The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU, held online yesterday the 27.01.2022, has decided to organise a special Extended Central Executive Committee meeting on 06.02.2022. The only agenda for this special Extended CEC meeting shall be the General Strike to be organised on 23^rd & 24^th February, 2022. Circle Secretaries, Central office bearers and all District Secretaries shall participate in this meeting. All the Circle Secretaries are requested to ensure that, all the district secretaries of their respective circles participate in this meeting without fail. The link for this Spl. Ext. CEC meeting will be sent through WhatsApp in due course. All the circle secretaries and central office bearers are requested to ensure that, this meeting is held successfully.

The All India Conference of BSNLEU is scheduled to be held at Guwahati on 7th, 8th and 9th March,2022. At the same time, the third wave of Covid 19 is spreading alarmingly. Various restrictions have been imposed in most of the states. It is not sure when the situation will become normal. In this backdrop, the All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU is held online today. The meeting held an in-depth discussion about the dates of the All India Conference. Finally, the meeting unanimously decided to postpone the conference and to hold it in the last week of March or in the first week of April. We are aware that many comrades have already booked their travel tickets to Guwahati and cancellation of tickets will result in loss to them. At the same time, if we are compelled to postpone the conference in the last minute, then it will result in loss to the entire delegates and observers. Considering this, the All India Centre has decided to postpone the AIC to the last week of March or first week of April. New dates of the Conference will be announced within a day or two, in consultation with the Reception Committee.

डीपीई ने दिनांक 01-01-2022 से आईडीए वृद्धि के लिए आदेश जारी किया। 

डीपीई ने दिनांक 01-01-2022 से आईडीए वृद्धि के लिए आदेश जारी किया है। तदनुसार दिनांक 01-01-2022 से आईडीए  184.1% देय है। वर्तमान में, कर्मचारियों को 179.3% आईडीए मिल रहा है।  इसलिए, 01-01-2022 से आईडीए वृद्धि 4.8% होगी।

The DPE has issued order for IDA increase with effect from 01-01-2022. Accordingly, the new IDA payable with effect from 01-01-2022 is 184.1%. Presently, the employees are getting 179.3% IDA.  Hence, the IDA increase with effect from 01-01-2022 will be 4.8%.

बीएसएनएलईयू 73वें गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर सभी को शुभकामनाएं और हार्दिक बधाई देता है ।

भारत कल अपना 73वां गणतंत्र दिवस मना रहा है। भले ही भारत ने 1947 में अंग्रेजों से स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त की हो लेकिन यह केवल 26 जनवरी, 1950 को था कि भारतीय संविधान लागू हुआ, और भारत एक गणराज्य बन गया। डॉ बीआर अम्बेडकर ने संविधान की मसौदा समिति का नेतृत्व किया। यह गर्व की बात है कि 72 साल पूरे होने के बाद भी भारत एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य बना हुआ है। स्वतंत्र भारत के संस्थापकों, विशेष रूप से महात्मा गांधी ने इच्छा व्यक्त की थी कि देश एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष राष्ट्र होना चाहिए। परंतु यह गंभीर चिंता का विषय है कि वर्तमान समय के शासक भारत के लोगों को सांप्रदायिक आधार पर भटकाना चाहते हैं। इसके अलावा शासकों के हाथों में लोकतंत्र भी हताहत बनता जा रहा है । राजद्रोह कानून और कई अन्य कठोर कानूनों का उपयोग लोगों को दबाने के लिए किया जा रहा है। 73वां गणतंत्र दिवस मनाते हुए, आइए हम लोकतंत्र को बनाए रखने के लिए खड़े हों, साथ ही हमारे संविधान के धर्मनिरपेक्ष ताने-बाने को भी बनाए रखें। बीएसएनएलईयू ने 73वें गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर सभी को शुभकामनाएं और हार्दिक बधाई दी है । 

दिनांक 31-01-2022 को जनवरी-2022 माह के वेतन वितरण के आश्वासन को लागू करें और इसके बाद हर महीने की नियत तारीख को वेतन का वितरण भी करें : बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखा है ।

पिछले कुछ वर्षों से प्रत्येक माह की नियत तारीख को वेतन का वितरण न करना बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों की सबसे ज्वलंत समस्याओं में से एक है। दिनांक 27.10.2021 को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल और एयूएबी के बीच हुई बैठक में, इस मुद्दे पर एक समझौता हुआ था। तदनुसार, जनवरी-2022 से प्रत्येक महीने की नियत तारीख को वेतन वितरित किया जाएगा। तथापि, यह चिंता का विषय है कि दिनांक 27-10-2021 को आयोजित बैठक में एयूएबी को सीएमडी बीएसएनएल द्वारा दिए गए आश्वासनों को कार्यान्वित नहीं किया गया है। इसलिए बीएसएनएलईयू ने सीएमडी, बीएसएनएल को पत्र लिखकर उन्हें समझौते के बारे में याद दिलाया है और दिनांक 31-01-2022 को जनवरी-2022 माह के वेतन के वितरण और इसके बाद हर महीने की नियत तारीख को वेतन के वितरण की मांग की है।

India is celebrating its 73^rd Republic Day tomorrow. Even though India gained independence from the British in 1947, it was only on January 26, 1950, that the Indian Constitution came into effect, and India became a Republic. Dr. BR Ambedkar headed the Drafting Committee of the Constitution. It is a matter of pride that, even after completion of 72 years, India continues to be a secular democratic republic. The founding fathers of independent India, especially Mahatma Gandhi, desired that the country should be a secular nation. However, it is a matter of serious concern that, the present day rulers seek to devide the people of India on communal lines. Further, democracy is also becoming a casualty, in the hands of the rulers. Sedition law and many other draconian laws are being used to suppress the people. While celebrating the 73rd Republic Day, let us stand up to uphold democracy, as well as the secular fabric of our Constitution. BSNLEU conveys best wishes and warm greetings to all on the occasion of 73rd Republic Day.
