVID-19 pandemic situation has been used by the governments to let loose repressions against the working class and to implement pro-corporate policies. After deliberations, the meeting took the following decisions: -

(1)     To resist the attacks and conspiracies against Palestine, Syria, Venezuela and Cuba, by the US imperialism.

(2)     To extend support and solidarity to the two day general strike to be organised in India in February, 2022.

(3)     To set up Regional Offices of the TUI (TPFC) in the Middle East and Africa.  

(4)     To hold another virtual meeting of the TUI (TPFC) at the end of January, 2022.    

The Coordination Committee of BSNLEU, AIBDPA and BSNLCCWF, Tamil Nadu circle, organised an impressive Convention against the National Monetisation Pipeline at Cuddalore, yesterday the 15.12.2021. A good number of comrades participated in this Convention from all over Tamil Nadu circle. Com.N.Kuppusamy, CS, AIBDPA, presided over the Convention. Com.Babu Radhakrishnan, CS, BSNLEU, welcomed everyone and initiated the proceedings of the Convention. Speeches against the National Monetisation Pipeline were delivered by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, Com.S. Mohandas, AGS, AIBDPA, Com.S.Chellappa, AGS & CP and Com.C. Vinodh, CS, BSNLCCWF. Addressing the Convention, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, exposed the pro-corporate and anti-people policies of the Modi government, in the background of which the National Monetisation Pipeline is being implemented. He called upon the employees to fully participate in the two day General Strike, called on by the Central Trade Unions, to be organised on 23^rd & 24^th February, 2022.

*बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU बैंक कर्मचारियों-Bank Employees की दो दिवसीय हड़ताल-two day strike का समर्थन करता है : हड़ताल-strike के समर्थन में प्रेस विज्ञप्ति-press statement जारी किया है। 

10 लाख बैंक कर्मचारी और अधिकारी-10 lakh Employees and officers 16 और 17 दिसंबर, 2021-16 and 17 December, 2021 को दो दिवसीय हड़ताल-two day strike पर जा रहे हैं। बैंक कर्मचारियों के संगठनों के संयुक्त मंच यूनाइटेड फोरम ऑफ बैंक यूनियन (यूएफबीयू)-United Forum of Bank Union इस हड़ताल का नेतृत्व कर रहा हैं। यूएफबीयू सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों-Public Sector Banks के निजीकरण-privatisation  का विरोध कर रहा है और बैंकिंग कानूनों (संशोधन विधेयक 2021)-Banking Laws (Amendment Bill 2021) को वापस लेने की मांग कर रहा है। दो दिन की इस हड़ताल की मांग पूरी तरह जायज है और बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU इस हड़ताल का पूरा समर्थन कर रहा है। बीएसएनएलईयू ने बैंक कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल के समर्थन में निम्नलिखित प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी की है ।

Chennai circle organised convention against the National Monetisation Pipeline today at Asha nivas under the presidentship of Com. V. KUPPAN, President CoC and CS AIBDPA. Com M. Sridhara Subramanian CS BSNLEU and convenor, CoC, welcomed the gathering. Com. S. Chellappa gave introduction speech on subject briefly explained the  MNP. Com. Mohandas AVP AIBDPA gave special address explaining the successive governments' policies on PSUs. Com. P. Abhimanyu GS gave main address explained the dangers of MNP and continuous struggles of BSNLEU and AUAB which resulted in pay revision talks and other settlements of AUAB,  in the talks held with the Board of Directors on 27.10.2021. Com T. Kasi, CS, BSNLCCWF also spoke. Com S. Hemavarhi Circle Treasurer gave vote of thanks.

The 10 lakh bank employees and officers are going on a two day strike on 16^th & 17^th December, 2021. The United Forum of Bank Union (UFBU), the joint platform of the organisations of Bank Employees, is spearheading this strike. UFBU is opposing the privatisation of the Public Sector banks and is demanding the withdrawal of the Banking Laws (Amendment Bill 2021). The demand of this two day strike is fully justified and BSNLEU is fully supporting this strike. BSNLEU has issued the following press release in support of the bank employees’ strike.

बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल-CMD, BSNL को पत्र लिखकर महाराष्ट्र सर्कल-Maharashtra Circle के अनुसूचित जनजाति कर्मचारियों-ST Employees जो वीआरएस/सेवानिवृत्ति के तहत सेवानिवृत्त हुए हैं के सेवानिवृत्ति लाभों-Retirement Benefits के तत्काल निपटारे-immediate settlement की मांग की है ।

बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने महाराष्ट्र सर्कल के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक-Chief General Manager, Maharashtra Circle द्वारा महाराष्ट्र सर्कल-Maharashtra Circle के 850 से अधिक अनुसूचित जनजाति कर्मचारियों-ST employees को किए जा रहे अनुचित उत्पीड़न-unwarranted harassment के खिलाफ लगातार आवाज उठा रहा है । ये उत्पीड़न किसी द्वारा दी गई निराधार और तुच्छ शिकायत-baseless and frivolous complaint के आधार पर किया जा रहा है, जिसमें इन कर्मचारियों के जाति प्रमाण पत्र-caste certificates फर्जी होने का आरोप लगाया गया है। ये सभी कर्मचारी 25 से 35 साल की सेवा पूरी कर चुके हैं। इन अनुसूचित जनजाति कर्मचारियों के अपमान के अतिरिक्त वीआरएस/सेवानिवृत्ति के तहत सेवानिवृत्त-retired under VRS/superannuation अनुसूचित जनजाति कर्मचारियों-ST Employees के सेवानिवृत्ति लाभों-retirement benefits का भी निपटारा नहीं किया गया है । बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने कई बार इस अन्याय पर आपत्ति जताई है । इन परिस्थितियों में पेंशन एवं पेंशनर्स कल्याण विभाग -Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare ने अब स्पष्ट निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा है कि जाति प्रमाण पत्र का सत्यापन-verification of Caste Certificate पूरा न होने के कारण सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ-retirement benefits रोके नही जाने चाहिए। इसे देखते हुए बीएसएनएलईयू-BSNLEU ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल-CMD, BSNL को पत्र लिखकर वीआरएस/सेवानिवृति के तहत सेवानिवृत्त हुए महाराष्ट्र सर्किल के एसटी कर्मचारियों के सेवानिवृत्ति लाभों का तत्काल निपटारा-immediate settlement करने की मांग की है।

The BSNLWWCC meeting was held at RGM, CTTC, Chennai on 11.12.2021. After elaborate discussions, the meeting has passed the following resolutions.

1. Strongly condemn the GMTD, Ludhiana, Punjab Circle for his misuse of official powers and his sexual harassments and his giving mental torture to the women employees.
2. Demanding the CMD BSNL to take immediate action against the GMTD, Ludhiana, Punjab Circle in order to provide safety and security and to take action to always protect the modesty of women employees of BSNL.
3. To represent the issue of women employees of Ludhiana, Punjab seeking immediate intervention and  to take action against the GMTD, Ludhiana, Punjab, to the Secretary and Assistant Secretary of Telecom, Hon’ble Minister of the Union Government and Minister for state of Telecommunications, Women’s Commission, Prime Minister’s Office and to the Hon’ble  Prime Minister of India.
4. Congratulate the AIC Members, CHQ-Circle-District office bearers, Employees, Pensioners and Contract Workers, for successfully conducting an enthusiastic Black-Badge wearing Demonstration on 8.12.2021, throughout the country, condemning GMTD, Ludhiana, Punjab and demanding immediate action by CMD BSNL. 
5. Ensure Sexual Harassment Complaint Committees in BSNL offices at district and circle level, as per the directions of Supreme Court and orders issued by the Union Government.
6. Ensure separate toilets and dining rooms for women employees at work places in BSNL.
7. Ensure safety of women employees at work places and at customer points.
8. Ensure that DoP&T orders on Child Care Leave are followed properly, without inducting any new conditions and to address the DIR(HR) and the CMD BSNL, citing the order of Amritsar Administration with new conditions to deny CCL.
9. Form district and circle level WWCCs before 31st January, 2022 in the circles of Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Karnataka.    
10. Observe March 8 International Women’s Day in a befitting manner, focusing the attacks on women and children and demanding safety and decent life for women and women workers.
11. Condemn the arrogant taxation on petroleum products and cooking gas and on all essential commodities through GST, resulting high price hike, by the Union Government of India and demand to withdraw the high taxations.
12. Mobilise and take maximum efforts to make the call of Central Trade Unions to conduct General Strike on 23rd and 24th of February, 2022, a grand success. Organise two on line conventions of women employees at North and South zones for the General Strike.
